五,六年前第一次食Firebird已經覺得佢哋嘅出品非常唔錯😆唔記得有幾多次嘅朋友聚會揀喺佢哋度🥹同三五知己喺日式氛圍感滿滿嘅餐廳食住串燒,飲住啤酒,講吓八卦真係將生活上嘅煩心事都忘記晒😌早兩日同男朋友兩個去食🫶🏻然後都係覺得一大班朋友去食開心啲因為可以食多幾樣嘢🤣Strawberry Yakult Cocktail (原價$78) & Tiffany Sour (原價$78)天氣炎熱一坐低已經迫不及待嗌兩杯嘢飲仲要有happy hour 7折!士多啤梨嗰杯係沙冰底,沙冰由新鮮士多啤梨果肉加果醬制成打得夠碎夠細膩,好解暑😆Tiffany Sour嘅Sake味都幾重加埋菠蘿汁嘅酸甜,係滿滿嘅夏日氣息☀️Firebird 雞肉串燒盛合 ($138)樣樣都想食唔知揀咩好就梗係嗌盛合啦!盛合包含長蔥雞腿肉,雞軟骨,雞胸肉,秋葵同埋免治雞肉棒。而小妹就梗係最like自家製免治雞肉棒😍雞肉棒調味偏重但沾上新鮮蛋黃後味道即刻中和返肉質都滑左好多,啖啖肉超正呀!厚切牛舌燒 ($108)估唔到真係咁厚切!燒得啱啱好唔會變咗乾柴又keep 到juicy每一塊牛舌都係粉粉嫩嫩,賣相滿分💯秘製入味雞塊唐揚 ($58)外皮炸粉輕薄,炸得非常脆😍高溫油炸逼出油脂,同時鎖住肉汁肉質嫩滑多汁,配搭明太子沙律醬好惹味!🤩軟殼蟹牛油果壽司卷($128)軟殼蟹、牛油果都係新鮮材料但係就略嫌佢卷得唔夠實😂想扮斯文分兩啖食都唔得要成件隊晒入口🤪明太子芝士椰菜燒餅($68)以椰菜燒餅嚟講,真係算高質!咬落每啖都係滿滿椰菜仲有蛋和芝士🧀,芝士嘅澎湃程度係拉晒絲蛋亦都係剛剛熟仲有啲濕潤燒餅表面有兩種醬汁一邊係明太子,另一邊係傳統大阪燒嘅醬汁一次過食到兩個口味超正🤤🫶🏻

Tucked away in the lively chaos of Causeway Bay, Firebird is the kind of place that makes you forget the bustle outside. The moment I walked in, the cozy yet chic vibe—think warm lighting and sleek wooden accents—had me hooked. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and I could tell they were passionate about the food they were serving. My evening at Firebird was a whirlwind of flavors, and every dish I tried left me grinning like a kid at a candy store.I started with the Volcano Salmon Roll, and let me tell you, it’s a showstopper. The salmon was so fresh it practically melted, with a slight sear that gave it this smoky edge. The spicy mayo brought just the right amount of heat, and the avocado added a creamy balance that made every bite pure joy. It looked almost too pretty to eat, with vibrant colors and a drizzle of sauce that screamed “take a picture first!”Next, I dove into the Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki, and oh man, it was like a warm hug in a bowl. The wagyu was ridiculously tender, practically dissolving on my tongue, and the sweet-savory broth was so good I could’ve sipped it like tea. The veggies and tofu soaked up all that flavor, making every spoonful a little party. It’s the kind of dish that makes you slow down just to savor it.The Special Assorted Beef Skewer was another winner. Each skewer came out sizzling, with perfectly cooked beef that had this amazing char on the outside but stayed juicy inside. The seasoning was spot-on—simple enough to let the meat shine but with a hint of something smoky and addictive. I’m still thinking about those skewers days later.Then came the Japanese Oyster with Scrambled Egg Inaniwa Udon, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was love at first bite. The oysters were plump and briny, paired with this silky, fluffy scrambled egg that felt like a decadent treat. The inaniwa udon was perfectly chewy, swimming in a light, savory broth that tied it all together. It’s comfort food with a fancy twist, and I was scraping the bowl clean.To drink, I went for the Mango-Bar de Mocktail and the Strawberry Yakult Cocktail. The mocktail was like a mini-vacation—bright, fresh mango with a zesty kick that cut through the richness of the food. The Strawberry Yakult Cocktail was pure fun, blending sweet strawberries with that tangy yakult tang I loved as a kid. Both came in these cute glasses that had me snapping pics before I even took a sip.What really made Firebird stand out was the vibe. The staff were on top of everything, recommending dishes with enthusiasm and checking in without hovering. The food came out fast but never felt rushed, and you could tell the kitchen cares about every plate they send out. Firebird isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience that makes you want to linger. 朋友生日,早幾日就訂咗銅鑼灣Firebird呢間日式Grill & Bar同佢慶祝,真係有驚喜!餐廳門口已經好有日本居酒屋feel,一入去仲係open kitchen設計,坐低望住師傅現場燒嘢食,成間鋪有啲小酒館既熱鬧感覺,加上好多後生仔女,成個氣氛都好輕鬆自在。揀佐張枱貼近廚房睇到師傅點樣準備食物,感覺即刻親切咗。。牛油果伴金䱽魚 $88 ,呢個真係清新夾雜咸香,魚生同牛油果一齊食,無得輸。火山熔岩鮭魚卷 $98,好有賣相,炸卷咬落去又香又脆,上面仲有拉絲既炸絲同醬汁,口感層次幾有驚喜。。串燒方面,免治雞肉棒 $38 ,真心推介,拎埋蛋黃沾一沾,滑滑蛋香加上嫩雞肉,好香口。
雞腎串 $28,偏爽口,正正常常。

結束繁忙的周一工作,找個吃得好又能坐下聊天的地方,非居酒屋莫屬!銅鑼灣這間FireBird位置方便,環境氣氛很chill,座位空間亦很舒適,點餐時店員貼心地溫馨提示有Happy Hour飲品7折時段,點了Strawberry Smoothie及Coke Zero。士多啤梨沙冰加上忌廉,冰冰涼涼,不會太甜,解渴又解膩,不錯!二人晚餐,點了:溫泉蛋慢煮日本雞肉凱撒沙律,黑松露沙律醬另上 - 沙律菜爽脆新鮮,雞肉片嫩滑,拌上溫泉蛋就更juice更香。炸雞軟骨 - 熱辣辣炸得剛好,非常香脆可口,擠點檸檬汁酸酸的不覺得油膩。火山熔岩鮭魚卷 - 鮭魚卷經炸過,外酥內軟,配上醬汁及toping的紅蘿蔔絲,口感豐富非常惹味!原條日本產魷魚燒~魷魚肉質Q彈,一整條切好上,醬汁調得剛好,帶甜味,很適合邊聊天邊吃的小食。重量級火焰原隻雞腿 - 不論視覺還是味覺都對得起「名物」這兩個字!上桌時店員會淋酒點火燒一燒,火熄了後再剪開雞肉。看上去以為會很辣很重味,想不到肉質嫩滑而且很juice,濃淡剛好,配點椰菜一起吃更多了分清甜,非常推薦!明太子芝士椰菜燒餅 - 椰菜燒餅一邊是甜咸的燒汁,一邊是帶點酸咸的明太子汁,加上芝士香及清甜的椰菜,惹味的脆餅底,口感豐富,味道融合一起,很好吃!日本產蠔滑蛋稻庭烏冬 - 烏冬是幼身的那種,煮得比較軟腍,一份有4隻蠔及滑香,蠔香蛋香及烏冬的麵粉香,濃調的湯汁更保溫,熱熱的吃著烏冬,非常滿足!
