This restaurant is located in Rosewood Hong Kong serving Italian cuisine. Ambience is great and they have outdoor seating as well. From the hotel lobby, they have lift going to Level L0, so wheelchair is ok. There is valet parking or K11 Musea parking. You can also take bus, minibus, ferry or MTR to get there. It‘s 4min walk from Exit J Tsim Sha Tsui / East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. They have restroom inside the restaurant and it‘s clean & nice! Needless to say, there is corkage fees as well as cake cutting fees if you bring your own. It’s suggested to order from there. Price is a bit high compared to other Italian restaurants. This time we take the Restaurant Week Set Lunch which is a very good deal. It‘s HK$288 per person but no drinks nor tea/coffee is included. The best offer is the dessert section including 2 selections of the pastries. There are large varieties assorted pastries for you to choose. They are ranges from $40 - $48 each. I like the Diplomatic tastes similar to Napoleon. Back to the lunch menu from the appetizer. Burrata is good, nice & big. Carpaccio is good too but it’s a bit dry. Tiger prawn salad is ok but not a surprise. For the main course, stewed beef tripe is a special dish, taste good & tender. Pizza is ok but not outstanding. The carbonara taste good but the sauce is a bit thick and too cheesy… Overall atmosphere is great. For this menu, it is really a good deal for this high end restaurant.

餐廳設計優雅,寛敞闊落,枱與枱之間保持一定的距離,同閠蜜傾計聚會一流😁👭今次同朋友點了三款食物1) Mezze Maniche Alla Vodka Paste ($208), 大圈圈的意大利粉配上清甜的蕃茄汁、伏特加酒、微辣的莎樂美腸醬和Parmesan cheese,簡簡單單的配搭,出其地好味,意大利煮得啱啱好,有少少咬口👍🏻👍🏻2) Rotisserie Chicken ($398),我哋選擇了半份和salt & rosemary 烤焗食法,每份烤雞都會送上焗薯和蘑菇作配菜,非常美味😋😋3) Profiteroles AL chocolate ($108)甜品,濃濃的朱古力包著泡芙,不太甜,為我哋的午餐劃上完美的句號❤️❤️另外,餐廳亦會為每枱食客奉上無限添加的意大利麵包,一慣意大利餐廳的做法😊😊

小妹自從嘗試過第一次在其他餐廳享用餐廳周菜單後,從此愛上了這個限定周🫰🏻今日來到位於尖沙咀Rosewood hotel 的BluHouse,呢間餐廳一開始在香港開舖的時候小妹已經有留意,估唔到今季香港餐廳有同這間餐廳Crossover,令到小妹有幸來以優惠價享用高級食肆💖是日享用了Early Dinner ,完全冇諗過可以用咁抵嘅價錢食到咁豐富嘅美食,小妹兩夫婦都讚嘆份量好多呀!麵包:意式法包🥖配橄欖油和意大利黑醋(可以refill 的包包)前菜:西西里虎蝦沙律(三隻虎蝦配青豆、西芹、番茄仔及洋蔥,開胃又美味)意式生牛肉片(之前食過這款菜式後,大開眼界,意外地十分喜歡💖)主菜:燉牛肚(牛肚入味,配搭番茄醬、豆豆、芝士,美味佳餚)意式辣肉腸薄餅(手製鬆厚批,無野能同新鮮出爐的薄餅作比較,超好食😋)甜點:[正阿!每個餐跟兩款自選甜點]檸檬撻(小妹至愛💖)Original Baba(味道太刺激,呢款泡咗酒糖漿的蛋糕食落好似洗手間用品,完全搞唔掂😩唔啱我🤣,下次唔會再揀佢)提拉米蘇(套餐另加$50,老公十分喜愛tiramisu,可惜後尾太飽食唔晒🥹,呢杯甜品酒味好濃好香!下次再嚟食)

🐑Octopus Salad,八爪魚夠晒爽口,有各樣蔬菜配搭,簡單用欖油同醋已經好好味,十分清新🐑Seafood Paccheri拍得住灣仔Grand Hyatt 嘅Grissini,長通粉絕對Al Dente,海鮮料豐富,茄味又濃,仲加多一分辣味,好醒胃,令人食唔停🐑Diavola Chicken,烤雞外皮香辣,肉質嫩滑,就連旁邊啲薯仔等配菜都好食到跌渣10隻羊為滿分:8.5隻🐑

慶祝生日一流又靚景嘅餐廳,Rosewood 嘅Bluhouse一定有聽過!Rigatoni alla Carbonara 風乾豬面頰肉煎到極脆,卡邦尼汁係蛋黃、Pecorino羊奶芝士,加黑胡椒,羊奶味濃郁而恰到好處,卡邦尼意粉嘅必定唔可以錯過。Polpo E Olive 八爪魚份量多 新鮮爽口!充滿橄欖油香!Tiramisu 呢度既tiramisu鮮黃色,厚身重蛋奶香 lady fingers咖啡味超香濃,係好食既tiramisu!T bone啖啖肉牛肉有好香嘅炭烤味,燒到啱啱好,非常之好咬唔會咬到牙軟!
