📍Chueca中環歌賦街8號地舖今次試咗Restaurant Week Winners' Edition Dinner Set HK$398 🍽️前菜有「Chef's Rusa」 🥔,薯仔沙律配吞拿魚醬同三文魚籽,吞拿魚醬嘅味好重,配脆麵包幾開胃😋。「Tuna Tartare」用料幾fresh🐟✨,吞拿魚配牛油果蓉🥑同三文魚籽,入口清新🌿,質感細滑,算係亮點🌟。「Iberico Ham & Tomato Bread」🍞簡簡單單,黑毛豬火腿鹹香🐷,麵包幾脆。「Ham Croquettes」外皮脆,但覺得內裏有啲油腻🥴,火腿味濃郁,不過油膩感稍為有影響😕。主菜揀咗「Carabinero Rice 」🦐,西班牙紅蝦質地有啲梅😖,唔夠彈牙,米飯偏濕💦,蝦膏味好濃,但調味太咸,食到後面有啲膩😓。甜品方面,「Basque Cheesecake」🧀芝士味濃,微焦表層配紅莓醬🍓。「Flan de Nata」幾creamy🍮,蛋香突出,焦糖汁好甜,整體好甜,食多幾啖覺得有啲膩口🥴,甜度可以再調整吓。餐廳環境藍白地中海風🏖️,氣氛輕鬆浪漫💙,適合聚會👥。整體嚟講,Chueca嘅Winners' Edition Set有高有低,前菜同甜品有驚喜🎉,但主菜Carabinero Rice同Ham Croquettes嘅瑕疵令人有啲失望😞,未必會回頭🥺💰人均~$650😋總評分: 5.5/10  #foodlab中環 #foodlab上環 繼續閱讀
