I suddenly really want to have dim sum and was searching for a place to eat. While me and my friend were walking, we saw this big bright sign which say "dim sum" so without thinking, we went inside. I ordered my favourite steam pork and chicken feet rice. It was served in quite a big bowl. The rice was very soft and not mushy at all. I could taste each individual rice. The pork was full of garlic flavour which I loved. They were easy to tear off and texture was soft and easy to chew. My favourit

My favourite chicken feet were cooked in their special sauce, the skin absorbed all the flavour so it was very tasty.

My friend got the peanut congee. There were lots of peanut scattered throughout the bowl, the congee was so soft and thick. When eating it, we also found some preserved fish, they were salty and tasted very nice with the congee because it gives some more flavour to the plain congee.

One of my favourite is the spring roll. The size of them were prefect, they were super crunchy! There were lots of shrimps inside the roll, they were full of garlic flavour and each one of them tasted so good. The texture of the shrimps were solid and a bit chewy.

The steam shrimp dumplings were bigger than the one I normally have outside. Again, it was full of shrimps, you could taste the shrimps in every bite. The filling had a strong pepper flavour and the pastry of the dumpling was actually quite thick, it took me a few more bites before being able to swallow it.

The siu mai was quite big as well. Other than the pork, it also had shrimp as well. I like this very much because it was very easy to chew and the pork was tender.

The dumpling in soup tastes alright. The dumpling was big and full of all sort of ingredients such as pork mince, mushrooms,carrots and vegetables. After breaking it up, everything went into the soup. The pastry of the dumpling was very thin and eggy. The mushrooms, carrots and vegetables were all very soft and tasted quite good with the soup.

The steam pork ribs were full of garlic flavour. They put lots of garlic to marinate them, I could taste garlic in every bite. The ribs were soft and meaty.

Steam chicken with fish maw was so yummy. The chicken was tender and smooth! I like the texture of the fish maw, it felt like eating some sort of net material. Anyway, they were so soft and chewy. Again, this dish was full of garlic flavour. The mushroom was so soft and juicy.

Black pepper beef stripe smell so nice when it arrived! These were so soft compare to the one I had outside. They were not chewy at all! These beef strips were so easy to chew and flavourful. I love the amount of pepper they put in, they marinated them with their special sauce so the stripes were so tasty.

I was very happy with the food. After tasting them, I am in love with dim sum again. The restaurant was very comfortable and modern so I will definitely go back again.
