One of the best place for wagyu indulgence✨ Himaya landed their first overseas branch in HK, well known for the highly acclaimed Tokyo Michelin-star sukiyaki specialist😍 finally satisfied my tastebuds after booking 1 month in advance🥹 their lunch sets were pretty filling, came with (starter, appetiser, steamed egg, sashimi, assorted pickles, miso soup & dessert), along with the main of ur choice👍🏼 unfortunately the staff can only show us the sirloin, instead of cooking in front of us due to covid☹️ wagyu rice had a bit of truffle aroma, taste just alright, recommend getting sukiyaki❗️1st slice was soaked in the raw egg yolk, with tofu underneath🤤 2nd slice served with shiitake mushroom n konjac noodles, both wagyu cuts melt-in-your-mouth, super tender🫶🏼 finished off the authentic dining experience with yuzu sorbert to refresh our palette🫰🏼would definitely revisit again, bit surprised as i didnt request for a semi-private pavillion seating area, elevated our bites of finest with such a stunning harbourview🌊
日山係東京回流,連續10年榮獲米芝蓮,都算係香港數一數二出名食壽喜燒嘅餐廳。一個月前預訂終於有得去食。set menu 都幾飽肚,有前菜、頭盤、櫻花蝦蒸蛋、刺身、漬物、豚肉麵豉湯、甜品,同埋主菜。因為疫情嘅關係同埋避免油煙大,師傅冇係我哋面前烹調,只係煮之前拎出嚟同我哋介紹同埋俾客人打卡。和牛海膽飯不過不失正常發揮,飯底有香濃嘅松露味,建議叫壽喜燒。第一塊和牛浸係生蛋汁入面,個底鋪咗塊豆腐。第二塊和牛配上冬菇同蒟蒻絲,兩塊都入口即溶。最後就係柚子雪葩黎解膩。無特別要求,但佢哋幫我地預留左餐廳唯一嘅semi-private area,可以飽覽維港景色之餘又坐得舒適。
