It’s been a long while since my last Malaysian / Singaporean meal and maybe I’ve not realised how much I’ve missed this cuisine and it definitely made me feel nostalgic of my travels there ☺️🦀 Chilli crab buns We actually really wanted the massive crab but that’s for 2/3 peeps - sooo we got these little cute buns instead tehe 🍞… would recommend nomming while they’re still hot as the mantao buns crisp but soft at the same time. 🌱 salted egg lotus root
Not going to lie, this was actually my highlight of the evening 💯 I already adore lotus root but like the salted egg really made it so delicious; full of punch and it leaves you wanting more after each slice - this is a really dangerous dish!

🦐 Cereal Tiger Prawn
We already got a salted egg dish so we thought to get one of their signature dishes. Wasn’t too bad, we got this after the lotus root and well it was pretty hard for something to beat the taste of that one 🙈

🥩 Slow-Cooked Beef Rendang with coconut rice
As much I wanted to try the wat tan hor, I really wanted to try their rendang first heh! It’s a classic must have dish and it was a really good spice level (for me) 🤤 was quite good with the rice, just might be a bit too spicy for non-spice people (as my friend thought this) 🌶️

🥥 fresh coconut
There’s nothing like a fresh coconut, where you can drink and also nom on the coconut meat! This was probs somewhat my dessert by the end of the meal - super filling!
