再戰grand Hyatt, 不過今次唔係自助餐, 係試下佢個steakhouse食物: 飯前蒜蓉包, 香脆入味, 增加食慾, 牛扒肉質 鮮嫩, 五成熟口感剛剛好。 不得不讚 蟹肉餅, 呢個款式第一次食 ,非常多蟹肉喺入面, 超級正。 下次會再食蟹肉餅,非常回味環境: 裝修唔算新淨, 但好有氣氛, 坐得好舒服, 服務一流上菜快 總體感覺非常滿意, 食物環境服務都是一流, 值得推介

We decided to have the signature Maryland Crab Cake ($330) to share as our appetizer. This is truly my favorite on the night, and one of the best crab cakes I have tasted for quite a while, with great seasoning and the abundance of crab meat. The remoulade sauce is also fantastic, perfectly matching with the crab cake, with good creamy smoothness and the right level of acidity too. A must try in my opinion.

Next we had the soups, with me going for New Zealand Clam Chowder ($180) while my wife opted for Lobster Bisque ($220). Served steaming hot, I like the temperature of the soup, with the clam chowder rich and filling, having lots of clams, finely diced potato, onion and also some lobster meat. Adding the croutons further supplemented with a crunchy bite to make the soup even more appealing. A good one.

Coming to the main course I had Iberico Pork Chop ($390) cooked to medium well, while my wife had Patagonian Toothfish ($380). I sampled a bit of the fish, which is miso glazed and got a nice texture and sweetness, but the fish is a bit oily as it is supposed to be, so bear in mind if you are not a big fan. The pork chop is nicely grilled with balsamic, but somehow I found it a bit too dry. Not sure because it was cut up already when served so the juice had seeped out already, but perhaps left in a single piece will help to keep it more moist? Anyway the seasoning is good and I in particular enjoyed the grilled peppers. We also had Sauteed Seasonal Mushrooms ($90) and Sweet Potato Fries ($90) on the side and both were good too. I found the roasted red bell pepper dip a pleasant surprise for the fries and very delicious.

Already very full as everything is in good portion, we decided to order the Steakhouse Sundae to share, opting for Strawberry Romanoff ($85). Even for this single-serving the size is good for two in my opinion, with the soft, rich and flavorful vanilla ice-cream, served together with pieces of strawberries, an abundance of strawberry sauce, then added with some Grand Marnier and whipped cream on top. A rewarding finish to the meal, and prompted me to want to return to try some of their other sundaes.

Service was good, with the staff friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is actually very big with different sections so if you have preference like sitting at bar counter, the cozy booth, the wine room, or the main dining section featuring lots of arts, you might want to let the restaurant know beforehand. 

The bill was $2,200 which is reasonable considering the food quality, service and the overall dining experience, and if you want a good place to enjoy some nice cut of meat, this one is a good choice.

對上一次來吃飯已是多年之前印象中蟹餅和apple crumble是最好吃的所以今次亦叫了這2個菜式等餐其間侍應先給我們上蒜蓉包烘得十分脆的麵包2面都塗滿了蒜蓉外脆內軟,好吃😋美國馬里蘭州蟹餅,熱辣辣,煎得十分香口,吃到蟹的味道,完全沒有雪味,啖啖蟹肉絲,十分滿足,配蛋黃醬十分好吃❤️主菜的烤春雞,外皮好香烤過的味道,也吃到雞油味、香草味。肉質是彈牙結實,雞髀位十分正,唯美中不足是咸了一點點。🧡西班牙黑毛豬扒,點了五成熟,但好像只某部份是五分熟,有些位置太熟有點鞋口,質地彈牙,外皮烤得有點似燒肉皮,很脆,調味是簡單的鹽,豬肉味濃,所以好吃,如果再嫩一點就更好。💜配菜是松露薯條,是粗身的薯條,炸得好脆,與松露和芝士好配,不過涼了就很快軟掉。熱的時候好好吃💚Apple crumble 記得當年吃是用金鑊仔盛著的,現在的她,蘋果仍是煮得爽軟適中,酸酸甜甜的,面層焗的好香脆,不過吃多有點膩。另外十分欣賞他們的軟雪糕,有粒粒的雲呢拿籽,好香好滑好好吃😋😋😋總結是蟹餅真的好好食,軟雪糕也是。

記得當年吃是用金鑊仔盛著的,現在的她,蘋果仍是煮得爽軟適中,酸酸甜甜的,面層焗的好香脆,不過吃多有點膩。另外十分欣賞他們的軟雪糕,有粒粒的雲呢拿籽,好香好滑好好吃😋😋😋

我們點了一個Lamb Rack 和一個 Rib Eye Cap。Rib Eye Cap 是上蓋肉牛排,是順著牛肋眼肉附近筋膜所切下的上蓋肉,為肋眼牛排的精華部位,數量稀少。好少餐廳會有,當然供應有限,這些高級餐廳質素更不容擔心。
羊架是家人要求點的,一上難忘,不太蘇,而且配上hyatt steakhouse 獨家 Truffle Mustard芥辣味和羊味融入得岩岩好。如果喜歡熟啲,就要叫8成,我地叫6成,中間有血,但肉質十分嫩

2020年10月1日中秋節星期三,一早book咗steak house 7:30pm,前一日有個 waitress 打電話嚟叫我一係 6pm到或 8:30pm到,我話我6點嚟唔到,而且我一早confirm booking via OpenRice,佢先話叫我 stick with 7:30pm,呢個 call 令我覺得佢哋confirm booking 嘅arrangement 怪怪哋。7點幾度嚟到冇乜人,開始點餐前叫酒飲,冇Prosecco,waiter 話意大利餐廳先有,我搵唔到我想飲隻紅酒,waiter 介紹我飲香檳,但佢話如果我想飲 Prosecco,佢可以去隔離攞俾我,咁我就試下香檳,佢介紹咗最貴嗰隻,拎到嚟時俾我試一試,飲一啖就問佢支 champagne 係咪開咗好耐,因為冇哂啲泡泡,好似汽水漏氣咁,佢話支香檳係琴晚開,咁我哋就話換過第支。但我覺得餐廳可以唔好serve客人一支隔夜嘅香檳,因為已變咗味唔好飲,亦令客人感覺唔好。之後叫咗支比較common嘅香檳飲,唔記得名,但起碼新開,夠bubble好飲。我哋兩個人只叫一份steak (因為我唔食牛),另叫多啲 appetiz

君悅扒房嘅Crab Cake係我食過最滿意嘅~外面煎得金黃,裏面係真材實料一梳梳嘅蟹肉,冇用好多調味反而突出到蟹肉嘅鮮甜,就咁唧啲檸檬汁已經好好味。

我地叫咗兩款牛扒to share,分別係美國熟成肉眼同埋澳洲M5和牛斧頭連骨肉眼,兩款都嗌咗medium,賣相都非常吸引,但食落就知分別喇-和牛肉眼扒肉味濃厚,肥瘦適中,個個食完都話正;比較起嚟美國熟成牛嘅味道就冇咁重,有少少筋-果然和牛係高質啲嘅。

最後嗌咗兩個甜品-Apple Crumble好大份,面層嘅Crumble香脆,入面嘅蘋果肉甜度適中,配埋雲呢拿軟雪糕又凍又熱嘅口感好正呢!朱古力心太軟中規中矩,份量就細啲(溫馨提示-雪糕融得好快)。

The last time I was here, due to their buy 1 get 1 free promotion, I didn't have a chance to try their steak so I am glad this menu has the steak option. Also last time I didn't try the strawberry sundae so this menu was perfect for me.

The garlic bread was amazing. It was crunchy on the outside while soft inside, fragrant and hot. It was so good I asked for two more.

The Appetizer Platter was a great way to try all their famous starters. The crab cake was packed with flavors. The steak tartare was as good as last time but the grilled bread still lost its crunch like last time(I wished its crunchiness could have been the same as the garlic bread). The prawn cocktail despite being good paled a bit compared to the other two.

You can see from the steak and the stick it is medium rare. The wagyu steak was tender and juicy. The butter on top also complemented its flavor.

The creamed spinach I prefer to call it spinach cream. The spinach was minced finely and it was really more of a cream consistency instead.

 Last but not least is the Strawberry Romanoff Sundae. The strawberries were fresh and the swirl pattern of the sundae was mesmerizing. The vanilla ice cream is as rich as last time. Best of all, I am able to taste the alcohol this time(compared the sundae last time). No wonder they label it is not suitable for children and their sundaes being a selling point at the steakhouse. Looking forward to another meal and here and another one of their sundaes.

The steak tartare, instead of minced, is cut into small bits. This allowed us to still have a feeling of eating the beef, which was quite springy. It was seasoned minimally allowing us to taste the freshness of the steak tartare. The grilled sourdough bread went well with the steak tartare but it was not as crispy as I wanted it to be.

The skin of the spring chicken was roasted and seasoned to perfection. Despite the roast, the chicken was still juicy and the rosemary was a nice touch. The preferred it without the lemon though you can add it to just one piece to see how you like it.

Another thing famous about this steakhouse is its sundae, which they describe as not suitable for children, due to the alcohol they add to it.

I chose the Hazelnut and Figs. I have to say I didn't taste any alcohol in it. However, it's still a great dessert on its own. The figs were sweet and the hazelnut cream being very rich.

The vanilla ice cream  was also a great surprise. You can see the vanilla seeds in it(Hope you can see it in this picture). You can order a bigger one if you want to share it with others.
