因為想食signature dishes ,所以無叫set,但set好似抵食啲。一叫完嘢食就送上熱辣辣,外脆內軟的蒜蓉包。味道其實沒有好蒜蓉味,但係佢嗰種熱嘅溫度,外脆內軟嘅質感,真係冇得彈。最出色—我覺得係signature 蟹餅,完全食得出香味同鮮味。佢冇用太多嘅調味,但係一上到枱就已經聞到香噴噴,食嘅時候都忍唔住聞咗好多次。佢外層酥脆,入面一絲絲蟹肉,加上香草,唔係好多肉汁,但係都食到一點蟹肉鮮甜味。Steak我地揀左signature韓牛,韓牛出名肉質好,呢塊無論血水、肉質及肉汁都好好。waiter哥哥係我哋叫嘅時候特登提我哋叫medium rare,因為呢塊牛比較薄。但我覺得炭火味濃左啲,有人覺得佢賣相差咗啲。因為韓牛價錢較高,但認為物有所值。佢有好多種醬可以揀,我地就揀左MUSHROOM RAGOUT,味道濃好惹味。叫左個side松露薯條調味非常到位,松露既香味同薯條既酥脆好夾,質地口感都好好,細細條好酥脆但又有薯仔味。配菜嚟講我覺得份量好大,絕對值得一試!Apple Crumble 都係熱辣辣,肉桂味濃,蘋果酸甜適中。口感鬆脆加上蘋果口感無敵好,竟然用軟雪糕配襯,軟雪糕有雲呢拿及奶香,但係我都比較鍾意用硬雪糕襯Apple Crumble。Grand Hyatt服務不嬲都非常好,上次食中菜都已經感受到,Steakhouse員工態度友善,能迅速滿足你既需求,無論係影相定係碟既熱度。餐廳典雅高檔,作為慶祝場合十分理想。

繼茶園下午茶、茶園同咖啡廳自助餐、Grissini後,終於趁住Restaurant Week都試埋佢既Steakhouse🤣好不容易搵到個入口,原來要係停車場嗰邊搭𨋢上去🧐▪️Hong Kong Restaurant Week Spring 2025 Elite Signature Lunch 💲488 Per Person🥖外脆內軟,唔會乾身介口,好香口既蒜蓉牛油味🧄1️⃣ Appetiser (Choice of One)▫️ Caesar Salad▫️ Thick Cut Bacon凱撒沙律完全係二人份量,爽脆既生菜、芝士碎、煙肉粒同麵包糠,正常發揮🥗本身唔特別鍾意煙肉,但見人地話好食又即管一試,的確厚切肥瘦相間,配上個威士忌楓糖漿,竟然會有啲似蜜汁叉燒咁,帶有甜甜地嘅油香🫢2️⃣ Main Course (Choice of One)▫️ 6Oz Three Pepper Custard Grass Fed Argentinean Tenderloin侍應建議我地叫三成,出到黎似五成,但處理得唔錯無咩血水,肉質細緻緊密,鎖到肉汁,肉味香濃😍本身已經有簡單調味,配上紅酒醬汁,仲有鹽、黑椒、六款芥末任君選擇,我地揀左侍應推介既法式松露芥末同埋顆粒芥末醬🥹3️⃣ Side (Choice of One)▫️ Truffle Potato Mousseline▫️ Broccolini薯蓉比較稠身,加左啲松露,味道好香濃🥔小西蘭花爽脆,有少少辣油,不過辣度唔高4️⃣ Dessert (Choice of One)▫️ Signature Cheesecake▫️ Banana Caramel Sundae紐約芝士蛋糕綿密軟滑,而且芝士味香濃,加上酸酸地既杏桃汁,完全唔會膩🧀反而新地比下去,黎到已經溶溶地,最鍾意面頭既杏仁片,底下係普通既雲呢拿雪糕加香蕉🍌🔎 整體評分(9/10)

君悅酒店的扒房,真的不用說太多,這和洲際也就是現在麗晶酒店的扒房,一個香港島,一個九龍,也是香港最為經典而高貴的扒房,烤牛扒時的坑紋,應該是我吃過最突出的,外表的香脆厚,簡單直接,再配上內裏熟度的恰到好處,整件事就是天衣無縫。今次吃的是阿根廷的草飼牛扒,選取肉眼部位,肉香和脂香平衡到剛剛好,而且火候功力十足,也能逼出內裏的香味,無論是簡單的岩鹽,還是青椒醬也能突顯其水準。除了牛扒及蟹餅之外,它的煙肉也相當吸引,不是很典型的薄脆,而是相當厚身,吃起來口感也夠嫩,甚至有點像叉燒的味道和口感,與傳統美式煙肉相映成趣。The steakhouse at the Grand Hyatt needs little introduction, standing alongside the InterContinental (now Regent) as one of Hong Kong’s most classic and elegant steakhouses—one on Hong Kong Island, the other in Kowloon. The grill marks on their steaks are the most distinct I’ve ever seen, with a perfectly crisp and thick exterior paired with ideal doneness inside, creating a seamless dining experience. This time, I had an Argentine grass-fed ribeye steak, offering a perfect balance of beefy and fatty flavors. Expertly cooked to draw out its aroma, it shone with just rock salt or green pepper sauce. Beyond steak and crab cakes, their bacon also impresses—thick-cut, tender, and reminiscent of char siu in taste and texture, offering a unique twist on traditional American-style bacon.

Today is my father's birthday and it was also a public holiday. Initially I thought it would be the more expensive weekend lunch menu as it is a public holiday(Lunar New Year). Surprisingly, it was the weekday lunch price so it was really a great deal.The appetizer bar was amazing with a great variety of food. You can also try their signature chicken liver pate and house smoked salmon. The only probem here was stopping yourself from eating too much as their was still the main course and dessert.All 3 of us ordered the Rib Eye, which was perfectly grilled giving it a lovely aroma. It was also a perfect medium.The sides were also really large and in the end we cannot finish the fries despite their tasty crunch without being salty.Out of the 2 desserts, I preferred their Apple Crumble mainly due to being very full and a fruity dessert was more appetizing. The birthday cake was also extremely rich wihout being too sweet for a chocolate cake. Their americano was also very strong (which I preferred). What I missed though was their spiked sundaes so I guess I have to come again to order it a la carte.

🥰 今日孔教授帶我食好嘢, 嚟到 Grand Hyatt Steakhouse 鋸扒. 點咗 午市套餐, $590+10%, 包括主菜, 湯, 沙律吧.🥢 餐廳入口係酒店大堂出邊, 再上樓梯, 環境優雅, 今日安排坐四人皮卡位, 私隱度十足, 背景音樂充滿聖誕氣氛.🤗 沙律吧. 選擇唔多, 但好多嘢啱食, 包括厚切煙三文魚, 大蜆, 雞肝醬等, 有吸引力喎.🐟 周打蜆湯. 孔教授強力推介, 好多蜆肉, 而且味道濃郁, 掂!🐂 阿根廷牛柳. 切得好辛苦, 味道不足, 我諗我唔鍾意食牛柳. 芥末嘅選擇都幾多, 又自家製, 又松露.🤗 總結: 環境十分舒適, 充滿節日氣氛, 沙律吧係賣點, 值得推介.
