My girlfriend and I were looking forward to visiting the restaurantfor its excellent harbor view. I called 2 days prior trying to reserve a table by the window at 8pm.However, they told me that all window-seat tables were booked up at that time slot. The only time slot available for such table was at 630pm.Upon arrival, I was expected to be seated by the window as I was promised originally. I was shocked when the staff told me that those tables were reserved by others! What made it even more

呢度環境好舒服，而且靚得嚟唔會好俗氣... 感覺會比較自然唔咁有壓迫感，服務態度友善，Waiter/Waitress夠attentive得嚟唔會太過份... 面帶笑容，我未點菜已經印象分加咗好多.... 前晚同女友去果度周年慶祝，因為天氣熱而且有人包咗外面做Pirvate party，坐係in-door不過落地大玻璃依然可以一覽香港美麗夜景.. 入夜就更有浪漫氣氛.. 因為環境另到你好Relax，唔會好似係大酒店咁有時好鬼死壓迫感... 點咗個 Tasting Menu.. 可惜因為開車所以無法點有配酒個一套.. 我點既main course係Hamachi，做得相當有水準，我女友點既係Guinea，我就覺得仍然有進步空間，可能係佢地選幾肉太大塊，我覺得做得不夠滑嫩，不過我女友都食得好開心... 其他菜式都算有水準..整體我覺得食物并非超水準之作，雖然合格，但以價錢嚟計食物係的確貴咗啲，不過環境實在太好，加唔少分... 同女朋友約會，會係非常好既選擇！

Together with nice food and excellent view, occasion feel the shaking while the ferry anchoring, it is one of the best restaurant I have ever been on the harbour front. Superb merging of indoor and outdoor areas. You can enjoy the smell of outside and direct view of the harbour with their chilled ventilation fans in a mid-summer night.For a simple 2 course dinner, you should expect to spend at least $400 per head to enjoy the above.

約左朋友食dinner, 行街行到悶, 又岩岩係prints買左card仔, 就搵個地方坐得慢慢寫!唔敢要太多, 又冇理由只飲野, 就要一杯guinness同風乾火腿, 咁就坐左2個鐘特登叫waiter安排我坐出面, 吹下海風真係好舒服, 望住個海人都開心d, 味道如何已經唔記得, 沉醉係海風海景之中, 食咩都咁嘆

食神之前閱讀過不少關於Watermark食評, 大致都係話野食麻麻, 景同氣氛就超好。上星期終於掟起心肝, 訂咗枱同啫哩人去試試。環境:餐廳裝修唔算豪裝, 著重簡約, 入門口時有些少似入緊水濂洞feel. 食神選擇咗較近窗枱以便欣賞夜景, 但係當晚維港好大霧, 心想如果食物都唔點就真係要含恨而回嘞。前菜:食神選擇咗一個比較"安全"配搭- 龍蝦沙律+ 煎蟹餅. 龍蝦非常新鮮, 蟹餅選用蟹肉比較厚, 口感非常好, 比起wooloomooloo出名蟹餅更加出色。主菜:番茄汁龍蝦仔幼麵無乜特別驚喜, 燒tenderloin則造得唔錯。甜品:值得一提係甜品白朱古力sherbet, 內裡包住草莓醬同草莓, 甜酸混合一起食落好refreshing。服務:服務大致上唔錯, 侍應生有禮貌但係好木納, 欠咗D笑容。總結:食物比想像中好, 唔似'Pearl on the Peak'咁得個景, 食神絕對會番轉頭幫櫬。

went for brunch-place: we sit outside at the window seats, love the great 90 degrees seaview!!! the area is very relaxing wf high ceiling. there r plenty of space in between tables and we have only 2 ppl but they gave us a 4 ppl table, so appreciated! personally i dont like live band as they can be loud n disturbing, but their live band indoor was good! they play soft music at the rite volume! service and food: service was great, always smiling n polite! ;) for the food, i like their omelette v

去完Chanel Mobile Art, 嚟里道飲杯嘢... 因未夠６點無snack....坐抵點咗Champagne & Guinness. 但是日太大風吹都頭都暈。個Waiter 推咗２個暖爐係我前後都唔掂... 差啲要埋單走. 後嚟佢地拎咗塊帔肩（係100％WOOL ，Camel色嘅. ）暖返又到咗６點，所以嗌啲小食同飲多round 囉.小食1: Crab Cake係有新鮮粒粒蟹肉嘅，熱辣辣食都唔錯小食2: 風乾hamok 啫... 麻麻弟哋甘香..。Ole 個個ham 難忘啲 Anyway, 坐到黃昏都幾靚幾舒服嘅, 個waiter又咁殷勤... 唔錯嘅experience PS: 下次要嚟食steak先, 因為見到雪歸啲牛肉好吸引

What a restaruant, it has the best view.We have parties for 7 ppl, and we all ordered the tasting menu. and we have 3 bottles of wine, and one bottle of champange (which we brought in ourself).I can tell the taste for all food is really good, besides that, the presentations itself is super loverly, very attractive, and colorful. I just went to Watermark with my friend for dinner last night. It's located at the pier with nice seaview. Our appetizer was oysters and 2 main courses were mushrooms risotto and blue cod. Taste was alright though. Waiters were mainly English speakers and really did fabulous jobs. The only thing I was disappointed was seat arrangement. When I was there at 7:15pm, there're lots of empty tables right next to the windows, but the receptionist just put us somewhere far away from the windows.

after months of talking abt this restaurant, I finally booked a table for 6 for an evening Friday night dinner. 3 gals orders the tasting menus, the guys ordered the house steaks (10oz for $450, not cheap). The tasting starts with so-so appetizer before we repeatedly called the server for food. We ended up waited for 30 more minse before we had our mains. Thou the food was worth a wait but a big NO. Went to Watermark with a friend last night. The Environment is excellent. Nice Deco, good services. The food was ok, not "Wow". The main courses was especially good. I ordered the Black Angus Beef ($325)Tenderloin and my friend ordered Dutch Veal chop($265). Both tasted so good. The appetizer was Seafood Platter for two. It was not okay. The seafood was too cold and I would say not worth $450 cos I found a lot of sands in it. The Expresso was good too. The only thing bad is the tables are too cl

high ceiling with nice view, design is chic. but the tables are too packed. Service was superb. The seafood platter is a must for seafood fan, only $450 but could at least serve 3 people. The main course was a bit disappointing though, so was the dessert, nothing \'wow\'. Generally speaking, it\'s worth trying once just for the view sake.

14Dec2007 @WatermarkIt was a divisional dinner with my colleauges. The place was beautiful, you can watch the seaview and sit back with a glass of red wine, or chat with the people. I just didn't understand why they turned on the heater on a day which was around 20 degree celsius. I expected air conditioning. I told the girl to turn it off but still felt a bit hot. 非常同意之前兩個食評﹐"I was trying to make a reservation for the X'mas Eve dinner last week...I called in for a reservation. The host told me that they need me to fill out a form for the reservation, and requested from my email address. And then I called in the other day since I had received nothing from them, and then the host told me that their catering director was very busy...I gave her my email again in case if there was any techical problem...and again. I had received nothing from them!!!"我也遇到一樣的問題。

I do try the Sunday Brunch of this resturant.Quite nice, even though it is not cheap.Foods, services are nice, and the atmoshphere makes you feel like u are already not staying in HK.Maybe it is still quite new, so that I read 2 bad comments of this resturant. But staff at there really try to perform as good as they can, so.. I think..fair enough. N I don\'t think you can find another resturant which have a better environment than WATERMARK in HK.Give it some time, it will be a signature restu
