而家我返工又晏咗一個鐘所以晏晝可以同老婆去食好嘢!呢日我哋就去咗食Sunday brunch,食完先施施然去返工個人都開心啲。地點喺超級方便我嘅中環Watermark!呢間餐廳有靚海景喺咁嘅環境下食早午餐真係勁享受。食呢個早午餐可以加$290任飲150分鐘嘅雞尾酒、氣泡酒、紅白餐酒同埋啤酒,要返工嘅關係我就加$60任飲汽水、果汁、雜果賓治、青檸梳打同埋有氣冇氣嘅礦泉水。首先會有11個前菜送嚟食完唔夠喉嘅話都可以再返兜!先整件香脆嘅酸種麵包,本身佢哋係配紫菜牛油可惜我唔食得,侍應另外攞咗海鹽牛油俾嚟等我招呼好週到。漬紅菜頭沙律入面有紅黃兩款,平時唔鍾意食醋嘅我都覺得味道好得,原來用咗八珍甜醋嚟調味食落好酸香配紅菜頭真係好夾。迷你羅馬生菜沙律勁爽脆鮮甜,上面有飯素我要撇開先至食到,不過仲有好多鹹香嘅芝士所以唔會淡茂茂仲好好食添。烤椰菜花望落個樣好似乾爭爭點知食落去好香口,味道酸酸香香咁又幾好食喎。開心果鷹嘴豆泥醬食落去好香滑,佢哋嘅橄欖油好靚有咗佢香味出晒嚟,夾埋啲無花果一齊食多咗啲甜味好唔錯。淺漬油甘魚上面綠色嘅係牛油果慕絲,加埋鹹鮮味濃嘅三文魚籽一齊食鮮味會更加出。帶子慕絲夠晒香滑上面仲有啲帶子粒,加埋青蘋果莎莎醬同埋手指檸檬呢個慕絲果香味好濃。和牛他他用咗有蔬菜味嘅金山寺味噌調味,食落去嘅味道比平時嘅他他特別好多。西蘭花苗烤得好焦香點啲甜椒醬食會仲惹味!烤豬腩肉係會令人瘋狂嘅味道,咬落去油花四濺加埋紫蘇葉嘅香同埋辣椒嘅辛味道好有層次。烤一夜干魷魚整得夠香口,如果可以飲酒呢味前菜真係啱晒。食完前菜係時候食主菜喇!牛魔王梗係先食M7和牛後腰脊骨肉,呢個主菜要另外加多$120。我哋揀咗三成熟出嚟嘅效果到位!食落去外面焦香入面軟腍腍口感唔錯,點埋濃郁嘅肉汁食大大滿足鍾意食牛嘅我。件伴菜法菜式薯批都唔惹小㗎!外面炸到脆卜卜入面就夠晒粉淋,面頭仲有好多香甜嘅焦糖洋蔥食落去勁正斗。燴牛面頰肉煮到入口即化而且超級入味!薯蓉溝埋啲勁濃牛肉汁一齊食實在精彩。法國黃油雞睇個樣就知道佢有幾咁香!除咗皮脆之外啲肉都做得唔錯絕對唔會鞋口,墊喺底下面嘅煙肉香蔥薯蓉都幫手攞咗唔少分㗎。老婆大人鍾意食海鮮!呢個烤波士頓龍蝦就算要加$220我都捨得叫俾佢食,龍蝦做得好出色用咗日式嘅西京燒味噌味嚟煮,食落去又鮮又香絕對係值回票價。松葉蟹義麵啱晒老婆大人食!呢個係用龍蝦汁嚟煮所以好鮮味,加埋香到不得了嘅巴馬臣芝士味道真係幾唔錯。鮑魚飯除咗意大利米外原來仲有薏米所以口感好得意!不過入面有紫菜都係留比大家嘆好喇。甜品拼盤都好鬼豐富不過最特別我覺得係中間嘅香蕉拖肥!喺香蕉味入面又有啲朱古力嘅香甜得嚟又唔會覺得好漏,唔鍾意食甜品嘅我都食咗唔少呀。…查看更多
