We have booked a table at seven but we arrived central at six so we called to ask if we can get the table at half six.

We arrived the restaurant at half six but there's none at the reception.
We waited for about fifteen minutes and the staff were busy doing preparation.

The restaurant was empty but they didn't take us to the window table but a table near the window.
We both tired and not bothered to change the table ..
We ordered some cocktails , seafood soup and pressed duck .
The cocktails were okay.
The seafood soup was just okay as it's not creamy and thick.. And the worst thing was.. Got sand from the calm and mussels .. Disgusting!!
The pressed duck wad awesome!! The duck breast was very tender and delicious!!
And the charcoal grill duck leg was even the best! Crispy and juicy !
They were lot better than other French restaurant in hk!

The atmosphere was not great there.. The tables were packed and there was no privacy .. You can just grab the salt n pepper from the table next to you .. And it's quite odd to overhear what people say..
Definitely not a good place for fine dining nor romantic dinner..

It's a bit noisy and the service was not good indeed..

For my birthday dinner, first time there and it's impressive. From the entrance, I felt like I was entering another world, from busy Central to an exclusive and romantic place through the corridor.
Although the price was not that expensive, the service is great and offer a real fine dining experience. One of the waiters was studying hospitality management from Switzerland, where very famous for service training. He was the one serving one and introduce the menu with professional comments, not hard selling but you'll love to listen.
I tried the seafood soup, which was a WOW

pieces of seafood in there, no cheating. The dried aged steak in blueberry cheese was so delicious, not healthy, but once a while, who cares. My partner ordered crab cake for appetizer, it's another Surprise, because it is full of crab meat, resfhly taste. Pasta was great. We had my favourite bottle of Shiraz,....so good. At the end, the staff song birthday song for me, felt so happy


This time with my visiting friend, we had a bottle of white wine for our Happy Hour first outdoor. A bit chlling but it's so good to have such a beautiful night view by the harbour. It worths everything.
We had foie gras, my faviurite risotto, sdeafood soup, pasta and roasted pork....all are very nice. No disppointment!

OK I admit it - I dine out far too much. I just got back from a very pleasant evening at Watermark.My friend and I had not seen each other in some time so we started chatting and it was quite some time before we got around to ordering. My friend and I had not seen each other in some time so we started chatting and it was quite some time before we got around to ordering. The waiter approached us a few times before we eventually did manage it but was in no way pushy.

We each had a starter, main course and dessert with a bottle of white wine. Whether they gauged our preference for a relaxed dinner or were more taken up with the big group by the window, I don't know but the speed at which our food came was perfect for us to have a long chat (ie probably too slow for some).

I order pan seared foie gras, which came perfectly cooked and with some nice acidic apple to complement its richness. My friend had steak tartare which, surprisingly for a starter, came with chips (fries).

She followed that up with fish (I've forgotten which though) and I had scallops with some diced vegetables. Scallops were tasty and not overcooked (something often & easily done). When ordering I had asked the waiter if I would need to order an extra side dish and he correctly advised me that, since I had ordered a starter, I would have sufficient with the main dish itself.

Dessert was a lemon tart which was lovely and tart, as opposed to excessively sugary, & a small caremilised apple tart which we were told would take 25 minutes as it was cooked on the spot. Both were delicious.

Staff were not at all rushing us but, at that point we thought we had better leave as they were clearing up for the night.

一早book左張枱同女友慶祝生日,我order左個生日蛋榚同埋叫佢地幫我keep住紮花(早1小時比左佢地.D waiter 好 nice, 好好笑容.入面樓低高,又海景,環境非常浪漫. 一坐抵就有兩杯welcome drink, D麵包好翠好好味. 頭盤個crab cake同個海鮮湯好好味.主菜叫左個羊扒同牛扒..好juicy好香.最後甜品是生日蛋榚同鮮花.她好開心同驚喜.PS: 最細的生日蛋糕是一鎊,HKD200.

同老公拖著手一路從IFC走向7號碼頭,颱風天的悶熱不但絲毫沒影響那份情調反而還帶點偶像劇中男女主角在天橋上漫步的感覺。走進餐廳第一個印象就是好grand,好酷!大堂中間的水晶燈加上落地玻璃外面的海景整個感覺就是浪漫的代名詞服務員的態度很好很有禮貌並且醒目,使人感到很貼心。一開始我們想點紅酒於是請她介紹,在了解了我們的喜好後不吝嗇的拿了兩隻紅酒讓我們試喝再決定,後來我們選了一只2007年份比較甜的澳洲紅酒兩個前菜分別是白酒蜆跟鵝肝,水準都不錯。主菜點了豬肉,那口感超嫩,連豬皮都是滑溜溜的,入口即溶,那豬皮嫩的來還很Q咧!另外還點了一份愛爾蘭牛排配藍起士醬,無添加的第一口感覺清清淡淡的,味道略嫌簡單。誰想到第二口依然是無添加的吃竟然連第一口的肉香一起跑了出來。到了第三口加了藍起士,嘴裡充斥著”濃嫩多汁“的感覺,再配上紅酒,氣氛,情調,以及完美的情人真的是言語難以形容咧~最後甜點選擇了蘋果塔甜甜的蘋果本身淡淡的酸味加上又酥脆又甜的表皮,真的吃到肚子漲還想再吃一個。而且餐廳還很體貼的在甜點的盤子上為我寫下驚喜的字句送給老公呢~不過還好有Citibank的優惠,這餐真的是超值!!!

另外還點了一份愛爾蘭牛排配藍起士醬,無添加的第一口感覺清清淡淡的,味道略嫌簡單。誰想到第二口依然是無添加的吃竟然連第一口的肉香一起跑了出來。到了第三口加了藍起士,嘴裡充斥著”濃嫩多汁“的感覺,再配上紅酒,氣氛,情調,以及完美的情人真的是言語難以形容咧~
最後甜點選擇了蘋果塔甜甜的蘋果本身淡淡的酸味加上又酥脆又甜的表皮,真的吃到肚子漲還想再吃一個。而且餐廳還很體貼的在甜點的盤子上為我寫下驚喜的字句送給老公呢~

不過還好有Citibank的優惠,這餐真的是超值!!!

話說上年年尾係我爸媽既結婚紀念日,我專登為佢地攪個浪漫燭光晚餐,咁我就搵咗lee間嘢~我媽去到點菜時,眼見個晚餐meun全部都係英文,咁梗係唔係好識睇啦,味問人囉,當時佢同阿爸都有少少唔好意思,佢地已經搵個著西裝(經理啩)既嚟問,唸住態度好d 啦,我媽問今晚晚餐係咩,果個人指住meun話" lee d 囉",鬼唔知咩,咁我媽味叫佢講係咩食物囉,佢就好敷衍咁求其講咗兩個set,但我媽話起碼見到有4個set,但無辦法啦,唔通仲要硬住頭皮問落去咩~~佢地講番lee餐飯食得好唔自在,好唔開心,d食物份量又細,佢地番到嚟仲要煮嘢食~我聽到佢地咁講都好嬲,唸住間嘢咁高級,點知遇到d 咁既服務~

麵包非常普通 唔食都唔可惜.
Starters:
1) 珍寶蟹肉餅 / 醃青瓜 / 青檸牛油汁
Jumpbo lump crab cake / pickled cucumber / lime butter

蟹餅Size細細 估唔到有咁多蟹肉 啖啖都係鮮嫰多汁 表面頌煎到金黃香脆 配埋青瓜同青檸汁 清新得黎又唔會太油 非常啱中意食蟹又怕麻煩既食友們!
2) 愛爾蘭鮮蠔 / 乾蔥紅醋汁
Irish rock oytsers / shallot vinegar
6隻蠔都好鮮味 海水味較重 如果配汁會無咁Salty 不得不提旁邊既多士 雖然只有少少沙律係面 但係食完蠔食番片多士先再試下1道菜就試得更加清楚啦
Soup:
1) 海鮮濃湯 / 香蒜包粒 / 蒜蓉紅花蛋黃醬
Seafood bouillabisse / garlic croutons / saffron aioli

依個湯我地Share 所以佢地會分左先上 但我估唔到每人碗湯入面頌有咁多配料 有鮮蝦,青口,帶子,魚柳,蟹肉,著仔.... 個湯偏稠 味道亦都好鮮好濃 又係 旁邊既多士今次配奶油1樣精彩!
Main Courses:
1) 波士頓龍蝦 / 忌廉芥末汁 / 陳年牛奶芝士 / 香草蘆筍 ( 唔記得影相 )

中間發生既小插曲: 話說當個長通粉黎既時候我呆1呆 我明明係叫闊麵嫁....叫左個waitress黎問問 但佢話X當時係指住依個Course名....可能X又無DOUBLE CHECK啦....佢問我係咪唔OK 我無出聲 因為如果叫多個又怕食唔曬 但我本身都唔係想食依個 X都有錯 無理由要人地換 咁我就話算啦 1分鐘後 waitress又行番黎同我講幫我落番ORDER 個通粉佢話送比我地食 我即刻開心番 我諗佢地係因為知道我生日所以唔想掃我興啦

1個意外 估唔到竟然係驚喜 通粉比濃濃既醬汁包圍住 雖然個汁好香 但太多都會漏 但半乾蕃茄既酸味就啱啱中和到個種感覺 唔好既地方就係太多油啦 ....
3) 海鮮闊條麵 / 朝鮮薊 / 濃雞汁
Seafood fettucine / artichoke / chicken reduction
佢黎到既時候已經飽9成....成隻炸軟穀蟹係面 又係非常咁足料 除左頭先海鮮湯提過既海鮮之外 頌有饅魚
我覺得依個闊條麵係完全係越式 可能係因為朝鮮薊 加上成個闊麵既酸味 令我諗起酸辣湯......
Desserts:
1) 暖心巧克力 / 香草意式雪糕
Soft center 64% Manjari chocolate foundant / vanilla gelato

附上生日蠟燭 蛋糕做得夠薄 朱古力漿包得夠多 亦都流心 64%又唔會太甜 同vanilla gelato 1齊食係1個美好既句號.
P.S: 的確係有食友們所講既"震"問題 但我諗環境已經可以令你分心

侍應既人手唔太足夠 有時想搵佢地都唔係咁易 但佢地都helpful.

buffet appetizer 選擇不算太多, 不過食物質素都很不錯, 而且賣相漂亮, 我們光是appetizer都很得半飽了, 還有main course跟甜品呢!

main course 我選了steak, 身旁有人很勇敢的點了tartar, raw meat, 忍不住吃了一小口, 軟綿綿的感覺很特別, 但我沒勇氣自己吃完一整個呢!

至於我點的steak, 對我來說有點太濃味了。

main course從來都不是我的重點, 甜品才是, 這次可選的甜品有4款, 我選了一款chocolate brownie類的甜品, 據稱是用valhrona chocolate做的, 光看賣相已經覺得它一定會很美味, 事實上亦是非常美味呢!

在watermark吃飯時, 有時會感覺到自己也在跟著海浪搖晃, 大概是船隻泊岸時的沖擊力所帶來的感覺吧

I went there for Sunday brunch recently, my first visit to this reataurant. It was only 1/3 full, which surprised me as I thought this would be a popular place for a relaxing Sunday afternoon as the restaurant offers a great view looking across to TST. Yes the view was great and then I realised why it did not draw a crowd. The food was mediocre. I had eggs benedict and it was only just acceptable. Then we went to the buffet table and the food was what you would expect from a lower end resta

Then we went to the buffet table and the food was what you would expect from a lower end restaurant where you pay $98 for all you can eat. Not good to look at and tasted very average. So it was quite a disappointment.

Finally there!! 為獎勵自己過去一年的努力,終於可以係Easter holiday品嘗watermark's good food。 去餐廳之前,將食評同老公講左一次,佢回應左一句:「唔係掛,咁差?」因為假期,我地著得好casual (tracksuit 牛仔褲,唔係smart casual…),去到餐廳門口,實在覺得under-dress左... 不過,Receptionist好有禮貌兼好好笑容咁帶我地去訂好既位置 - 窗口位,nice! - Prime Dry-Aged Nebraska Rib Eye (USA) with Homemade Béarnaise sauce, served with Black Truffle Salt
- Prime Dry-Aged Nebraska Rib Eye (USA) with Blue Cheese Sauce
Served with sour cream baby potatoes, asparagus and confit vine tomatoes
Cooked as suggested: Chargrilled/Medium
(好好!肉質好、味濃,烤得焦脆,10oz份量剛剛好。配菜以sour cream baby potatoes最突出。)
Dessert:
- Petit-Fours for 2 (Daily special - White Chocolate, Chestnut cake, Cheese cake etc, with a wee bit of bite)
- Coffee
(唔錯,對不好甜品的我來說,bite size絕對很適合)

Came to try their Sunday brunch. I asked to look at their menus before coming in. The hostess was a Chinese lady but she wasn't nice to me cause i was Chinese. I asked to be seated and right behind me was a couple with a Caucasian and an Asian woman. She told the waited to bring me to table 22. Then while i was being seated, the couple that was after me, came and sat in the table beside mine, which is the window seat. So i totally agree with the other reviewers below about the rascist and

Thank goodness our server was very attentive and polite and did a good job. She was Filipino.

The brunch served simple food like gnocchi, harissa chicken, salmon (way they cooked it was very moist, not dry like most buffet places) and another white fish. Nothing fancy cause the brunch was just $298 or something per person which included a choice of eggs and fois gras. The view was wonderful. It was also very relaxing to sit on the couch outside.

I've had dinner here before and the steaks are wonderful. The kitchen team makes good food, but the team outside can be snobby.

d相係11月既birthday lunch, 前前後後都去左幾次, 宜家推介下先lunch包括appetizer bar, 每樣攞小小都已經好多, 貪心既我攞2轉先夠. 如果唔係咁大食, 可以揀SOUP.main course 通常有beef, fillet, seafoods 或者lamb, 牛面珠DUN都試過 (大約HKD160左右), 另外都有 ravioli, risotto等 (約HKD140左右)離開忙到癲既office, 黎呢度take番個break, 坐番個零2個鐘, 飲埋coffee黎個完滿既句號... 又係時間返去再衝!
