I just went to Watermark with my friend for dinner last night. It's located at the pier with nice seaview. Our appetizer was oysters and 2 main courses were mushrooms risotto and blue cod. Taste was alright though. Waiters were mainly English speakers and really did fabulous jobs. The only thing I was disappointed was seat arrangement. When I was there at 7:15pm, there're lots of empty tables right next to the windows, but the receptionist just put us somewhere far away from the windows.
At 9:00pm, those window seats were finally occupied by non-Chinese (also known as white people). I was wondering how the receptionist or the manager arranged the seating plan.
Well, I did make my reseravation too. I feel kind of discriminated.
By the way, I am an 100% Chinese.
