My friend and I decided to 'yum cha' today and we suggested to go Fung Shing. I have positive experience at their branch at Prince Edward and i remembered that they have one at Causeway Bay too. Fung Shing have few outlets in Hong Kong and their Causeway Bay branch was located at Leighton Road, around 5 minutes walk from MTR. They offered several choices for their menu, such as Cantonese dishes, dim sum and chef special etc. Prawn dumpling - They were quite considerate to have their menu select

Prawn dumpling - They were quite considerate to have their menu selected either 2 or 4 pieces, in order to let customers have more choices. The prawn was quite juicy and fresh, but the skin was slightly tough though.
'Siu Mai' - The size of the siu mai was slightly bigger than usual, and yet it was still chewy and juicy, with pork and prawns in it as well. It goes well with the chilli sauce provided.
BBQ pork with noodle - The chef was quite generous with the serving, enough to serve 2 to 3 person. The noodles were chewy and smooth, with not much after-taste smell. BBQ pork was marinated till very juicy and tender, with lean fat at the side to make it more tender.
Lotus seed pudding - This was one of their signature desserts and certainly it did not disappoint. It was baked till it was charred at the edges and on top, with the top pudding very crispy. The pudding was creamy and sticky, with strong lotus seed paste taste.
