同朋友去油麻地買野,諗起上次係銅鑼灣食過既牛肩排,決定encore一下。外賣有唔係牛既菜式,有機會要試下今次係個湯係味噌湯,個湯都幾濃郁下,飲完都幾rich我揀左牛肩排因爲$80 (180G) 價錢係咁多款最平,又比牛柳有牛味。朋友就揀左牛柳,話貪佢肉質比較稔身,容易入口。呢款牛肩排就比較煙韌d,有口感d。各有各好啦。由於牛排一成熟係熟石上菜,自己可以燒到幾成都得既緣故,令好奇寶寶既我不停挑戰煮牛排,上次overcooked左,今次就7成熟。

各有各好啦。

由於牛排一成熟係熟石上菜,自己可以燒到幾成都得既緣故,令好奇寶寶既我不停挑戰煮牛排,上次overcooked左,今次就7成熟。

今日放假,出左旺角攪小小野,之後同朋友食野先走我地落左油麻地,去左食牛極!佢地係專食牛扒既店,賣點都係靚料,依個時間無咩人,應該係過左LUNCH時間,而且大家都盡量食外賣比較多落左單之後,店員會處理,因為人唔多,好快有野食,我地拎埋位之後大家share 食!再食牛肩排,我鍾意原汁原味,所以無落其他調味料,份量好多,女仔食完一定夠飽~ 另外仲有沙律同飲品,不過主角一定係塊扒😂👍🏻價錢都合理,唔算太貴,亦都唔係太平,不過依個質素算合格,路過可以一試呀!🥰

現在好多人鐘意食嘅石燒牛,經常都會排長龍,今日經過油麻地呢間牛極,居然有位唔使等,咁我要入去食啦😝進店後見有部電子機,買左飛就交給待應安排☺️點了牛柳200g,上了椰菜沙律,湯同飯,牛柳加了少許蒜片,切開入面仲好生,燒了一會便可以食了,沙律配上芝麻醬很清爽,湯是紅,白羅白清清的,牛食落很有牛味而且唔韌冇渣,就算一路食一路燒都唔會燒到韌晒,口感很好👍,終於都可以食番個熱辣辣嘅石燒牛了😘另外佢嘅沙律,湯同飯都可添加的,待應說現疫情關係,人客加添就待她們安排遞出,咁大家都安心啲食啊☺️(之前是客人自助形式)溫馨提示:怕彈污糟衫褲嘅就拿番件圍裙着啊👍

現在好多人鐘意食嘅石燒牛,經常都會排長龍,今日經過油麻地呢間牛極,居然有位唔使等,咁我要入去食啦😝
進店後見有部電子機,買左飛就交給待應安排☺️
點了牛柳200g,上了椰菜沙律,湯同飯,牛柳加了少許蒜片,切開入面仲好生,燒了一會便可以食了,沙律配上芝麻醬很清爽,湯是紅,白羅白清清的,牛食落很有牛味而且唔韌冇渣,就算一路食一路燒都唔會燒到韌晒,口感很好👍,
終於都可以食番個熱辣辣嘅石燒牛了😘
另外佢嘅沙律,湯同飯都可添加的,待應說現疫情關係,人客加添就待她們安排遞出,咁大家都安心啲食啊☺️(之前是客人自助形式)

朋友話去食野,約左好耐都未約得成,估唔到今日收到信息,大家都係附近做野,就約埋一齊食野最後決定去食牛極,因為食完大家都要返公司去到唔算太多人,除左因為限聚令,仲因為我地過左LUNCH TIME先黎落單之後好快有野食,即刻整一定好食,我果份整好先,之後先到朋友果份去到我地都食左200g厚切啖啖肉牛柳😆 沙律、麵豉湯、白飯任裝👍盛惠$110.00😚食得飽飽而且味道唔錯,最緊要係簡單又夠快,食得開心
