樓上大排檔是一間能享受鑊氣小炒、避風塘小菜美味的好地方,這裡重現昔日香港懷舊大排檔的場景,餐食客體會往日香港大排檔風情,百吃不膩的大排檔特色菜式,難怪樓上大排檔經常座無虛席。古法炒蜆在大排檔火紅小菜佔一席位,蜆肉體型狀碩,蠻新鮮的,且處理乾淨。古法炒蜆炒起來鹹香惹味,好不涮嘴,要不是肚子真的裝不下,我還真的想再追加一碗白飯呢。金沙涼瓜條先油炸過保留脆度,再加入大量鹹蛋黃拌炒,這味道真的是超迷人,讓不愛吃苦瓜的小朋友們也忍不住多挾了好幾條金沙涼瓜條,鹹鹹的鹹蛋黃滋味與甘香的苦瓜根本是天作之合。凍檸茶用料天然又實在,喝的時候記得邊搓邊喝,檸檬清香會更明顯,基底紅茶香氣濃郁但不苦澀,搭配現切新鮮檸檬,凍檸茶就是要這樣才沁涼解渴。咸檸七酸爽卻不失清新感,鹹酸的鹹檸與七喜完美融合,很適合飯後來一杯解解飽膩,鹹檸品質好,大顆又夠味,加上七喜的小氣泡,咸檸七爽透極了。必點黑蒜蝦仁炒飯,黑蒜蝦仁炒飯看似普通,但炒飯內裡盡是精髓,炒出一碟粒粒分明、香味四溢的炒飯並不簡單。為了保持米飯、配料的和諧與熟度,速度是其關鍵。這道黑蒜蝦仁炒飯不僅吃得到鑊氣,還能深深感受到黑蒜與蝦仁的細膩咬感,熱氣騰騰之餘又令人食指大動。拔絲咕嚕肉將豬肉按摩醃漬後下鍋油炸,再搭配菠蘿、青椒,淋上獨家特調的咕嚕糖醋醬汁,拔絲咕嚕肉的外脆內鮮嫩多汁,加上咕嚕糖醋汁的酸酸甜甜,媽媽笑說配飯可以吃三碗。魚香茄子煲真的把魚香發揮得淋漓盡致,肉碎細緻且入味,煲將辣與燙結合,更充份表現出魚香茄子煲的香辣層次,十分刺激味蕾。看茄子的色澤沒有黑掉,讓人看了美味可口,食慾大增,茄肉部份也軟得好吃,多吃幾碗飯也不是問題。Read More

有朋友喺灣仔附近返工,佢介紹咗我嚟呢間新開嘅《樓上大排檔》😋佢推介嘅原因係因為呢度嘅小炒好惹味,環境又好乾淨👍🏾環境我同朋友一上到去就覺得好似去咗80,90年代嘅香港🇭🇰咁!雖然呢度好懷舊,但一d都唔覺得污糟,而且重好乾淨企理,空間又大💕我哋都食得好舒服食物餐廳主打避風塘菜式,重係喜記炒蟹前總廚👨‍🍳主理招牌脆皮乳鴿 $78呢個乳鴿真係不得之了❤️❤️我好耐都冇食過一隻乳鴿可以咁脆之餘,一d都唔乾身,食落去重啖啖肉汁🤤必叫!拔絲咕嚕肉 $138個咕嚕肉整得外脆內軟,出面重有滿滿嘅甜酸汁,送飯一流😎淮山炒蓮藕片 $108唔想叫菜咁普通,就要試吓呢個淮山炒蓮藕片😛 師傅炒得好夠火喉,蒜味十足😋黑蒜蝦仁炒飯 $108我從來都唔知道原來黑蒜可以用嚟炒飯,而且又幾好味,佢唔似普通蒜咁大陣味,但就啱啱好,唔錯金沙涼瓜條 $58我就最鍾意食炸嘢嘅😂呢個鹹蛋苦瓜真係啱晒我🫶🏾唔鍾意食苦瓜嘅朋友都唔駛驚,因為佢炸咗之後一d都唔苦,重好爽口tim 食完飯,餐廳重送咗每人一碗番薯糖水,簡直係大滿足呀😋估唔到喺灣仔呢個位置都有d咁高質嘅大排檔wor,而且一d都唔貴,大家不妨約埋一班人去試吓👍🏾Read More
