鐵盒燒廣島生蠔睇住店員即煮即開,廣島蠔勁大隻,肉身飽滿,口感鮮嫩,而且我喜歡蒸煮後的鮮甜,加錢要添上raclette cheese ,芝士肉黃色,質地平滑,半熱熔的狀態,食起來很香,基本上我都無加入任何調味料,已經好鮮。栃尾油炸豆腐油豆腐外皮酥脆,但內裡仍然軟身多汁,上層鋪上熟的白飯魚,魚身奶白,有咸香味,配上香蔥都唔錯炭燒雞雞肉肉質有彈性,切成雞粒方便食用,佐酒一流,如果肯挑戰自己,蘸上柚子辣醬,更能突出雞味,用上備長炭,炭燒後仍能保持濕潤。炙燒和牛卡爾柏橋微微灸燒,和牛油脂分佈均勻,肉質軟嫩,將蔥花捲起來食,口感清新。花蛤燒花蛤大隻鮮甜,即時燒烤烹煮,加了少少酒,更顯風味鐵板明太子芝士玉子燒切開後見到爆多的明太子,咸鮮微辣,仲要有芝士,拉絲好正,玉子燒蛋香味濃,鐵板上仲熱到燙口,所以真係好正。雪糕蜜瓜梳打很香甜的蜜瓜香味,雲尼拿雪糕好香,之後半溶化狀態之下,飲起來又creamy

很香甜的蜜瓜香味,雲尼拿雪糕好香,之後半溶化狀態之下,飲起來又creamy
