今晚我同朋友去咗位於灣仔嘅呢間餐廳,由日本人處理,主打用備長炭炭燒食物,最近佢哋仲出咗沖繩特色Menu添。魷魚瓜天婦羅依度菜式用嘅魷魚非常之厚切,入口好有口感,口感彈牙。而苦瓜亦都係沖繩圓嘅特產,苦瓜入口但有少少苦味,食完仲有啲甘香。博多和牛飯呢一個飯用上博多和牛,上面仲有生雞蛋。和牛入口牛肉味唔算濃,但勝在有油香。明太子pizza Pizza烘到好脆,成塊pizza偏薄身,上面搽有一浸好薄嘅明太子,令到pizza除咗有芝士香味之外,仲有明太子嘅鹹香。燒飯團飯團燒得就唔算好香脆,但係米飯有口感,配埋紫菜一齊食都唔錯。黑糖布甸依家個布甸幾特別,入口有香濃嘅牛奶味,質感就比較似平時食到嘅麻糬。今餐嘅食物都幾特別,當中我自己比較欣賞嘅就係魷魚瓜天婦羅。

依度菜式用嘅魷魚非常之厚切,入口好有口感,口感彈牙。而苦瓜亦都係沖繩圓嘅特產,苦瓜入口但有少少苦味,食完仲有啲甘香。

博多和牛飯
呢一個飯用上博多和牛,上面仲有生雞蛋。和牛入口牛肉味唔算濃,但勝在有油香。

明太子pizza
Pizza烘到好脆,成塊pizza偏薄身,上面搽有一浸好薄嘅明太子,令到pizza除咗有芝士香味之外,仲有明太子嘅鹹香。

燒飯團
飯團燒得就唔算好香脆,但係米飯有口感,配埋紫菜一齊食都唔錯。

黑糖布甸
依家個布甸幾特別,入口有香濃嘅牛奶味,質感就比較似平時食到嘅麻糬。

今餐嘅食物都幾特別,當中我自己比較欣賞嘅就係魷魚瓜天婦羅。
