之前成日食Henry,都推薦過朋友去食,最近同朋友再去,估吾到係令人失望嘅一餐!首先食蠔,d冰融哂仲照裝蠔同蝦俾客食(睇圖),講真連放題都唔會咁求其,更何況係知名酒店餐廳。隔左幾個鐘朋友仲肚痛,除左可能食物唔乾淨,不過都唔排除係蠔寒涼,未必百分百關佢事。到蝦啦,個size似大蝦多過虎蝦,但係連蝦線都除唔乾淨,真係無言。龍蝦湯,前面見到食評話入邊有海鮮。但係果日淨係撈到蔥、土豆、青豆,感覺食緊俄羅斯農家樂多過法式bisque😹😹😹。最後自己加左隻冷盤既蝦落去。圖中係上枱未食前個樣。牛骨髓同牛柳都發揮正常。甜品又係,一人揀一件都無,一個咁細size嘅麵粉蛋糕都要to share,咁大間酒店都要做到咁孤寒😅🙈。。。

用香烤嘅方法烹調,有炭烤嘅味道,亦能夠鎖住肉汁,牛味更重。

Rosewood嘅餐廳俾我感覺一向飄忽不定,呢一間好彩冇令我失望👏🏻雖然牛扒反而唔係最好食🙈但其餘嘅菜式都係水準之上。敗筆係Henry嘅方向反而望唔到維港景色,同樣嘅價錢可能有更加出色更加靚景嘅美式扒房選擇。

🔔小知識時間之𝐔𝐒𝐃𝐀是美國農業部的簡稱,而美國農業部就專為美國牛肉制定了一個品質認證系統,把美國牛肉分為不同等級,最好的方法就是𝐔𝐒𝐃𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞了!(我們各自點了一份𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤,沒有試其他𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧)甫上碟,濃郁炭火香竄入鼻腔,細心欣賞牛扒,可見四個面都以火烤過、外皮產生焦糖香...透過高溫封住肉汁,把肉烤到粉嫩的五分熟,滿口燻香火!切開可見豐富的大理石花紋般的脂肪,直火逼出多餘油脂。牛排中的筋,更以高溫燒斷,絲毫不影響口感。獨有的純粹炭香在口中久味散去(暫時吃過最讚的牛扒🥩)平時𝐀 𝐥𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐮一塊𝟏𝟎𝐨𝐳 扒就已經$𝟕𝟓𝟖,所以這個𝐬𝐞𝐭價值是超划算💰

之後再ORDER咗一個RIBEYE兩個人SHARE,亦係WAITRESS推薦的,熟度揀咗MEDIUM RARE。一上枱已經香到不得了,牛扒嘅邊邊位有小小燒焦咗,但係唔會太怪,而且肉味好濃郁,每一啖都有香香嘅肉味散發出嚟,牛扒完全唔會太肥太難咬開。其中肥膏嘅位更加係放入口就即溶化😋本身配咗三款醬,本身已經擠咗喺碟嘅醬類似BBQ SAUCE,呢款就無咩特別。另外兩個就唔清楚係咩醬,紅色酸酸地有小小似TABASCO加其他嘢,黃色醬就比較似淡忌廉汁。額外再配有BASIC嘅SALT & PEPPER,個人覺得最簡單嘅食法最好食。食咗兩啖之後,都有職員主動問我地要唔要MUSTARD,咁就試咗兩款佢推薦嘅,其中一款有驚喜,係用COGNAC浸嘅MUSTARD,好香COGNAC味,而且更加能夠突出肉香!非常好食🤤

We came to Henry on a Saturday for the weekend feast. We were greeted by the lovely staff upon arrival, and after being seated, the waitstaff clearly explained the menu to us! Service was at its best! The feast included unlimited starters and limited raw bar- that we eventually was not able to meet our target 😆😆😆 The oysters were very fresh but the prawns were so bland that I didn’t want a second one😅 My favourite was the bone marrow, it was so fatty and delicious, but again, can’t have a second

For main, we picked 6oz New York Strip, as Henry was famous for their 44 farms steaks! And we also got a Holy Trinity Dirty Rice.
The steak was very tender and juicy, so it was the favourite dish of the day! But the dirty rice was a bit bland, the rice and the lobster lacks seasoning.
