將朋友在昨天的晚上到了Henry坐在戶外點了T骨及西冷首先如果要跟喜來登及君悅比較完全是兩個檔次由服務質素再到價錢水位係完全兩個Level 蟹餅比Grand Hyatt Steakhouse 好但來到重點的牛扒完全是Over Cook 切落去完全冇血水我們點了medium rare 肉質是可以的但烹調技術比花園餐廳更差難以想像,這是Rosewood 服務生的水平是完全不能接受的紅酒也是自己來Over rate

Delmonico Ribeye (+298 for 2 person)


二人份量嘅火焰🔥牛扒上檯駕勢十足,熊熊烈火着咗火咁樣。第一啖未食,已經聞到好香嘅煙熏味道。食落去個牛扒係非常嫩滑,好有和牛嗰種軟腍腍嘅口感,但又唔會覺得好油好肥。軟腍得來又有牛肉味。呢個牛扒整得好perfect, 都冇咩好挑剔。


餐廳仲提供咗唔同味道嘅鹽俾大家玩吓。不過個扒本身都好夠鹹,再加上唔同鹽玩就覺得太鹹。如果餐廳想客人可以試下唔同調味嘅效果,可以本身調得淡一d,就可以試多d唔同嘅鹽了。


另外都有黑椒汁,就好一般,可以不理。仲有個所謂牛骨髓汁,好似牛油味,加同唔加都冇咩分別。

The first course is Steak Tartare, with the USDA prime black angus beef chopped to small pieces and drizzled with olive oil and seasoned well. On top are some Kristal caviar and chives, giving a savoury addition to the tartare while the cured egg yolk emulsion underneath integrates the flavours with a creamy texture. For the main course I have picked Tenderloin. The USDA prime black angus steak comes from the famous butchery 44 Farms in Texas, nicely grilled medium rare, tender and seasoned well. Service is good, with the staff attentive and friendly, but they can do a bit more explanation on the dishes. The bill on the night is $4,026 which is quite reasonable considering we are having dinner at this premium hotel. It might not be exactly a fine-dining restaurant but overall offer good value for the food and service. No wonder it is very popular.

Henry is always on the list when ppl around me ask for steakhouse recommendations, and a good choice for dates or celebrations - guaranteed for high quality food, service and ambience as one of the Rosewood's restaurants. Every dish, from appetizers to desserts, were exquisitely delivered, especially the steak which was very tender and juicy, rich in flavor but not gamy. Happened to try their 𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥 once in a lunch occasion and it was surprisingly delicious!! Each and every layer of the fluffy bun was fully coated with cinnamon paste, topped with whipped cream cheese and blueberry sauce, such a sweet but not overly heavy indulgence( ´▽`) Will keep on revisit for their steaks and desserts!!

今次係Dining week 優惠所以揀咗Rosewood入邊我未試過嘅一間餐廳去食每位798+10%Ribeye + $128入邊環境都偏暗,夏天嚟講冷氣真係唔係好足夠女士都覺得有啲熱Starter係生嘅帶子配咗玉米汁我諗係呢一味餸出事食完之後我都有少少肚痛雖然味道唔錯,但係唔舒服主菜揀咗西冷同加錢配咗肉眼炭燒味非常之香,不過做唔到medium rare效果有少少過熟忌廉菠菜同埋薯條都係一貫作風味道唔錯甜品本身我哋兩個都揀咗芝士蛋糕最後上菜嘅時候嚟錯咗一份雪糕同蛋糕雪糕比較普通,同麥當勞嘅士多啤梨新地差唔多😂芝士蛋糕有驚喜總括嚟講人均$1000我覺得可以食得再出色啲如果係有特別紀念嘅話,都可以去吓呢啲情調餐廳嘅但係如果純粹想食好味嘅嘢食,我就唔會特別推薦

雖然味道唔錯,但係唔舒服

炭燒味非常之香,不過做唔到medium rare效果

忌廉菠菜同埋薯條都係一貫作風
味道唔錯

甜品本身我哋兩個都揀咗芝士蛋糕
最後上菜嘅時候嚟錯咗一份雪糕同蛋糕
雪糕比較普通,同麥當勞嘅士多啤梨新地差唔多😂
芝士蛋糕有驚喜

總括嚟講人均$1000我覺得可以食得再出色啲
如果係有特別紀念嘅話,都可以去吓呢啲情調餐廳嘅
但係如果純粹想食好味嘅嘢食,我就唔會特別推薦

去咗Henry,只book到5:30的early dinner。發現好多人都未聽過香港扒房史,就亂吹少少。以前我哋成日講三大酒店扒房,就係Morton’s (賣美式氣氛)、Steakhouse (賣salad bar同揀刀😂)同MO (賣一星+威靈頓牛),各有特色。後嚟多咗Grand Hyatt同Henry (賣爐) 等參戰,Steakhouse執咗嘅班底去開Steakroom等 (又再開),都係演進嘅一部分。講番Henry。Crab cake同帶子都好南方風格,好spicy落好多椒。牛係相當好,10oz medium的Striploin煎得比Steakhouse更好。不過downside係,Henry係純美式風格,無論服務、佈置、source、side同甜品,都流露著rustic嘅感覺,稍稍和高價位不乎 (尤其薯蓉,唔好話robuchon,和Steakhouse都差太遠) 。紅白酒是可以的,南非嘅Chenin Blanc都大致果酸平衡又refreshing。反而Bordeaux的Merlot味爆棚,太soft又澀,唔夠用嚟襯扒,應該用番Napa嘅Cab。
