龍蝦湯同埋牛肉他他都好足料 最鐘意佢個sirloin🤤 真係charcoal grilled都唔會外面太硬 仲有五種唔同mustard搭配💯
我最鍾意係佢個cheesecake🥺❤️ 本身Ny cheesecake 都唔會好漏 最出色係三種醬 有芒果士多啤梨同埋酸忌廉 加埋係另一個level🆙 另一個甜品係士多啤梨新地 不過不失🤣

The atmosphere was decent, but the seating arrangement was definitely too crowded, which didn't match the vibe expected from a top luxurious hotel in Hong Kong.

In terms of pricing, it was reasonable, and the food had fair prices as well. We started with the crab cake, which was delicious. It had a crispy exterior and was filled with flavorful crab meat.

However, here comes the problem. I ordered the whiskey flame porterhouse steak, which is their signature dish, cooked to medium rare. It was quite expensive, costing around 1800 HKD per kilogram. Although the portion size was adequate, the meat itself was very dry. I couldn't understand why, as there was no crust on the skin at all. It was definitely not an enjoyable steak experience.

On the positive side, the service was good. The manager came and asked about our food. Although I didn't complain, I did mention that the meat was on the dry side.The manager explained that the dryness of the porterhouse steak was due to it being a lean cut of meat. While I had doubts about this explanation, the manager kindly offered a complimentary ribeye steak for me to taste a more juicy and fatty cut. I was quite satisfied with this arrangement. The ribeye is way better. 👍🏻

Overall, I consider "Henry" to be an okay 🆗 steakhouse with reasonable pricing. However, the seating arrangement is a bit tight, and based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering the porterhouse steak.

Cocktail 永遠都是令人驚喜。 見到酒的顏色,很想一杯烈酒。細細的呷了一啖,開心濃濃的朱古力味,就埋左杯裡。 方形的冰粒,還印有大大個招牌H。還附有一粒細細粒的朱古力,服務員介紹,飲完酒之後的中和。

大家都明白在甜品餐單裡面揀選,一件很困難的事。最後選擇了這個新的甜品,用粟米做新地,配有爆米花,最底層還有蛋糕,用酒浸泡過的櫻桃。 雖然粟米雪糕不是很濃味,但有爆米花的甜美襯托下, 已經足夠。

整體而言,餐廳環境寬敞,裝修充滿傳統高級扒房既味道。好啱慶祝特別日子、生日、二人世界。值得一讚係呢度服務friendly得嚟非常細心而有禮,時不時會留意客人杯內嘅熱水去主動補給。今次嘅服務體驗絕對係五星級🌟😊。

步進「Henry」,不得不承認 「Henry」絕對是型格,極具品味及氛圍的美式扒房。除此之外,背後更隱藏一股德州傳統燒烤的巨大吸引力!餐廳內一系列的設備,如烤箱、木炭烤架、熏制房和煙燻室等,正是為客人製作極緻的烤肉而設!

未進入戲肉之前,味蕾先被 「Henry」的 Cocktail 掀動。縱使本身喜歡口味清新的 Cocktail, 卻深深被侍應推介的 Dallas 動容了。Dallas 運用了蘋果木煙燻牛脂製作,感覺實在太神奇,更意味 Dallas 與扒房格調吻合,於是馬上便認定 Dallas!

果然沒有令人失望,Dallas 出場有著驚喜的特效,無論在空氣中,或在嘴巴內的燻香同樣迷人,加上層次分明,讚讚讚!

耳邊紛紛傳出對 Cocktail 的稱讚 ,其後得悉細心的侍應將各人的喜好轉告 Bartender,令每杯 Coctail  經微調後更貼近客人的口味,如此無微不至的服務,令我更期待日後可逐一細嚐 「Henry」的 Cocktail。

另一叫人喜歡的是 「Henry」的自家製麵包。Sourdough 皮香帶脆、不過硬,包心密集的氣孔,帶出充沛的彈性與麵包的生命力,而用餐期間所配搭的麵包,同樣是水準之作!

將「Henry」自家製牛油塗抹在麵包上,或與火腿伴吃,均讓人不能自拔!

還以為凱撒沙律只要材料新鮮,做好醬汁便是王道,「Henry」的凱撒沙律給我帶來全新的體驗!以爽脆的羅馬生菜、醒胃的醬汁、碎麵包作基礎,在增添西蘭花苗的同時,更有甜香的烤豬腩肉坐鎮,頓時洋溢出滿滿的新鮮感,味道出眾之餘,內容亦豐富起來,太喜歡它了!

威士忌火艷熄滅後,才看真來自澳洲 Rangers Valley 的 Porterhouse 的模樣,無論牛柳 (Tenderloin)、抑或前腰脊 ( Striploin) 均呈現亮麗粉嫩色澤,第一時間,毫無懸念、當然是品嚐!雖然附有不少醬汁,不過我最喜歡還是原味。原味更能嗒出 Porterhouse 的肉香和兩種不同肉感,牛柳的細嫩與及前腰脊的嚼感均能表露無遺。如果硬要我選一款醬汁的話,黑蒜醬的細甜與回甘,跟 Porthouse 的結合挺不錯!

說回 Rangers Valley,他是世界上知名優質大理石油花牛肉的生產商之一,而這件 Porterhouse 注明了 Black Onyx,意即純黑安格斯的親子品種,大理石油花達到 MB+ 水平。

Porterhouse 的出現也少不了配菜。

以為該轉到甜品環節,豈料來了一份 44 Farms Beef Brisket。但不吃不知,一下子被牛腩濃厚煙燻香氣凝住了,繼而開啟了一個牛腩胃似的。煙燻香配合桃紅軟腍的肉質,偶意加入干邑芥末點綴,兩大塊牛腩在不知不覺吞沒了,再一次見證 「Henry」的煙燻功力!

頭兩道甜品均是無太大負擔的輕甜,可是由朱古力慕絲,黑白朱古力、花生果仁糖、蜂巢蜜糖等製作的 Golden Chocolate Bomb ,在搞打下,頃刻炸開女士們的心扉,成為最甜、但得分最高的甜品

我覺得 「Henry」已有足夠的亮點支持,讓大家於平日和非節慶的日子到來!不過,我暫時的構思是想邀請當網球教練的 Henry來慶祝他的生日,Henry @ Henry 的 Birthday Dinner,不是很有趣嗎?!
