Henry作為城中數一數二嘅扒房,見佢新出左4 courses dinner 即刻試試佢!兩個人去試就可以試晒☺️ 第一道菜 Devil Japanese eggs/ Jumbo Lump Crab Cake,前者係deluxe 版嘅惡魔蛋,又有魚子醬又有海膽,而且入邊仲加咗辣椒油同脆豬肉,食落都幾惹味!後者嘅巨型蟹餅啖啖肉,炸得岩岩好,加埋啲甜粟米同意大利肉腸大蒜蛋黃醬一齊食即刻有另一番風味。第二道菜Chef’s Signature Steak Tartare/ Roasted Bone Marrow,前者係有專人現場整,用上 westholme 嘅澳洲和牛同22個月嘅帕馬森芝士,呢個真係幾好食。後者嘅Bone Marrow加左啲啲麻辣椒油,都幾特別!第三道菜main course 就有Tenderloin / Ribeye,我自己就叫左Ribeye,肉味好濃同炭燒味好香,好高質嘅牛扒😍 啲sides個個好好好食,Truffle Macaroni 同薯蓉都好岩我呢啲重口味嘅人🤭第四道甜點就有sweet corn sundae / taro cheesecake,個人覺得如果怕太飽嘅話就

第四道甜點就有sweet corn sundae / taro cheesecake,個人覺得如果怕太飽嘅話就可以叫前者,口感豐富同唔太甜,都幾好食!但後者都芋頭芝士蛋糕加咗鹹鹹地嘅椰汁cream同綠茶脆脆都幾有啲驚喜,同埋份量十足,好切合美式扒房嘅特色😂
