今日約咗舊同學食lunch,補祝佢生日 🎂本來book咗灣仔另外一間西餐廳,點知架車經過我先至發現原來st regis嘅確實位置同佢公司好近!!!因為早到咗,佢又未放工,所以入st. regis行個圈一入到酒店樓底好高,裏面三間餐廳:二樓就係中餐廳同埋the drawing room/ 3樓就係高價法國餐廳。不過可能星期五一早畀人book到full曬。。。只有drawing room有位, 所以即刻衝咗入去! 佢個lunch menu三個course$3xx好合理。兩款apoetizer,兩款main course, 兩款Dessert我哋全部都叫曬~~~一坐低有自家製麵包正常水準,熱熱地Good我就飲個湯幾滑容易入口唔錯!好朋友嗰個我覺得出色好多!好多蝦 🦐🦐去到main course 反而差咗小小朋友叫Chicken一嚟到我以為係炸魚 而且有啲硬 我叫個 🐠Dover Sole 諗住一嚟到係一條,但係佢係切開幾嚿,上面有好多唔同的什菇同埋sauce,根本睇唔出係魚。。。presentation非常麻麻地,味道一:最後嘅dessert就兩個都幾有驚喜。我一坐低就同個staff講話係慶

最後嘅dessert就兩個都幾有驚喜。我一坐低就同個staff講話係慶祝生日,佢哋就即刻喺個desert上面加個生日牌同埋支蠟燭 🍰🕯️ 呢樣都做得唔錯,新開酒店去朝聖一次點都要嘅! 最後提一提我反映咗畀餐廳經理,佢態度好好,希望下次有進

起相機食先嘅年代 各大酒店
嘅下午茶早己鬥到難分難解
以咁嘅形式亮相 一定做唔起
某部分咸點在餐車中放久了

友人指食落尤如隔夜麵包🙈
唯一令人告慰的是甜品唔錯既
伯爵茶果件好食 Scone亦具水準
🌹牛油多少令人聯想到Amigo了

一如世界各地其他St Regis的集俗
每日會有個拿破侖式的開香檳儀式
有興趣的不妨去見識吓 整體而言
呢個下午茶訂價進取 但就deliver
唔到應有水平 屬眼高手低之作

另外亦值得一提服務水平
有待提升我注意到以下幾點
~ 冇主動加水 次次都係要叫
~ 唔收碟 就算叫佢嚟收
都係收啲唔收啲
~confirm book位的
打嚟confirm 完一次又一次
好明顯第一位同事冇mark好
第二次打嚟仲要喺我忙緊嘅時候
~ 甜品餐車等咗勁耐
因為佢話要攞入去refill
所以從餐車選取甜品嘅設計
簡直就係世界級先至諗到出嚟(曲)

一所五星級及米之蓮進駐餐飲嘅酒店剛剛開業- The St. Regis,當然要前往開眼界喇!踏入大門,兩層樓高的天花,裝修簡潔明朗,氣派不凡。食物- 超級享受!一位下午茶$388, 兩位下午茶$688。每位可選四個甜點,四個鹹點,有兩個 scones 和一杯飲料。玻璃餐車𥚃載上一顆顆小巧別緻,色彩斑斕的點心,吸引力震撼全身。我最喜歡是鹹點心,⋯⋯ 咬一口蟹肉餅,蟹肉鮮甜,混合醬汁魚子、蔬菜和麥包,味道層次鮮明,口感十足!簡單的一個熱鬆餅,鬆軟暖和,奉上淡忌廉和牛油伴食。處理食物一絲不苟!五星級推介The Drawing Room!

Amazing lunch with a superb service and fantastic food, I highly recommend going there for lunch,  the nice relaxed atmosphere helps to appreciate the food experience.  The lunch set is an amazing value: for a starter we had the salmon terrine which was subtle and bursting of flavors, followed by seabass which was perfectly cooked ! For dessert pecan pie to die for ! All in all a great place and I will be back soon

Hi All, I wanted to share with you our amazing experience at the Drawing Room in St Regis Hotel last Friday. To start we took some cocktails, and it was very interesting, I tried a special gin made in Paris, and the staple Bloody Mary signature cocktail of St Regis. I wanted to share with you our amazing experience at the Drawing Room in St Regis Hotel last Friday. To start we took some cocktails, and it was very interesting, I tried a special gin made in Paris, and the staple Bloody Mary signature cocktail of St Regis. Our waiter Francisco was very helpful, funny, and served us  with a lot of attention. 
Then we decided to stay for diner, we began with a very good lobster bisque, it has an espuma (foam) on top with lemon taste it was delicious! After that we shared a cod fish with a saffron sauce and a fabulous caviar caesar salad! Both were perfectly executed, and the plating was different from anything you've seen before... exactly what you expect from a diner experience in a newly open 5* hotel! 

Icing on the cake, the Chef Vincent was coming to each table to have a world with his guests, so we had the chance to discuss with him, and congratulate him for this delicious meal.
 
Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone in town, when you go out you feel special, full and happy

Afternoon tea in the St Regis New York was one of a kind but unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to try when I visit New York. Now, a new branch of The St Regis set foot in Hong Kong. Got to try. The attendants were friendly and all smiley. But I think this restaurant was still very new and needed time to polish their procedure. The waitress started to lay all the utensils one by one when we were seated but never thought of asking us if we need any drinks until we wanted to order. We ordered

Afternoon tea in the St Regis New York was one of a kind but unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to try when I visit New York. Now, a new branch of The St Regis set foot in Hong Kong. Got to try.

The attendants were friendly and all smiley. But I think this restaurant was still very new and needed time to polish their procedure. The waitress started to lay all the utensils one by one when we were seated but never thought of asking us if we need any drinks until we wanted to order. We ordered Moroccan mint tea and a Kyoto tea separately. The cups waited there empty for more than half an hour. We talked more than half and hour without a tea or water. Well I expected they at least offered.

The tea came. And then we were shown on a silver plate the savories and the homemade pastries. We can each choose 4 pieces out of 8 choices from the savory and pastries selection respectively. We were two person so we got all of the choices to try.

The savories came first. All 8 pieces on a long plate. There were king crab, scallop, foie gras, and salmon etc. They looked exquisite and tasted yummy. Only after we finished our savories, the scones were served with cream, butter (rose shape) and jams. All 4 looked plain led but my fed got one with raisins inside. I prefer the raisins but both I got were plain. The pastries were presented as the last part. They well also good, small portion and not too sweety. My favorite one was the Mille feuille.

Surprisingly, I this was the first time I finished all pieces. Should I thanks to the procedure? The arrangement guided me to have savoury first and then scone and then pastry. The waiter said the afternoon tea should presented with a trolley for the guests to choose from.m but the trolleys were not yet ready. Maybe we should go back again. 😂

One thing to notice is at 5:30 pm everyday, guests were gathered to see the champagne sabrage which is a tradition of the St Regis at the entrance of the drawing room. That is to open a champagne with a knife. Go and see and you may he offered a glass of champagne.
