Hi All, I wanted to share with you our amazing experience at the Drawing Room in St Regis Hotel last Friday. To start we took some cocktails, and it was very interesting, I tried a special gin made in Paris, and the staple Bloody Mary signature cocktail of St Regis. Our waiter Francisco was very helpful, funny, and served us with a lot of attention. Our waiter Francisco was very helpful, funny, and served us with a lot of attention.
Then we decided to stay for diner, we began with a very good lobster bisque, it has an espuma (foam) on top with lemon taste it was delicious! After that we shared a cod fish with a saffron sauce and a fabulous caviar caesar salad! Both were perfectly executed, and the plating was different from anything you've seen before... exactly what you expect from a diner experience in a newly open 5* hotel!
Icing on the cake, the Chef Vincent was coming to each table to have a world with his guests, so we had the chance to discuss with him, and congratulate him for this delicious meal.
Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone in town, when you go out you feel special, full and happy
