頭盤份量雖少但作starter 剛好, 精緻小巧, 味道酸歿的好清甜開胃。主菜方面, 豬柳帶有少少脂肪, 食起黎特別香口, 肉質亦好嫩滑。而和牛排就煎得非常好, 本身怕好多血水, 但咬落去係好爽口, 完全冇好un 既感覺! 
甜品就揀左最愛既CHEESE CAKE, 甜度剛好, 食哂成舊都完全唔覺得好漏。

With the opening of new mall K11 Musea, Rosweood Hotels, K11 Artus and Avenue of Stars,I have been coming more and more often to Tsim Sha Tsui recently. It is very romantic to walk with your loved ones along the promenade, especially under the breeze in this perfect season in Hong Kong. Before December rings the bell, the HK Museum of Arts has its grand opening on the last day of November. Before December rings the bell, the HK Museum of Arts has its grand opening on the last day of November. With the colourful wall paintings, it will definitely catch ur attention from far. The restaurant Hue Dining is on the first floor of the museum building and we came here for lunch after seeing the exhibition in MOA.

This is a view not to missed on a relaxing Saturday afternoon, 180 panoramic  view of the Victoria Harbour. The restaurant decor is simple and modern as the best part is the blue sky, HK skyscrapers and calming ocean outside the window.

Hamachi is rich in oils therefore it has a buttery texture, which goes perfectly with the fresh light pomelo, ginger and kombu dressing.

Grilled Octopus $185
The grilled octopus is super tender, which makes every tentacle very easy to slice into. Under the octopus is a safforn and fennel risoni. Risoni  is a kind of pasta that looks alike as a creamy risotto but more fragrant!

Carabinero Prawns $220
These deep sea prawns are my top pick. The striking red colour of the prawns stands out in the bed of smoked herring butter sauce. The prawns has a very strong ocean flavour and sweetness. The texture is like half raw and half cooked, which is perfect for me. Do remember to dribble  the juice of the prawn head onto the sauce and eat all of them together, which is a heavenly delight! The sauce is so good I want a Jar of it to take home.

'7Bone' Wagyu Steak $450
The cut is near the shoulder of the cow, which makes the meat texture to be so soft and tender. The beef is so meaty with the right amount of fat yet remains perfectly tender. Therefore, the wagyu is very strong in taste, i like to eat it with the roasted onions and the horseradish sour cream sauce.

Creme Fraiche Mousse$115
Easy but impressive dessert, love the earl grey tea ice cream! The sourness from the raspberry balance out the sweetness of the mousse.  I hope the biscuit is more crunchy, a bit soft.

Frozen Yogurt $105
I like this dessert more to be honest! The frozen yogurt tastes so yum and healthy. Everything on the plate is perfect. The oat crumb stands out, i used it like a spoon to bring everything together.

Jewel of Winter and Aspiration
As we dont wanna get wasted so early on a saturday, we had mocktails. 
Drinks are refreshing, i like my pineapple pandan soda, clear the palate in between dishes.

Staffs are very friendly, always come check on us and chat with us as well!

Hue Dining Lounge & Bar is located at the newly reopened Museum of Art. As a modern Australian restaurant, It's certainly a welcome addition to the HK food scene given that we don't have a lot of Aussie food here apart from the eggs-on-toast sort of brunch. The restaurant has a nice chic interior with a wide view of the Victoria Harbour. We sampled a number dishes and were quite impressed/satisfied overall. For starters we had HUE Caesar, Beetroot Salad, and Carabineros red prawns. The HUE Caesar was a refreshing take on an otherwise boring old classic one would associate with the average bistro. It was made of lettuce heart topped with Caesar dressing, smoked egg, and anchovies. It was actually quite indulgent with the amount of dressing so one piece each was good but the overall combo was delicious. The beetroot salad was just all right. Apparently the smoked eel was shaved on top but I couldn't quite see or taste it. The goats curd was, well, goaty lol those who like it will like it, but it's not for everyone. Now the carabineros was really good. It was served half raw so the texture was slightly gooey and flavour all the stronger. The oozing juices and prawn oils from the heads was heavenly! The smoked herring butter underneath had a slight acidity to it which went well with the herring flavour. We cleared the entire plate mopping up the sauce with bread haha.

For mains we had Rangers Valley Striploin, Mackerel, and Buffalo ricotta dumplings. The rangers valley striploin was quite precisely cooked to medium rare, and had an unusually strong beefy flavour and a delightful chew (not chewy!). My favourite, however, was the Spanish mackerel, which was so thick and juicy and had a very pronounced sweet flavour. It was much less oily than the Japanese variety (saba) and very different in taste too. I would say it's even better than seabass or snapper. The fish was served with slices of abalone and poached winter melon in crustacean broth, which was so good I shamelessly drank it all lol. And as for the buffalo ricotta dumplings, these actually resembled gnocchi except they weren't made of potatoes but flour and ricotta cheese, and the texture somehow reminded me of halloumi. Quite an interesting thing to try out.

Finally for desserts we had the 72% bitter chocolate tart and the creme fraiche mousse with earl grey ice cream. The chocolate tart had a really intense cacao flavour was for me was great and I wouldn't call it bitter. Texture was half-molten which made it all the more rich and indulgent. Absolutely loved it! The creme fraiche mousse was good too and i especially loved the earl grey ice cream because it really did taste of earl grey and wasn't too sweet at all. We had a lovely meal here and would love to come back

If you wish to have an enjoyable moment in Victoria Harbour, Hue dining is one of the options! Walking along Victoria Harbour is soothing but sometimes you may feel cold or hungry. And I am one of whom have that feeling. Walking along Victoria Harbour is soothing but sometimes you may feel cold or hungry. And I am one of whom have that feeling. At the same time, I saw hue dining right beside me!!

We had ordered three appetizers which all really taste good.

This grilled Octopus 🐙 is my favorite appetizer , it is big and I like the taste of the pasta, which is somehow a bit salty but specially tasty!

Anchovies is bit sour and salty. Vadouvan is french curry, but it is not spicy at all. It has curry smell ans taste like cream.

Smoked herring butter sauce

Herring is a north atlantic fish. The sauce is creamy with sour. Eat with prawn legs are super nice, a small snack. Do u know what are the black seed? Passion fruit seed! It is very soft, we are suprise! Usually it is a bit hard, right?!

Quince puree and black garljc sauce

Quince puree juicy and japanese mix chinese style. Western watercress is a superfood, very healthy. Small, round leaves but no 'spicy'. In usual, raw watercress tastes a bit spicy. Compare with steak, it is much lower calorie, haha. Market fish quite soft and no fish bone.

Yuzu curd is very sour, juicy-made. Oat crumb eat with yoghurt is great. Texture upgraded! Mango and jelly one hard one super soft, contrast!

Coconut butter washed plantation 3*rum pineapple juice with Taittinger champagne

Coconut creamy on dry piece of pineapple, a snack soooo goood! Champagne in soda texture. Taittinger is very classy non-vientage blend. Light yellow-gold. The nose shows upfront fruit with a tropical touch and a bit cream taste. With fresh pineapple juice, it is very suitable for female.

Hendricks gin, jasmine green tea and peach

It is tea cup cocktail!!!!!! Wow, so special! Dloral notes, sweety and peach favour, girly. First taste is peach on nose, jasmine in mouth. Later, feel like they mix together in the mouth. Second taste likes juicy, easy to drink. Also suitable for girls.

The presentation surprised me, this dish consisted of 2 parts. On the cover, there was some light green rectangular shape honey melon. Behind, there was some sashimi spots prawns. The sweet flavor of them worked really well. By adding crispy fried prawn head, it was even more delicious.

You just can’t miss it. The medium-rare wagyu flank steak was perfectly cooked. The texture was so tender and juicy. It was dressed with oyster mayonnaise sauce which elevated the flavor of wagyu beef.

Raspberry red wine sorbet 
Last but not least, this velvety and fruity red wine sorbet was very creative. It was my first time to try it. It paired with fresh berries & crumbles. This is certainly one of the most delicious sorbets I have ever had.

海景餐廳應該每個香港人都有食過,通常係維港沿海既餐廳就可以飽覽維港景色。而hue dining係可以觀賞*全海景維港*既澳洲餐廳,加上前面完全冇遮檔既海景,位於地面hue dining 望住前方海景,幾乎伸手及。 今日吹微風,一邊睇住雙體船徐徐起帆,一邊食住精美可口既餐飲。 覺得人生很美滿。外籍侍應很熱情,每位對於餐單上既食物很熟悉,可以詳細介紹選材和烹調方式。我地每人揀了一位3 course lunch $318 per head, 前菜主菜各有特色,以wagyu steak同burrata 最傑出難忘。Pumpkin miso soup放左南瓜籽和油,濃郁得黎帶酸。再點埋圓餐包很prefect. Burrata Burrata係水牛芝士既一種,比mozzarella 更醇香滋味,一咬落你會感受到果種柔軟滑順的質感。上面放左切幼絲既梨肉,很清甜 爽口,最面就有 Endive苦白菜,營養豐富含較多纖維。 Wagyu flank steak安格斯和牛牛腹肉,用左碳燒十分香口,煮成medium 既薄而長身的肉,油花密布,入口即融化,肉味夠濃郁,旁邊有個mayonnaise 醬,我鍾意唔加汁

Burrata
Burrata係水牛芝士既一種,比mozzarella 更醇香滋味,一咬落你會感受到果種柔軟滑順的質感
。上面放左切幼絲既梨肉,很清甜 爽口,最面就有 Endive苦白菜,營養豐富含較多纖維。

Wagyu flank steak
安格斯和牛牛腹肉,用左碳燒十分香口,煮成medium 既薄而長身的肉,油花密布,入口即融化,肉味夠濃郁,旁邊有個mayonnaise 醬,我鍾意唔加汁就咁食更原汁原味。

Ricotta agolotti
我會形容佢係外國餃子,不過個皮用左蛋整同個餡用左芝士。 呢個餡很軟熟
,加上個醬很香濃。上層放左baby scallop同 長條西蘭花,西蘭花燒得好香。

Seans cheescake
心中以為似new York cheesecake, 食落覺得芝士味冇期望中咁重,係較有性格既mascarpone cheese, 係香港屬少見。



晚上睇夜景一定另有一番滋味。趁藝術館未正式開張前,人流不多時到訪很寫意。

首先係頭盤 ——Sashimi Spot Prawn
呢個菜式係冷盤嚟,用生蝦片同蝦頭作主要食材,生蝦片主廚用左蜜瓜調教嘅醬汁整,充滿新鮮感,而且味道絕對無奇怪,甜甜地配上蜜瓜幾開胃,加上炸蝦頭鬆脆可口,令人好期待下一道菜式!

呢個菜式主要係醬汁係廚師預先用左一日時間整再用8小時整出嚟,絕對係考功夫嘅一道菜式,個醬汁除咗有蒜茸味外,小編仲食到肉汁味道,甜甜香香,加上整脆左嘅腩肉同薯仔一齊,好香口😋!

整體而言,小編除咗對食物嘅質素同外型非常滿意外,對餐廳嘅環境亦表示舒適,因為餐廳大部分位置都有海景,可以讓客人邊欣賞景色邊享受用餐,而且店員好細心,會詳細同客人講菜式做法,讓小編感到賓至如歸既感覺,誠意推介大家試吓!
