位於上環的居酒屋,人均$780就可以享有10道菜,包括適合打卡的壽司刺身船,加上現場音樂演奏和氣氛,還有友善的service,額外加了$398可以享受兩小時的Perrier Jouet 香檳、清酒和啤酒任飲,以慶祝約會來說,CP值高!最喜歡沖繩黑糖的無骨雞翼,吃起來非常方便,啖啖肉不用自己拆骨,酸甜的味道有點像咕嚕肉,而且雞皮依然香脆,非常喜歡這道下酒菜!非常吸引眼球的刺身船,用上了來自挪威的三文魚和來自日本北海道的油甘魚&吞拿魚,與freeflow的清酒非常夾!照燒嫩鴨胸加上日本青椒仔多汁鮮嫩,還有小小的脆米波,脆卜卜夠香口;最喜歡的salmon puff外層是印度/尼泊爾風的木薯脆波,入面放滿壽司飯和牛油果mousse,還有三文魚,fusion的風格非常有趣!We enjoyed a wonderful and soulful evening, exploring the culinary journey curated by Executive Chef Stephan Joubert and his team. Excellent Japanese Izakaya style dishes with twists of chinese /indian food elements, together with the passionate and adroit jazz band are making this place an unique one.I really love the boneless chicken wings as a clumsy person, who struggles a lot to get rid of bones. The crispy skin and sweetness from the Okinawa brown sugar were exceptional! Commonly seen in Indian/ Nepalese cuisine, the tapioca shell served to hold the salmon, avocado and sushi rice in place. It really added a fascinating layer of texture!The eye-catching sushi boat serves fresh sashimis with salmon from Norway & hamachi and tuna from Hokkaido, Japan.It’s really the Japanese’s way to have some carbs after a drinking. Excelling in everything: service, interior design, atmosphere and more importantly food - Honjo has won my heart 🤍. It’s cherry blossom season in Japan 🇯🇵, and they were able to bring the sakuras 🌸 to Hong Kong 🇭🇰! I loved every detail of their well curated menu, bringing in hot and cold, sweet and sour, crunchy and soft and many more contrasting flavours you can think of! My favourite has to be the Scallop and Toro 🐟 - which is Fatty tuna, scallops, black tobiko, hanaho and quail eggs. You mix it up and put it on top of the tempura 🍤, which is an explosion of different texture. The set also comes with a wide variation of sushi and sashimi 🍣, like uni, toro, hamachi, etc. After the raw food, we had the Hot Tasty Hokkaido: sea bass and miso ramen 🤤 The charred pork belly 🐽 in the miso ramen melted in my mouth! Finally to top it off, the Sakura Monaka 🌸 ended the meal with a bang with its delicious Sakura mousse and green tea ice cream! 今日上環整野…所以上定網搵下食乜。見到呢間日本餐唔錯一入黎見到呢度裝修都幾西化…一d都唔似日本餐廳。不過裝修幾靚今日我地試個brunch menu…坐低左…店員好細心介紹下個brunch玩法。包左頭盤…任叫既壽司刺身🤩🤩…主菜同甜品。我地額外加左classic free flow枝豆 呢味野就好少會甩拖既…開下個胃先波菜 成棵菜棟起身既擺盤好靚…上面有少少芥末籽調下味再配埋日式麻醬就好好味。蝦 蝦身好爽脆扎實…點醬油食唔錯牛肉 外面火炙過…入面仲pink…肉質好嫩滑…配個酸醋汁加小辣椒好惹味刺身/壽司 刺都主要係三文魚…赤身同油甘魚…壽司同卷物都以呢三種魚做材料…魚好新鮮…我地都encore左兩round🤣🤣🤣。重點係每一round都保持水準主菜chicken teriyaki 串燒熱辣辣…雞肉燒得好嫩…配上teriyaki燒汁唔錯…最緊要個汁唔會太濃稠同甜…唔錯天婦羅 有蝦同幾款蔬菜…麵衣夠薄又脆。蝦好新鮮…好味甜品就有我最愛既cream brùleē…上面有紅豆點綴下仲有塊芝麻餅…另一個就生果雪芭…酸酸maymay可以平衡下酒類就試左杯okiru volka底好香濃荔枝味既soda…幾好飲…仲試左兩款sake…比較甜口好啱我呢度氣氛好熱鬧…有機會可以夜晚黎…氣氛應該更好…好啱一班朋友黎食物質素好好…服務非常貼心…推介 繼續閱讀
