好友提議試這家能吃到雞稀有部位的仟穆總共吃了18道菜加半枝清酒大動脈 (很有嚼勁)甲狀腺橫隔膜 (很喜歡它的口感)雞冠 (很充足的骨膠原)喉嚨腳筋掌心 (最不用encore 的項目😆)明太子長芋手羽提燈雞皮墨魚雞腎雞肉棒 (用的不是生蛋黃而是溫泉蛋)炸豆腐雞頸 (我一直都不知道原來雞頸有這麼多肉的!)白鱔蠔 (沒什麼特色)青椒仔雞湯烏冬 (最出色的一道,雞湯非常非常濃厚,完全沒有雞腥味,也不會覺得太油膩,非常好唱!配讚岐烏冬一絕👍)兩位貴婦,吃了4小時🤣🤣🤣又是飲飽食醉的一天!查看更多

呢間香港師傅主理嘅燒鳥,位於上環摩羅上街嘅仟穆,係一個基本上無乜人行,只會專登去嘅餐廳,我已經唔係第一次嚟食。佢哋嘅串燒用電爐operate,但係水準做得好好,隨時可食過鬧市嘅居酒屋。每一串都好有水準,應該脆嘅會脆,應該多汁嘅亦都會多汁。用本地新鮮雞席前即燒,我同老婆嚟都好鍾意。除咗正常燒鳥應該有嘅款式,例如雞冠,雞蠔肉,雞髀肉,雞頸呢啲熱門部位之外,雞內臟,牛舌,呢啲亦都有提供。有時會有時令單點,例如燒鱔,虎蝦,乳鴿等等。另外再叫左燒秋葵,燒粟米,全部都熱辣辣上。假如唔想諗嘅話,都有$800 嘅 omakase,最後嘅雞湯烏冬好好飲,唔好錯過。有時啲朋友問我,我都有推介呢間比佢哋。當晚我同老婆嚟食,差唔多每串都係share 食,所以變相食多咗好多款,而且價錢變相多抵食咗。最近追多個 手羽提燈,唔係傳統嘅輸卵管果種,係未成熟,未孵化的嘅蛋包係雞腿肉裏面,無咁漏,亦都好正。果日我哋埋單只係每人600左右,真係好抵食。大家鐘意食燒鳥嘅話,可以試下。#自費 @chiyawaragu_hk 查看更多

Food was of top notch quality. Every skewer was made fresh and it was delicious with minimal seasoning (definitely no MSG)! We ordered chicken wings, fresh chicken drumstick, squid meat patty, buttered corn, pork strips rolled with chives, tofu and udon in chicken soup! Everything tastes awesome!We had such a wonderful time that I forgot to bring my phone. The restaurant was closing and the manager called us to pick us up!! Very very considerate and kind people! Have been meaning to try Chi Yawaragu for a while. Love that it’s tucked away in a quiet corner at Upper Lascar Row where time seems to have stopped. Young talented chef and incredibly friendly server - So friendly that he offered me and A free flow of sake and beer on the night of our visit! Fun patrons too. Ended up all 6 of us having a mini party. Ordered an omakase set and some rare parts to share. All deliciously done. Particularly memorable items for me were chicken skin, chicken wings and liver.
