今日收工約左朋友食生日飯，佢推薦呢間新開既餐廳，係蕃茄師兄隔離，門口望入去望入去唔想入。但入到去裝修好靚係適合瘋狂打卡既鋪面～(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)未入去食已經比門口吸引有啲期待食左4樣野～٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و1. Spicy Vodka Sauce with Rigatoni 蕃茄伏特加手工意大利粉：第一次有有vodka整既意粉，無乜酒味其實但個蕃茄味勁正同手工意粉好彈牙冇失望。2. Fresh Truffle with spaghetti 黑松露手工意粉：個汁松露味重，無渣流攤同埋幾creamy，意粉都係好彈牙～(^з^)-☆3. Feta Cheese Salad 菲達芝士沙律：黑醋酸酸甜甜幾開胃🤤仲幾多芝士🤓japjapjappp4. Homemade Chicken Liver Parfait With Toasted Bread 雞肝醬吐司🍞：對我嚟講呢個係favourite item!!!超鍾意食，係醬好滑，如果唔係因為太飽，一定會encore認真！！！！！🥹🥹🥹呢餐飯滿足，唯獨是店外環境真係麻麻哋可能處喺後街所以會驚驚地🥲

蕃茄伏特加手工意大利粉：第一次有有vodka整既意粉，無乜酒味其實但個蕃茄味勁正同手工意粉好彈牙冇失望。

For the price, the food was excellent. Regardless of the price, the food was still absolutely excellent.Fresh handmade pasta that was perfectly al dente, with the spicy vodka rigatoni making one wonder why a trip to Carbone is necessary. Truly a Parisian bistro experience with no-nonsense good food leaving you full and satisfied. Top that up with great service and lovely people - there’s really not much more you could ask for.
Highly recommend Fable and looking forward to my next meal already!
