中環不僅僅是香港金融中心，更加是美食中心，廚師功力少啲，餐廳賣點差啲都好難係呢個區生存～ 特別係中環扶手電梯果個大範圍，你隨便行兩步就已經可以見到超級多出名餐廳，係朋友圈特別紅果啲～之前聽個日本朋友推薦過呢間餐廳—benkei !用距既說話黎講，呢間係地道既日本人主理餐廳，而且係我鍾意食既鐵板燒，之前係銅鑼灣都食過一間超級正，所以見係同一類型即刻二話不說黎品嚐一番！環境： 餐廳係中環d2 出口行3分鐘，十分方便。一入門口就見到十分非常日本的設計，而侍應廚師都係日本人～另外都見到廚師同熟客仔流利地用日文交談，而果位客人一睇就知係附近啲金融菁英啦，好似叫左定食。我見午餐定食都幾抵，百幾蚊可以埋單！不過我既然特登黎食就緊係會叫我日本朋友推薦果啲啦～ pork lion steak $ 128豬排好厚身，我一開始見到廚師擺上鐵板果下都十分非常期待，因為我已經見到塊排好靚！ 果然，不負眾望地，超級好食！ 講真牛要好食物就好簡單，不過豬排要肥瘦均勻，油脂煎得岩岩好就難度大點～ 而且望著師傅係前面即整即食，一啖咬落去果種表面酥脆，內裡肥肉彈牙，瘦肉不韌又香口，簡直係享受呀！ 所以呢個一定要食呀！ O

帶呀仔坐船過海再搭叮叮，去到Stanley 11，哇，成棟都係餐廳，咁多選擇，試下久違了的大阪燒先！部分店員係日本人，招呼好好，餐廳雖然細啲，但坐得舒服，好有日本居酒屋感覺老公即刻嗌反本draft Sapporo，我就梗係飲可樂啦！免治雞肉燒好正，有軟骨喺入面，好好食，呀仔都食到唔停口蕃茄水牛芝士大阪燒好食！豪華海鮮炒麵真係好豪華，有大大隻章魚喺度葱大阪燒好日本地道感覺，好似去左日本居酒屋咁海膽帶子燒好香，海膽夠鮮味，帶子大大隻，外香內軟芝士免治雞肉燒都好好食，不過感覺無加芝士都已經夠好食了鰻魚玉子卷好正，鰻魚好滑，玉子夠香，無敵！

弁慶今年二月先開始試業，當時四月尾平日夜晚去試。坦白講，食物質素絕對無問題，唯一最大問題係上菜速度有啲誇張地慢🫣當晚我哋足足等咗半個鐘先上第一道菜，中間上第四或第五樣食物亦相隔近半個鐘先有得食😐我唔知道關唔關當時開返晚市冇耐定鋪頭新開未run順。平日晚得一位日本師傅主力燒，坐係bar枱睇住佢忙來忙去，接堂食單之餘又要接網上外賣平台外賣，加上其他職員幾新手，俾人有種手忙腳亂嘅感覺。煎帶子、蠔同牛舌基本上係必叫，煎到金黃色，調味剛剛好，簡單美味。鰻魚玉子燒唔錯，不過個人更偏向kozy嘅玉子燒。當時係我第一次食牛筋煮，牛筋炆到超腍，膠質出哂嚟，味增醬汁亦好濃郁，送飯一流！重頭戲一定係熱熔芝士大阪燒，真係勁耐冇食過正宗大阪燒！大阪燒麵粉感唔會好重，反而梛菜比例較多，所以口感會偏爽口啲。配埋芝士意外地幾夾又唔覺膩！炒麵味道可以，但冇必要叫豪華版，只不過係多咗兩隻大蝦🤣

I went to Benkei, the first okonomiyaki restaurant in Central that just opened in February. In addition to okonomiyaki, there are many other teppanyaki menus, and it was a restaurant where you can choose the menu according to your mood that day, so next time I would like to try something different I ate tomato okonomiyaki for the first time, but it was a dish I wanted to eat again.

Authentic and excellent Japanese food.  I love their Okonomiyaki as they use generous amount of cabbage (it's healthy!)  and the texture is the same as those we get in Osaka. I like their original Okonomiyaki sauce.  so tasty!  Other than authentic Osaka style okonomiyaki, they  also have unique Okonomiyaki such as Mozzarella cheese & Tomato Okonomiyaki which is my favourite!Other dishes are also good.  Oden, Negi-yaki, Yakisoba,  oysters, OX tongue, prawns..etc..!  Good location and cool atmosp

There is a counter for tappanyaki and the japanese chef will make the order immediately in front of you which is stunning and interesting ! We enjoyed authentic Japanese okonomiyaki and yakisoba! The okonomiyaki has many toppings and the original sauce is very tasty. Very friendly staffs and enjoyed nice food and Japanese style of good service.Could try many differenct new types of Japanese foods, especially tomato Okonomiyaki and garlic rice with sea urchin were super favorice of ours.Varieties of Sake was also good to go with these menu. Recommended

The meal is very good with reasonable price. Restaurant is not spacious but fine with few frds to gathering or lunch with teammates. Buy one get one Beer offerings started from lunch time for those customer who like to enjoy before happy hour.However, I don’t recommended this restaurant to whom not visited before unless u don’t mind the service from the gal. 孖辮that one. The gal (local HK staff) is so rough! Seems the Japanese staff are not aware the customer services from this gal is terrible. I
