the iberico pork collar was perfectly fried, not dry at all — meat was tender, slightly chewy & dipping it into the plum yoghurt sauce was a WOW.

OMG MVP !!!!!! the udon was SO smoooth & chewy — coated in umami, shrimp-infused broth, whilst fresh crab roe & meat adds a burst of sweetness. its rich yet balanced, we indulged the whole bowl including the sauce effortlessly it was finger-licking goooood.
