SOMM is one of my favourite restaurants. The food I had, from starters to desserts, were so delicious. Staff was also attentive and familiar with the menu. The oysters were fresh and big; pork belly had well-distributed fat so it was tender but not too greasy; tenderloin was very tender and well-grilled.
