中環黃金地段嘅呢間天台酒吧混合居酒屋放工時段經常都聚集唔少OL過嚟飲嘢傾計,仲開到2am添~ 喺度夜繽紛就啱晒🤓👏🏻AKAGAI前菜係醃蒜頭同埋蕎頭,酸甜開胃Ark Shell Clam, Asparagus, Spicy Sauce赤貝中間包住啲蔥絲,簡單配搭保留返海鮮嘅鮮甜味😙SHREDDED CELTUCE SALAD將啲菜整到口感有啲似麵但又有脆脆地🤪,淡淡嘅醬油味做配襯,仲有啲鰹魚乾嘅香氣CARAMELIZED PUMPKIN燒南瓜絕對係水準之作,將啲糖放喺南瓜上面灼燒形成焦糖脆,但入邊就係軟腍嘅南瓜🎃出面仲灑滿糖衣杏仁碎添~CHARCOAL GRILLED EEL燒鰻魚基本上每台都會叫,職員即場用燒紅咗嘅炭印上去鰻魚度,炭燒味出晒嚟😆全場煙霧彌漫,但係派頭十足😝鰻魚質感結實而冇骨,毫無加太多調味都唔會腥✨A4 WAGYU CUTLET CHARCOAL SANDOA4和牛大啖咬落去啲肉汁就會俾竹炭麵包吸返🤤厚切和牛嘅油脂簡直就係一流!Dessert of the day
