記得之前去莆田都係食蟶子,原來而家係跳跳魚當做嘅季節,真係未食過呢種魚,今次要試吓先 !跳跳魚有幾種唔同嘅煮法,我就揀咗豆腐湯煮,因為我都幾鍾意飲魚湯,配埋豆腐一齊食,豆腐吸收左魚湯嘅精華真係幾好味 ,個魚湯煲到奶白色,真係真材實料,飲落去又唔會腥!我幾鍾意食酥炒芋芯,外面少少脆同埋甜甜地,大愛呢道菜呀!炒花蛤都幾好味,花蛤大大粒d肉又飽滿!另外再叫左個蠔仔煎,蠔仔份量超多,每一啖都食到蠔仔,好滿足呀!
