之前去過Harlans食lunch已經好鐘意今餐要搵間靚餐廳慶祝就諗起佢 夜景仲靚我地揀左兩位4courses嘅dinner有兩個appetizer 一個main同一個dessertMatsuba Crab Custard, Uni & Shaved Sturgeon Caviar上面係芝士脆餅同海膽 下面係松葉蛋燉蛋食嘅時候一齊食口感更豐富有層次燉蛋好滑 好多蟹肉呀 味道好鮮Cod Fish Skin with Obsiblue Prawn, Caviar炸魚皮上面係蝦肉同魚子醬 香脆得嚟蝦肉又鮮嫩 配搭幾得意Diced U.S. Prime Hanger Steak with Beef & Beetroot Consommé封門柳肉味濃又柔軟加入紅菜頭洋蔥清燉湯 味道好清甜Foie Gras, Lemon Grass Ginger Jus & Dark Chocolate Roll鵝肝食得多 但多數都係煎過嘅今次用蒸嘅 口感幼滑 食落反而冇咁油膩 加埋帶少少苦嘅黑朱古力卷 好match呀Monkfish Cheek, Pan-Seared Crispy Monkfish Liver

炸魚皮上面係蝦肉同魚子醬
香脆得嚟蝦肉又鮮嫩 配搭幾得意

封門柳肉味濃又柔軟
加入紅菜頭洋蔥清燉湯 味道好清甜
Foie Gras, Lemon Grass Ginger Jus & Dark Chocolate Roll
鵝肝食得多 但多數都係煎過嘅
今次用蒸嘅 口感幼滑 食落反而冇咁油膩
加埋帶少少苦嘅黑朱古力卷 好match呀
Monkfish Cheek, Pan-Seared Crispy Monkfish Liver
鮟鱇魚臉頰肉食落結實有彈性
仲有煎到好香脆嘅魚肝 味道好甘香
M8 Oyster Blade Beef, Oyster Leaf Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
牛板腱揀左五成熟 煎得啱啱好 肉質好嫩好juicy
Pre-dessert係柑橘味嘅沙冰 清清味蕾再上甜品
Classic Apple Pie with Parma Ham & Meat Floss
批底好酥脆 蘋果好爽口味道比較濃
仲配左parma ham 有少少咸香都幾得意

冬天飲番杯mulled wine真係好舒服
大部分酒精喺加熱時都揮發晒
唔飲得嘅朋友都可以放心試下
