之前曾到過這間Bochord晚餐,極喜歡這裏的環境及氣氛,古典圖書館的裝修,盡顯氣派!今天相約朋友到銅鑼灣shopping ,一於再來這𥚃午餐!午餐可選3/4/5 Course Menu, 我哋揀左4 Course Menu:頭盤:~French Quail Leg Confit~Cedar Smoked Salmon & Raw Tuna 擺盤精緻,賣相猶如一幅畫,而且好好味😋湯:~Hummus & Artichoke Bisque~Lobster Bisque兩款湯各有特色,酥皮龍蝦湯係我嘅至愛🥰主菜:~Red Wood Charcoal Grilled Australian Lamb(Medium)我和朋友都好鍾意食羊架,而我最欣賞那2件52度慢煮羊柳mix Parma ham整成嘅軟嫩肉卷,真係一流👍🏻甜品:~Mille Feuille Mousse Cake~Passion Fruit Mousse Cake呢度嘅甜品亦都好出色,兩款甜品味道皆清新,非常高質!這次用餐非常滿足,不枉我再到來訪!
