中秋節跟好久不見的好友聚會團圓。誰說中秋一定要吃中菜,我們就選了一間180度海景可以看到月亮與夜景的高級法國菜慶祝中秋。來到銅鑼灣世貿中心11樓的Bochord,一進門就被濃厚的文藝氣息吸引,徬佛置身於上世紀歐陸貴族的私人書室。今晚我們品嘗了Bochord的Tasting Menu,每位$1,388。Imperial Ossetra Caviar ~ 魚子醬配上煙薰鰻魚慕斯,搭配脆脆的脫水蔬菜片,口感層次豐富。Hokkaido Abalone ~ 北海道鮑魚配上墨魚汁和鮑魚肝醬,再加上3.6牛奶泡沫和金箔,賣相精緻,味道鮮美。55 Degree Sous Vide Sea Cucumber ~ 55度低溫慢煮海參,搭配醃制海參和日式高湯,再加上紅蝦濃湯和日本海膽豆腐,鮮味十足。Seafood Bouillabaisse ~ 法式海鮮湯配上日本帶子、新鮮蛤蜊和烤蝦,再淋上龍蝦濃湯和蝦油泡沫,海鮮鮮甜,湯底濃郁。French Foie Gras Terrine ~ 法式鵝肝慕斯搭配煙薰飛魚子和柚子梅酒啫喱,口感滑嫩,味道豐富。French Smoked Oyster Handcrafted Ravioli ~ 自家制煙薰生蠔意大利雲吞,配上魚湯、日本海膽和魚子醬薄片,創意十足,味道出眾。Red Wood & Charcoal Grilled A5 Miyazakigyu Beef ~ 紅木炭烤A5宮崎和牛,配上羊肚菌、時令蘆筍和海膽醬油,牛肉嫩滑多汁,完美演繹頂級和牛的口感。Dessert ~ 甜品是奇異果優格奶酪慕斯蛋糕,配上奇異果蜜餞,清新爽口,為整頓晚餐畫上完美句號。Cocktail ~ The Basket of Apples $128以名畫為靈感的雞尾酒,靈感來自Paul Cézanne的作品。伏特加混合青蘋果、自家制肉桂糖漿、檸檬草和檸檬,清新中帶有一絲香料味,相當特別。Mocktail ~ Tellado $88無酒精特調,蘋果汁、檸檬汁和接骨木花糖漿完美調和,清爽解膩,是不喝酒的朋友的好選擇。總括來講,Bochord的菜式不但賣相精緻,味道也相當出色,每道菜都充分展現了主廚的創意和功力。再加上180度維港海景和現場樂隊表演,絕對是慶祝特別日子的好選擇!
