每次到中環,最喜歡和朋友來這間泰菜餐廳。場又靚美食又正。難得可以坐耐點,chill住食又幾有渡假feel。大蝦柚子沙律蝦肉爽口彈牙,柚子肉香甜多汁,搭配烘焙椰子和酥脆的炸蔥,口感層次豐富。在酸甜的羅望子和梅糖醬汁的加持下,清爽又開胃,美味到呢!炭燒和牛串配東北酸辣汁和牛肉大大粒串起來,肉汁豐富,有著炭燒風味,淋上酸辣汁相當惹味。大頭蝦配秘製咖哩咖哩香濃惹味,唔辣有點奶香。大頭蝦新鮮彈牙,個汁甚多,讓人忍不住想叫飯來撈汁。炸原條紅鯛魚配青芒果絲魚肉事先處理過,魚肉炸得一條條,外脆內嫩,搭配清爽的青芒果絲,十分有泰式風味。芒果椰汁糯米飯糯米飯口感煙韌,芒果香甜,淋上椰汁,簡單美味。Mango & Passionfruit Smoothie香甜的芒果味與酸甜的熱情果搭配,特別好飲。Coconut smoothie啖啖椰子味,口感順滑,又唔會好甜,好飲。

今日去大館同PMQ行街,午餐就簡左呢間泰國餐呢到裝修有幾個風格,打卡都幾靚。我地首先叫左個泰國野必食既冬蔭功(Tom Yum Kung)$98湯味酸辣岩岩好,唔會太辣襯番香港人口味,酸酸辣辣好開胃虎蝦金邊粉(Pad Thai with Prawns)$118都係一道必食既菜色,虎蝦好大隻爽口,加少少青檸🍋🟩搭埋金邊粉的彈牙口感, 味道酸酸甜甜的, 再混合花生碎同辣椒碎, 味道層次更豐富香辣炒手切和牛碎(Wagyu Beef with Rice)$108手切和牛牛肉味香,加上九層塔和蒜蓉炒埋一起,味道好惹味,濃郁嘅牛肉用來撈白飯味道恰到好處,最後叫左個甜品芒果椰汁糯米飯(Thai Mango Sticky Rice)$98糯米飯帶有濃郁椰香味配上新鮮的芒果,一向都覺得呢個菜式整個搭配都好完美

Indulging in a culinary journey today that left our taste buds thoroughly delighted! We started with the chargrilled wagyu beef skewer 😘 each bite was a symphony of smoky, tender meatiness, enriched by the delicate char that perfected the dish. The wagyu was wonderfully marbled, ensuring each mouthful was an explosion of rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth goodness.Moving on, we were captivated by the shrimp pomelo 🥗 The succulent shrimps paired effortlessly with the tangy bursts of pomelo, creating a vibrant and refreshing dish. The balance of flavors was masterful, with the crunch of fresh veggies and the zest of citrus dressing making it an invigorating prelude to the main course.For the main event, we savored the Thai prawns curry 🍛 with rice 🍚 The prawns were cooked to perfection, embedded in a luscious, aromatic curry that married the sweetness of coconut milk with the spiciness of traditional Thai spices. The fragrant jasmine rice was an excellent accompaniment, absorbing the curry’s flavors and adding a comforting, fluffy texture to the dish.As a sweet finale, we indulged in mango sticky rice 🥭The ripe, juicy mangoes paired seamlessly with the creamy, slightly salty sticky rice, providing a harmonious balance of sweetness and texture. The subtle coconut sauce drizzled on top added a layer of richness, making it an unforgettable dessert experience.Overall, this meal was a delightful blend of textures, flavors, and aromas that left us both satisfied and craving for more!

話說去文武廟拜完神,跟住行返中環方向,但又未食lunch , 跟住上吓去PMQ睇吓有乜野食,見依間又無乜人又裝得幾靚仔,咁就入去試吓啦⋯⋯內𥚃裝修泰式與懷舊感覺融為一身,燈疏化枱等等同一些泰國工藝如門口個大鐘應該有精心去挑選過….. 可能PMQ d 鋪位夠大,裝修設計心思可以更大更多想法。佢哋個menu 就係得一張紙咁多,所以好易選擇,叫左個雞翼,貴刁同杯passion fruit Smoothle 和Thai ice coffee…..重點個雞翼,佢哋用全翼,炸得好香,同個炸面係好味和好厚身,真係好好食⋯⋯有d 似當年CWB 有一間越南小店的牛油雞翼一樣感覺…. 貴刁和drink 都唔錯⋯⋯
