As a regular daily customer, I've been v disappointed this week 3 out of 4 times, the food took over 20 minutes and the last time over 30 minutes and the place was not even that busy. Usually coffee and food are good, though a bit expensive for the service size, especially any extras which I think are exorbitant,, but this week, it's been too much, and I walked out today having no more time to wait. Poor service from the staff and no idea what the cook was doing. Hope the management are aware so

老公有事忙到灣仔放下我 稍後再會合莊士敦道一帶小店很多但早餐時間又不想行太遠COFFEE ACADEMICS 就腳而且人不多甫進店自行找座位座下店面只有一人 但輕鬆的早上聞著咖啡香 人未醒也會感輕鬆包括侍應店員遞上餐牌選擇多但還是選了飽肚之選all day breakfast材料豐富 配上Latte 味道正常至少不會非常油膩吃完已飽了8成 其實還想吃鬆餅於是等老公到時再單點了鬆餅配上玫瑰果醬及奶油加上熱朱古力好像吃太多了 但吃到美味的鬆餅 感覺非常幸福另外點了Poached egg and avo toast給老公平常在家都做得到的 很少會點也是視覺豐富的早餐是侍應很難召喚就是了

平日下午來到灣仔，本來打算去三聯開嘅Just Cafe 坐低飲杯野同溫書，點知搵唔到路，途中見到呢間Coffee Acedemics就入左嚟，坐左喺入面好一陣服務員先俾份menu..之後見入面環境太黑唔太適合溫書，稔住叫杯野飲然後搬去出面光啲，等左好耐服務員先見到, 叫左杯朱古力，同服務員講我搬出去窗口位。搬到出面發現唔對路，窗口位對正個太陽，喺呢個寒冷嘅天氣著住件毛衣咁樣直曬都咪話，重熱過夏天啊！然後杯朱古力嚟到，稔住快快飲完去第二度溫書，對杯朱古力嘅評語只有一個字: 甜！太甜而且唔夠熱。應該冇下次

After sitting already down at the bar counter and ordering the waiter asked us to leave our seats to other 4 people (we were 2 people) .This is not customer oriented!

Tried their coffee cocktails at the unionpay event inspired by mixiologist Antonio Lai.The one I had tasted like cascara tea with coconut sweetness to it and it was nice and light.There were pandan leaves in the drink as well so it was very palatable and the bitterness was just right so it was quite stylish at the event because it matched the Unionpay colour theme.

Honestly not impressed with their latte artA bit of a fail, isn't it?the tea in a cute tea pot, but usually when you order tea in a coffee shop you would expect a refill. Maybe it's because we sat in a remote area, but the staff was really hard to holler. They barely came by. It took us a long time to place an order. And they ran out of apple cider :/Average...

Manuka $55—————————————整體得分：7分 (10分滿分)————————————————👅食評：平時👅得閒都會係煩忙嘅生活坐低嘆番杯咖啡，比個人休息一下☺️自問唔係咩識品味生活品嚐咖啡嘅人，平日最多都係去Starbucks、Pacific coffee買杯港女至愛就算不過今日黎到咦間the coffee academic試左幾隻幾新鮮嘅嘅口味最鍾意都係咦杯叫Manuka嘅咖啡。香濃嘅Honey香味充滿住整個口腔😍香味令整個人頓時放鬆哂！但又唔會太甜搞到冇哂咖啡味係個幾新鮮同舒服嘅體會黎。

I generally have a positive experience at Coffee Academics but the space in this branch felt tight and had sub-par service. It was a bright Sunday but half the seats here were in a dark corner. The coffee came really slowly and they got our order wrong. They also forgot our cutleries when the food as served. The food itself was okay but because of not so nice atmosphere and service, the whole thing felt overpriced.

呢間cafe除左咖啡,蛋糕之外，仲有好多其他野食！ 不過Menu入面基本上都係屬於light啲嘅輕食，就算減緊肥都叫到野食😛。有樣野唔錯既😳就係其他地方都好少見嘅Caia cereal都有，🤔我估都應該幾好食。今次食嘅係「西班牙風乾火腿烤芝士法包太陽蛋」。🍖Ham係24個月風乾，淨食會有啲咸，但係夾埋個包同蛋就剛剛好👍🏻   🍳太陽蛋係煎到半生熟嘅燶邊蛋，煎嘅時候應該灑左啲芝士上去，有好香芝士味，而且仲係脆口㗎！食落仲同🍳嘅燶邊一樣咁脆口。本身以為呢碟又係油膩野，食完應該會好滯，其實比想像中清爽，🥐個包唔會係浸完牛油咁, 薯圈又係新鮮炸起😎無得輸啦～🙈不過🥐就差啲啦⋯雖然係熱嘅，但都係冧滋滋，未至於一口油，但都唔太好味。 另外，果醬都麻麻地，冇咩香味得甜味🍯。-------------------------🤤想Keep住睇下chingching食左咩⁉️

同外國朋友行完中環,之後我朋友話想坐低飲番杯咖啡,咁我就諗下諗下諗到去我之前嚟過嘅灣仔The Coffee Academics. 呢一間Coffee shop出品嘅咖啡我之前飲過一次的確好好味! 我同我朋友今次分別叫咗一杯 Americano, 呢度嘅Americano用瓦杯出, 既可以保溫亦都令賣相更加好睇!  杯Americano咖啡味好香好好聞!喺杯咖啡嘅表面上有少少creamy! 入口嘅時候感覺甘香亦都唔會太熱, 完全冇overheat嘅味道, 感覺十分之迷人, 鍾意飲Americano嘅朋友一定要嚟呢度試下! 但呢度嘅咖啡價錢完全唔平以兩杯Americano為例.佢哋叫價已經係99蚊呀! 

When I got there and sat down, the waiter got me the menu but then after 20 minutes, still NO ONE came to serve. And then I had to get their attention to come while the waitress gave me a really unwelcoming face. I ordered an all-day breakfast.The food was quick. But the taste of it was definitely not worth the price. It tasted dull and nothing special about it. The latte tasted weird as well. After finishing my meal, I had to go to the cashier to pay because literally no one ever cared to serve

The Coconut Sugar Macchiato is way too sweet for me. It's like warm milk with some spice from south east asia. I can't really call it coffee. Will never order it again. But the atmosphere is awesome. Staff are cheerful and passionate about coffee. I might order something else next time.

近來大熱的咖啡店，午餐時相約朋友齊齊去一試！店子不大，光缐柔暗，裝修簡約，木枱木椅，店內一部份似半露天的感覺，面對行人路，沒有門窗，感覺悠游！午餐有幾款選擇，餐湯淸，沙律爽口，主菜，黑松露意粉美味，香味四溢，而意粉有囗感！雜菇芝士pizza，餅面佈滿雜菇，很豐盛的，賣相sharp，餅底薄，很脆！咬一囗，菇的香氣很濃泛，令人很満足！甜品snow white，cream很幼滑，很甜美！單尾的咖啡，portion很大，拉花靚，咖啡味香濃！此午餐很徝得推薦！

又係收工晚餐時間，可惜又夜咗，灣仔區夜咗好難搵餐廳，除了酒吧之外，都無乜選擇！呢間咖啡店開得夜啲！去到已經無乜人，啡木小桌子坐低落單！喇沙椰香鮮蝦意粉（$138）份量唔大，意粉有咬口，唔會好淋，喇沙醬剛好包裹意粉，醬汁微辣好惹味，椰香幾香，大大細細蝦肉爽口彈牙，好味！Cappuccino($45)奶泡好滑又挺身，咖啡夠熱，唔落糖微甘易入口，有回香口感！好味！Toasted S'mores($58)朋友飲King of Cocoa($52)好靚嘅聖誕樹唧花，一層層都係好濃嘅朱古力味，質地似布朗尼蛋糕，比較實嘅質地，中間夾雜啲朱古力碎！好味！Coffee Crepes Cake($65)朋友食店員有禮斯文，又會比啲意見，我哋怕喇沙太辣，佢都特別入廚房問廚師可唔可以少辣，唔會虛應就算！蛋糕又會用朱古力漿唧成聖誕節主題！好sweet嘆咖啡加晚餐唔錯！不過價錢略貴

一個牛角包一杯cappuccino，個包質地似餐包多過牛角包，我唔識整，食慣Pret A Manger 嘅就知個分別，呢度賣$30，pret 係一半價錢，係多個好靚仔嘅玫瑰果JAM，如果用喺英式鬆餅就一流，但食牛角包查就係多舊魚，都話佢似餐包啦。至於杯嘢，個拉花好靚，唔夠熱，唔夠濃，如果有人話佢好飲過星巴克，佢一定唔係飲整我飲嗰杯，價錢又係相差好遠。 埋單加一，$83，虛幻嘅感受就喺呢一刻湧現，我身處在哪個時空? 而家係咪2016年? 我係咪喺香港，定係喺台灣旅行緊?  係，想扮下嘢，話畀自己聽今日過得好有品味，都唔一定要來呢度呀，大可以行過對面街嘅Coco Espresso，已經包有型啦，杯嘢仲係會畀到你「好飲過星記」嗰種優越感，仲又係平一截，兼冇加一。
