星期日吃了一餐幸福的生日brunch!朋友們一早訂好了枱,不用等待便安排入座!地方寬敞,感覺舒適!以semi-buffet 形式,頭盤選擇很多,海鮮,沙律,湯.....單單吃頭盤已經很飽肚了!甜品選擇也頗多,朋友說香蕉蛋糕十分出色,但我比較愛吃朱古力甜品海洋選擇也很多,更加有生蠔,細細隻但十分新鮮!這個意粉是main course 之一,吃得出是認真制作,當然清碟啦細心把海鮮切成細細件,可以輕易把肥美的肉整出來吃Pizza 也是主菜之一,勁愛吃!不會感覺很滯幸福滿瀉生日brunch! Thanks

《食玩焗煮遊世界》東歐、北歐我都去,偏偏就係未去過西歐。更加未食過正宗既意大利菜🇮🇹。感謝好閨蜜K小姐帶我去中環食spiga,為我補祝生日。 Spiga有兩星星米之蓮星級大廚Enrico Bartolini主理,係意大利境外首間海外分店,平日lunch 頭盤buffet 都係$188,已經有好多好多野食,用料新鮮,最欣賞羽衣甘藍同紅菜頭,淨係cold cut 都已經有5、6款。再來可以自由選擇主菜(+$50-90),是日我就叫咗個duck confit, 用咗好多香料,配合jalapeño,皮脆肉嫩。裝修真係無得彈,一邊飲住香檳,一邊欣賞,連廁所都一絲不苟。出面仲有個露台,下次可以同朋友黎happy hour。weekend brunch 都係$388,仲有生蠔供應,加$160仲有free flow添。

Spiga replaced Lupa and I was expecting something of similar quality or better. Overall for $400 per person I was not impressed. The minestrone soup was worse than pizza hut's although the chunky homemade croutons were quite an elegant touch - it would have been even more elegant had they given maybe 1/2 a cup's worth and not an entire cup - there were nearly equal amounts of soup and croutons which is a bit ridiculous. You can tell they are very proud of their homemade bread as they make sure y

Anyways, their bread basket was just ok - for a homemade bread i expect a fresh out of the oven toasty warmess but this was dead cold. Not homey at all. They gave us a little amuse bouche which was nice, a little mushroom cannoli which I appreciated. It had a mushroom soup-y taste and had a nice crunch too.

Now for the mains. We got the buffalo mozzerella ravioli in tomato sauce and the white truffle pizza. They both tasted terrible. The lemon zest, bland tomato sauce and vinegar-y olive were just not harmonising. The actually technique of the pasta rolling involved in making a perfect ravioli was actually spot on. The ratio between the pasta and filling amazing. Superb technique, but the flavors of the dish just meant that I didn't want to finish my plate let alone ever want to eat here again. 

The truffle pizza - do me a favour and do not fall for the trap of ordering this pizza. It sounds great in theory but it tasted terrible. The sauce base was 'white truffle sauce' which I can only describe taste-wise as a heavily condensed campbell mushroom soup. It was so heavy and so bad I was left feeling not great. Again, the technique of the pizza dough was amazing texturally and it was baked to perfection. I have occasionally in the past left out the crust when eating pizza. This was the FIRST time in my life that I ate the crust rather than want to eat the main filling of a pizza!

I was so disappointed by my meal that I wanted to forego dessert. But my experience has also told me that whenever a european restaurant be it french or italian has bad food - they end up being better for their dessert. I reluctantly ordered the tiramisu despite feeling heavy after that pizza - and turns out I was right and it was delicious. The coffee was bitter and it balanced the creamy mascarpone very well. It's a shame this place isn't a 'desserts only' type of place. All their desserts looked yummy actually. The environment of the restaurant is great, their outdoors area is beautiful. Service was fine, but a bit pretentious for my liking.

To celebrate my friend's birthday, we went there for a birthday brunch. Excellent service ! Very nice food, starter with Oyster, lots of seafood choices, hams, different kinds of vegetables and Italian starters... we have ordered pizza and pasta for the main courses, very big portion but so yummy 😍A great afternoon with nice foods and drinks! As part of the Dining Concepts group, Spiga will not disappoint you.

The variety and quality of food is amazing. You can tell that they pay an effort in preparing a relaxing and high quality brunch. The head chef, Giuseppe Carlucci was there to prepare and arrange the food on a Sunday!

The deco is superb with 1950s interior designed by Joyce Wang. The whole restaurant is dramatic and cinematic.

Service is prompt and the staff is friendly. There is a live band to make you even more relaxed on Sunday.

Highly recommended!

Loved the homemade pasta, I think I am definitely going to come back very soon! Service was Ok, the managers were very friendly but some of the servers were strange. When I sat down, no one asked me Still/Sparkling. After I asked for it, the server just placed the bottle on the table, unopened... I mean it's OK, I can pour it myself but isn't that strange??! The other dish we ordered was more like bar snack, a bit pricey for what it was.

The food, environment and service are great and Highly recommend the homemade pasta!There was  a live band on Sunday brunch and I spent an amazing afternoon with husband -- unlimited Champagne, Seafood & dessert.  A very relaxing environment that we can enjoy a moment with each other!  Good value of money and surely, we will visit again !!

i was there with a group of friends so we could't choose among a great variety of dishes since they have pre designed a group menu. The options were obvious and limited. The portions really poor, almost ridicolous considering we went for the menu with starting price around 700 hkd (water and wine not included so the final bill was much higher).

Came here for a group dinner. Table seating was pretty cramped for a high end restaurant like this. Ordered a variety of food, which was decent. Nothing really to rave about, but I can say the pork one of my guests had looked very, very dry. He was sawing through it and drinking a lot of water to accompany him swallowing it!Service was commendable and attentive. Certainly won't come back again for the food, but it is convenient and to guests who are not from Hong Kong, it would seem a fine resta

Linguini with Sicilian red prawn and green asparagus ($258) - I have heard a lot of good things about Spiga's homemade pastas so it would be a huge mistake if I didn't start my meal off with one. I decided to give their linguini with Sicilian red prawn a go and it turned to be the best decision I made all day.

The linguini was perfectly al dente, working well with the lightly cooked Sicilian red prawn. Now I can finally confirm that they do have a killer homemade pasta!

Grilled Black Angus tenderloin with potatoes millefuille and "Crudaiola" sauce ($358) - For my main course, I thought I couldn't go wrong with one of their house specialties, grilled Black Angus tenderloin with potato mille feuille but that didn't work out as planned.

I thought the tenderloin was a bit under-cooked and the quality of the meat certainly wasn't up to my expectation. That was very disappointing considering that it's been labeled as one of the restaurant's signature dish.

Traditional tiramisu ($98) - Obviously, they sensed something was wrong after I left half of my tenderloin unfinished so my server came over and offered me a dessert for free. And I gladly accepted that offer.

I picked the traditional tiramisu coz I haven't had one for the longest time. Despite coming in a very small package (almost like bite-size), it was surprisingly good. Love the fact that it's soft and moist with the mascarpone cream covering a tiny layer of expresso soaked ladyfingers on the bottom. The amount of liqueur in there was nearly perfect. Pretty nice.

After the homemade linguini (which was excellent), it was a bit of a roller coaster ride but I was glad to end the meal on a high note with a complimentary tiramisu which was fairly decent. I think I probably don't mind coming back some other time as long as I can stay away from a certain meat dish.

If one dish we didn't like through the whole night, then this was it. The seared tuna belly with apple. I have to say that the Szechuan pepper sauce tasted good, but the texture of the tuna was wrong. I felt it has been overcooked.

It called Ossobuco, basically it's a Milanese specialty of cross cut veal shanks braised with white wine and broth, and it also had bone marrow in it. And this dish came with a very delicious saffron risotto. The meat was so juicy, so tender and tasty. The risotto itself was good. But when we mixed the Ossobucco with the risotto, it's heaven!

We were so full even before this pizza has been served. We ordered this pizza with Parma ham, tomato, and buffalo mozzarella cheese. We were so full but this pizza tasted so good so we finished all of it!

In summary, I am an Italian food lover and I have been to so many Italian restaurants in Hong Kong, and this place is very good and I would recommend to my friends to visit. I recommend the fried red prawn, the baby squid, of course the Ossobuco, and the pizza! And in addition the service here was sooo good, which also added lots of points to this restaurant.
