We planned to have dinner at PHI Coffee & Pancake tonight as my friend highly recommended it. It was located at Mei Foo Sun Chuen, couple of minutes walk from Mei Foo MTR.Their cafe was designed in Japanese style, clean and minimalist. Tangerine shakerato was special, with the coffee bittersweet and fragrant, with dried tangerine enhancing the taste. Strawberry soda was sweet and refreshing, gassy as well. It has strong strawberry taste as well. 
Seafood squid ink spaghetti - Pasta was cooked till chewy and smooth, tasty as well. Squid and prawn etc were fresh and chewy too. 
Crab meat and avocado croissant - Croissant was baked till soft and crispy, fluffy as well. Sunny egg was provided together with crab meat and avocado. Crab meat was sweet and chewy while avocado was soft and buttery, going well with the croissant. 
Matcha red bean souffle - The presentation was appealing, colourful and vibrant. Souffle was baked till very soft and smooth, with matcha syrup and mousse provided to dip onto it. Mochi, red bean, matcha jelly and matcha crumbles were provided at the side to go along with the souffle. We topped up vanilla ice cream, which was sweet and milky.
