In its chinese name, it was described as spicy and numbing. However, the actual taste of this Siumai leaned more toward just the spicy side, that you can taste the hotness from fresh chili. The Siumai was covered with rice noodle, maybe to act as the barrier of spiciness. But as the rice noodle literally has no flavor at all, the Siumai didn't taste impressive when you have your first bite and it didn't match with the intense spiciness of the stuffing.

The thick sliced Charsiu was much better than I expect. The lean meat & fat portion was pretty much 7:3 which was perfect for me and it had the perfect tenderness. The rice was served with sweet soy sauce and minced scallion sauce which made it even better! The tempura egg was not what I imagined tho. I tought it would be the a tempura of egg but turned out it was just a pan fried egg with tempura crumbs on top, but still, it's not bad as an accompaniment.

Not recommended. The pork cutlet was dry, not crispy and absorbed the greasy oil from the soup. The texture of udon was ok, but couldn't pick up the sweet and spicy flavors from the DanDan soup well.

上次我喺Landmark行吓,見到呢間餐廳幾特別,想去試吓。我晚上大概八點去食,我點咗錦繡天婦羅飯同埋吉列千層豬扒滑蛋飯。1. 錦繡天婦羅飯炸蝦天婦羅外脆內軟,但係嫌蝦肉唔夠爽,不過都幾好味嘅。啲飯有少少炸粉喺上面,建議攪拌後進食。但係我覺得啲飯有啲太油膩,唔係幾好食。2. 吉列千層豬扒滑蛋飯吉列豬扒chok chok聲,脆到冇得頂!啲飯好軟熟,同啲滑蛋配合得一致,太好味環境好舒適,亦都好寬敞。喺音樂襯托底下,好寫意!價錢可以接受,喺中環區晚餐算係一個好中肯嘅價格。如果你未食過呢間餐廳,就一定要食吓祝大家聖誕快樂🎅🏻❄️🎄⛄️( 不過可能你睇到呢個食評嘅時候,已經過咗聖誕一段時間)

There are four pieces of dumplings in each portion, costing $62. They are placed securely in a plastic container for take away. The dumplings are still warm and fresh when they arrive home.

The dumplings, though a bit expensive, are tasty with sweet broth and tender minced pork. The thickness of the dumpling skin is just right. You can taste that the materials used are of good quality. It is best to dip the dumplings with vinegar before eating.

My grandmother is so content that she has eaten eight pieces in a row.

Next up we had the green tea buns. Well the buns tasted nothing like green tea except the layer of matcha powder sprinkled on top of them. The salted egg custard was a fine job, a great combo of savoury and sweetness together in a green bun. Perhaps they should rename this dish…

餐廳環境都幾舒服,唔趕住返工嘅話都想可以坐耐啲。日式年糕配雲呢拿大葉汁:年糕好煙韌,雲呢拿汁好濃 又夠多,可以點晒咁多塊年糕有餘,不過甜咗少少。菠菜皮蝦餃:外皮係綠色賣相幾吸引,加咗菠菜感覺健康。雲吞擔擔烏冬:都辣辣地㗎,配埋雲吞,所以都幾飽肚。

這是我第一出post,因為對這個外賣飯盒太失望了。平常都在附近食飯,今天太忙,惟有外賣一個汁燒牛肉飯$138+餐具$1回去食。它也提供那些兩餸套餐,但疫情期間,真不敢試。這個汁燒牛肉飯吃第一啖已經想放棄,牛肉又乾又rough, 汁又少,真後悔沒有上樓上Robuchon 買個beef fillet baguette,差不多嘅價錢好食十倍。這個飯真值$138嗎?另外那套值$1嘅餐具,唉,那種質素⋯都係棄掉沒用。

中環搵地方食午餐,聖誕節就到順道到一到置地廣場看看聖誕節裝飾這一年商場的裝飾較少用聖誕樹🎄置地就是相中的一棵是最高的兩個人來到見到長長人龍十多人在前面,唔使好耐就有位店內侍應唔係好夠人有需要搵人,要俾少少耐性二人行,點了一個飯兩個點心,點左全部飽肚野🤪天婦羅蛋叉燒飯天婦羅就是topping的脆脆粒叉燒一般,太肥或太瘦😅流心蛋。試過一次夠了竹炭脆皮叉燒包不錯👍🏻好食!食完要照照鏡,竹炭可能會痴在牙齒雞肉小籠包一籠有四粒湯汁是清清的,是豬肉的另類選擇讓溫度下降,原粒放入口內,味道很好!推一推!

「置地」一般俾人嘅感覺都係好高尚係闊太名媛去high T嘅地方,今次就因為我放大假專誠搵喺中環返工嘅舊同事食個lunch,搵嚟搵去最貼地又唔係食三文治嘅地方。終於朋友推介左呢一間fusion日本同上海餐廳. 最慘係lunch時間冇得book枱,為咗避開上班族食lunch時間我呢個閒人就唯有早少少到去攞咗位先啦。其中有個lunch time得一個鐘頭,所以就佢先向置地揀嘢食,呢間餐廳lunch time 又限時一個鐘,所以要校啱時間先入去我哋三個人叫咗兩個主食再加兩款點心:千層豬扒擔擔麵餐牌mark住係必食推介,就試下佢呀嘛。同出面上海店食嘅擔擔面差唔多,豬扒亦都做到千層嘅效果叉燒炸旦飯其實簡單啲講即係黯然銷魂飯亦即係叉燒蛋飯。佢個旦係用咗天婦羅粉炸到脆脆的,加埋個半肥瘦叉燒佢仲比左少少薑蔥蓉我特別推介,我平時食叉燒都鍾意配薑蔥蓉㗎😅麻辣燒賣大家見到麻辣以為好特別,其實平時都麻麻哋食燒賣,佢做到圓波型咁又比我想像中大粒左,係多咗麻辣味囉豚肉小籠包即係普通嘅小籠包,有比較之下我就覺得呢個好食過麻辣燒賣另外要烏龍茶要加錢🥵首先係lunch限時一個鐘有啲急趕囉,另外係連送杯烏龍茶都要加錢😞埋單

餐牌mark住係必食推介,就試下佢呀嘛。同出面上海店食嘅擔擔面差唔多,豬扒亦都做到千層嘅效果

叉燒炸旦飯
其實簡單啲講即係黯然銷魂飯亦即係叉燒蛋飯。佢個旦係用咗天婦羅粉炸到脆脆的,加
埋個半肥瘦叉燒佢仲比左少少薑蔥蓉我特別推介,我平時食叉燒都鍾意配薑蔥蓉㗎😅

麻辣燒賣
大家見到麻辣以為好特別,其實平時都麻麻哋食燒賣,佢做到圓波型咁又比我想像中大粒左,係多咗麻辣味囉

豚肉小籠包
即係普通嘅小籠包,有比較之下我就覺得呢個好食過麻辣燒賣

另外要烏龍茶要加錢🥵
首先係lunch限時一個鐘有啲急趕囉,另外係連送杯烏龍茶都要加錢😞
埋單每人百幾蚊其實中環來講都算OK

同事推薦姨間係landmark 既中日fusion 菜,所以lunch黎試試。1點正開始排隊,都幾多人但人流都快,等左15分鐘左右就入。叫左個係熱門既千層豬排擔擔烏冬-$88(4/5)唔係講笑湯底好正,辣得岩岩好,花生味好香,唔小心係咁飲左幾啖。烏冬爽口彈牙,但千層豬排就有d失望,有d靭。同事唔食辣所以叫左走辣,湯底一樣咁正。另外仲叫左豚角湯咖哩配飯-$98(3.5/5)佢係好食既小辣偏甜既日式咖哩,豚肉好淋好易咬開,成個湯咖理都好食係普通左少少。然後再加左個甜點花生黑芝麻驢打滾-$58(4/5)聽個名都唔知係咩,原來係糯米包住花生同黑芝麻,煎香小小個面,係上面再灑上糖同黑芝麻。食落就煙韌煙韌,幾特別,佢個面有煎過所以又有d脆口。下次都會再食。總結:菜色都好別致,環境又坐得幾好,仲要位於landmark ,百零蚊就食到,無得輸。餐牌上有個好特別既fusion 菜好想下次黎試,水煮魚拉麵🤣雖然好多人等位不過佢店舖都大所以流動得快,佢係值得下次再去既。
