星期日11 月17 日下午6 時15 分我和先生在中環置地Kikusan 吃晚餐, 而這間店新裝修環境不錯, 因睇食評很多名人推介叫了一碗雞白湯拉麵, 另加一碗普通豚肉拉麵, 麵送來時湯祇是熱不是飲熱湯熱辣辣的感覺, 一点熱氣也沒有, 試過豚王和一幻拉麵完全不一樣, 百多元一碗要求熱一點不過份嗎？而且當時人客也不多, 希望厨房能正視問題

第三次食Kikusan，上一次應該係幾年前🤤見佢啱啱中環分店重開於是同朋友去支持下！我哋每人嗌咗一個黑松露滑雞飯，尼個飯朋友話每次嚟必食所以我都忍唔到嗌個嚟試下。最後都幾好食，個飯texture啱啱好滿滿black truffle味，雞十分滑兼大舊不過個飯份量比較多，最後我哋都有啲食唔哂另外仲嗌咗佢哋嘅signature dish "Kikusan Roll" 同幾年前食一樣味道留意到餐廳多咗好多新菜式，希望不久嘅將來再嚟試其他食物

這次我來到置地廣場的Kikusan，點了一份平時不太選的黑松露野菌蒸雞飯，還有韮菜煎豚肉餃子。食評如下：首先，黑松露野菌蒸雞飯的表現讓我大為驚喜。飯粒吸收了菇菌的香氣，連汁帶水，吃起來特別美味。雞肉已經去骨，對於我這種懶人來說，簡直是完美的選擇。份量也算多，讓人十分滿足。特別要提醒的是，如果不喜歡葱，記得提前要求去掉，因為他們切的葱非常幼細，讓菜式看起來更精緻。接下來，我嘗試了大帝碗雞白湯底豚肉叉燒拉麵。湯底偏鹹，雖然整碗麵的表現只算正常，但對我來說剛好。特別的是，他們不放筍，這點非常符合我的口味，讓我吃得更開心。最後，我點了抹茶豆漿，選擇了熱的版本。這款豆漿不甜，幾乎沒有加糖，讓我可以品味到真正的抹茶香氣，對於我這個怕肥的女士來說，簡直是完美的選擇。總的來說，這次用餐體驗非常愉快，讓我對Kikusan有了新的認識！

I am usually too lazy to write review but this is one of the places that keeps us coming back and I really hope everyone gets to try it out!The food in Kikusan is delicious (you get a lot to choose from, even for vegetarian like me), the staff is helpful, and the environment is spacious and comfy.Everything has made it the comforting dining experience that we need most after a long day of work. I hope it can keep up its quality. My faves:- shredded potatoes and cabbage salad (fresh and crunchy) - vegetable curry rice (SO SPICY BUT I LOVE IT. The veggies are fresh, the sauce is delicious and the rice is also well cooked) - fried vegetarian dumplings (crispy and juicy)I always want to try something different everytime but I always go back to these dishes because they are just so yummy. P.S no photos because I ate all before I realised I should’ve taken photos.

I have lost count of number of times I’ve been here. They’ve recently renovated the place too.Being a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised to find a good spread of non meat items on menu.The taste is one of the best in Hong Kong, especially peanut ramen soup noodle. The price is also very reasonable. Don’t miss the crispy tofu, another favorite of mine.One female staff is not very welcoming, but overall the staff experience is good.
