Let me tell you my day. My family and I went to a buffet restaurant for lunch and we were very full, so we decided to go shopping in k11. After a while, we got tired and decided to go to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. On the way to Starbucks, we saw this new restaurant and decided that instead of going to Starbucks, why not try this one out? I can say that the only positive thing about my decision is that we tried something new. But that’s about it. Here are the cons:
Reception – the receptionist tried to be polite at first but when I requested for a good seat, she sighed loudly as if I’m being a Karen for simply asking for a good seat. I wished she remained professional because we only interacted for less than a minute and I’m surprised that she cannot be polite for a little longer than a minute.
Atmosphere – It was VERY surprising to notice that the place was too noisy! The interior was really good, but it was very loud. I guess all the guests had to shout because you can’t hear each other from the noise.
Service – After we ordered our coffee, they removed all the plates, utensils and table napkins because we only ordered drinks. Why did they have to remove the table napkins and they didn’t even replace it with tissue? Our table was sooo bare. nothing was there. It’s like we are not even in a classy place. Why would you remove the table napkins? Are we not allowed to use one if we are not gonna order main course?!
Taste – Here is the TOTAL letdown. The hot drinks were served cold. HOW? How did this happen???? I don’t understand how this simple mistake can happen in this level of establishment.
Because the drinks were served cold, we finished our drinks in record time and we immediately left. I cannot stand to be there for long because of the noise and the disappointment.
