Trying this new restaurant. It's actually a new bar so was asked to do the RAT after seated🍴Had the dinner set menu, quite a good price. Mediocre food, acceptable. They have bills to pay and I don't expect brilliant food with the set dinner price $2xx which includes a drink, a starter, small main and dessert so can't complain. The staff were really friendly.Reviews 🥗salad, was okay. Crispy salad leaves🥟An empanada, I enjoyed it. It's like a fried dumpling with cheese and meat inside. Freshly fried and really cheesy and well seasoned. 🐠 Catch of the day : salmon. Was decent with a few clams and mussels🥩 8oz steak: asked for medium rare and had it medium rare. Not the best of cut but decent quality. They give you a small potato for the starch, few piece of veg and The potato gnocchi which is my all time fav. The only issue is it was really a greasy dish at the bottom of the plate. 🧁Dessert: chocolate cake. I think its one of those horrible microwave one. Dry and the sponge texture was off. The chocolate custard on top was not nice. Didnt enjoy it so left it there. Perhaps they could consider letting patron add some $ for better dessert options. Environment was okay, spacious and airy, probably gets busier later for bar goers. For dinner, not too noisy and lots of social distancing between tables.A heads-up: Toilet was pretty nasty, slippery floor and the sink was crack. Hopefully they will address it. Will go again. 繼續閱讀

飲得智利紅酒多,都係第一次食智利菜,呢間生力軍係老蘭附近既「Astra」由國際主廚坐鎮,逢weekend仲會設有DJ打碟,抱緊這秒感覺與及溫度炸爆成個舞池,抱緊這秒感覺與及溫度, and that tonight's gonna be a good, good night!👇📌S T A R T E R -▪️ E m p a n a d a -▪️ Dry Aged · Beef Tartare - $148▪️ Shrimp And Scallop · Ceviche - $178▫️ 黎得到必試智利頭盤三部曲,第一個「智利牛肉·餡餅」外層酥皮金黃鬆脆,就咁睇賣相好似餃子咁,裡面包住煙燻過既牛肉、洋葱、蔬菜,食落口感層次豐富,牛肉唔乾身肉汁鮮甜,幾特別;而「乾式熟成·牛肉他他」用左安格斯牛肉做主角,食落肉質軟腍有咬口,油香十足,夾雜住洋蔥、炸豬皮、西班牙辣椒,再加埋表面既黑魚子,鹹香味非常到位;最後呢個「虎蝦帶子·阿根廷沙沙粉」帶子煎到軟腍彈滑,加埋大大隻虎蝦可以為整晚頭盤生色不少。📌PASTA & SPECIALS - ▪️ Lobster Bisque · Rigatoni - $368▫️ 輪到主菜出埸,第一個「原隻龍蝦·意式粗管麵」原隻龍蝦誠意十足,龍蝦肉爽彈得黎非常鮮甜,而rigatoni質感煙韌有咬口,加上吸收哂既龍蝦濃湯精華,每一啖都非常滿足。📌FROM THE LAND - ▪️ Roasted · Chicken - $228▫️ 另一主菜「慢煮烤雞·迷迭香奶油醬」利用橡木炭慢煮6個鐘以上,然後再烤到外皮帶陣陣既焦香,而裡面肉質食落非常嫩滑多汁;而旁邊既迷迭香奶油醬有加強整個香味,高質之作!📌D E S S E R T S -▪️ Chocolate · Lava Cake - $88▪️ Museli · Apple Crumble - $78▫️ 甜品亦有驚喜,第一個「熔岩·朱古力蛋糕」面頭既雲呢拿合桃雪糕同lava cake產生一冷一熱口感,食落又唔會太甜膩,唔錯;而「燕麥片·蘋果金寶」用左紅葡萄酒慢煮過既蘋果粒,加埋面頭既雲呢拿焦糖雪糕,成個幸福感即刻出哂黎! 繼續閱讀

The food is also delicious. The Crispy Calamari with Chimichurri Aliolio I’d very crunchy, it tastes very good too.The Staff is very nice, they will take the initiative to ask my needs, and they will take the initiative to recommend dishes to me.And the environment also is very comfortable. 敵不過食肆禁制令,算是雲咸街地標的bungalow 結業真是有點失落… 直到新阿根廷餐廳開業,延續Bungalow 特色- 10點前是高級雅致的餐廳,過後變成熱鬧的舞台!才一個月新鮮出爐,急不及待試吓新口味!星期日傍晚,不知是否新店開張,還是太早,餐廳冷冷清清,是全場唯一枱⋯ 也不知是否這個原因,我這台成為唯一焦點,服務態度極度殷勤!不得不讚賞。心情大好,喝了這杯酒氣氛輕飄飄的,餐牌也忘了拍照 ▪️牛肉中東餃子本身比較想點前菜比較小形的餃子,可惜已在中午售罄,就算了小吃裏的中東牛肉餃,本身擔心好難分着吃,酥皮香香脆脆,一切俐落地分開!裏面包着香口牛肉餡,沾一點蕃茄他他,清新口感中和牛肉和酥皮的濃度▪️grill steak 不過不失,牛扒以性價比來說肉質算是不錯,肉質軟腍而冇根,咬落香軟易入口。配齊三盤醬汁,個人喜歡香草橄欖油,淡淡的香味很襯托出牛肉郁香。不過總覺得還缺一夠烤蒜頭 🧄▪️牛肉他他配黑魚子在牛肉內混着碎切的西芹青椒,在軟腍牛肉加添一片清新爽脆。確實不俗。可惜的是,配搭的麵包過於厚實,有點難以招架。改配薄脆片,一啖一口口感更佳。▪️龍蝦貓耳粉單是那一柱擎天的龍蝦鉗,已經冠軍級賣相!龍蝦鮮味呈現在西式奶油醬之中,小蕃茄和香草為厚實的醬汁帶點小清新。醬汁和配料是滿分的個人對貓耳粉深有要求,亦因為香港買少見少,反而上剩的手工貓兒粉較為普遍。吃得出是現成貨,跟廚師搓出來的手工意粉欠缺了點咬口。有點美中不足 繼續閱讀

Astra is a new and refined steak house that offers a unique Chilean culinary / way of cooking  on various meat and main dishes. If you like something unique or like to spice things up,  Astra is definitely a must-try.  Astra is conveniently located in LKF, and we love the nice and chill vibe that the restaurants offer. Beef Tartare (Signature Dish) This dish is amazing. The beef tartare is spiced up with herbs and chili ; very mouth-watering as an appetizer. The caviar adds another layer of flavor but somehow matches so well with the dish. Lamb Shoulder (Signature Dish) The lamb is roasted and marinated a Chilean way (very unique and delicious, we tasted rosemary + garlic + light spices). The meat texture is very tender. I normally don't eat lamb and I still love the dish Lobster Orecchiette (Signature Dish) A lobster bisque based sauce is used to cook this dish. Again, one of our favorite. The orecchiette is chewy, while the lobster meat is fresh T-Bone Steak This charcoaled grill T-Bone steak is little bit crispy on the outside, and juicy, tender and loaded with flavor in the inside.
