同晌中環做嘢嘅老同學卒之入市買番個新居,裝修搞好晒,亦將快僑遷,當然戥佢高興,所以,趁機約佢出嚟食餐晏,兼講講近況。選址意大利餐廳「Abbraccio」喺食友嘅推介,佢話一來食物質素高,二來有個大露台位,景觀開揚,仲對住「大館」。雖然話中環一到食晏時間就周圍都逼滿人,不過,一上到嚟雲咸街、荷里活道一帶,就唔會咁多人,啱晒傾吓偈。餐廳分室內、室外區,室內環境裝修蠻有氣氛,紅色絲絨梳化,牆上又掛上一啲油畫,遠處仲有一整個酒櫃,確喺有一派意大利餐廳風格。而外面嘅室外區,地方非常之大,以木椅為主,仲有少量梳化位,加上配置大量植物襯托,令到整個環境好有意大利農村嘅田園氣息。當然,另一亮點喺開揚嘅景觀,整座「大館」盡入眼簾。午市主要供應套餐,4道菜午餐包括餐湯、沙律、主菜、甜品同飲品,定價$178,不過,要留意部份薄餅、意大利麵及甜品都需額外加錢。個人最欣賞喺西式餐牌大多數會列明菜式有咩成份,既清楚自己食咗乜,又可以減少食物敏感嘅機會。是日餐湯呢日嘅餐湯喺南瓜湯,賣相就無話有咩好特別,但啲質感真喺做得好滑溜,南瓜嘅清甜味亦好突出,實屬穩打穩紥之上。田園沙律沙律方面謝稍稍普通啲,都喺一啲沙律菜再搭啲車厘茄、紅洋蔥同西瓜蘿蔔,再添上少少油醋,不過,勝在用料新鮮,味道清新。Contadina薄餅基本喺7吋,可以升級至10吋,但作為午餐,加上得兩個人,7吋已好夠食。呢一款薄餅用料包括雞胸肉絲、忌廉芝士、水牛芝士、車打芝士及炒韭蔥,有別常見嘅加蕃茄醬,而喺加白汁,新鮮即焗,入口熱焫焫,批底份外軟熟,仲好有麵粉香;加咗3重芝士,又有啲炒韭蔥,味道豐厚,加埋啲燶邊位,實在好食。Polpettoni Pasta +$28如果主食揀邊款意大利麵都要加錢,又無理由兩個主食都食薄餅,所以,4款意大利麵就揀呢一款,皆因用上安格斯牛嚟做肉丸,點都秤高少少。份量唔太大,對我哋嚟講啱啱好,啲肉丸果然好正,搓得鬆化,極具肉香,帶微微油脂;而麵條咬落好有韌性,我哋都覺得喺自家製,每條麵條都沾滿蕃茄醬,食得到有唔少茄肉,做得好有水準。凍檸茶我哋就無特別加錢轉其他嘢食,都喺跟餐牌要杯基本冰茶,嚟到原來喺凍檸茶,酸爽清新,配濃味嘅薄餅同意大利麵就最啱。Panna Cotta既然有兩款甜品供選擇,又喺意式甜品嘅經典,就當然想試晒啦。先分享個意式奶凍,面頭配上新鮮嘅雜莓,非常養眼,而啲雜莓醬做得酸香鮮活,奶凍口感滑溜,極富奶香。Mini Tiramisu +$20提拉米蘇話就話迷你,其實都喺一大杯,面頭鋪滿厚厚嘅唂咕粉。裡面嘅馬卡風芝士跟忌廉打得細滑柔軟,帶微微芝士香,而浸透咖啡嘅手指餅濕潤滿滿咖啡香,個人就較喜歡加入百蘭地嘅酒精版喇。多謝食友嘅推介,「Abbraccio」嘅食物質素高之外,無論室內定室外,環境都頗舒服,而招呼亦好熨貼,喺一個讓人用餐稱心嘅地方。 繼續閱讀

I recently tried this cozy restaurant in Central with my friend and loved their fresh seafood dishes. Here's what we had: Piovra (Octopus Carpaccio)The octopus was sliced super thin and super tender. It came with olive oil, lemon, and herbs light, fresh, and perfect to start the meal. Gamberi Pizza Thin, crispy crust with big, juicy prawns on top. The burrata cheese was creamy and delicious, and the pizza had a nice smoky flavor from the wood-fired oven. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Hong Kong! Should order this again next time.Risotto Alla Milanese with SalmonThe risotto was rich and creamy, with a beautiful golden color from saffron. The salmon was cooked just right, crispy skin and soft inside. A tasty twist on the classic Milanese risotto. The octopus and pizza were my favorites. The atmosphere was so comfortable and welcoming. The service was good. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy your meal. For just $178, I indulged in a fantastic 4-course lunch set that was worth every penny!We kicked things off with the pumpkin soup and salad appetizer, and wow, the portions were generous and the ingredients so fresh! It really set the tone for the meal. Then came the Gamberi pizza, topped with mozzarella, prawns, and creamy burrata. Each bite was a perfect blend of flavors, and the tomato sauce was just divine.Next up was the Pollo e Funghi, a creamy penne dish with shredded chicken that had me savoring every forkful. It was comfort food at its finest!And of course, we couldn’t skip dessert. The panna cotta was silky smooth, and the tiramisu was a sweet finish to our meal. It was rich, flavorful, and just the right amount of coffee kick.To top it all off, I enjoyed a refreshing iced tea that complemented the meal perfectly.
