聽經理講番原來間餐廳係嚟自日本銀座咖~ 佢地仲特登係日本請左個日本師傅,如果想佢煮比你要訂枱時講定好彩我地早左去到先可以影到餐廳個境,晏多少少都坐滿人

A4和牛望落油脂幾均勻,食落充滿油香,牛肉柔嫩,煎得夠香,用上的係肉眼,不過肉味尚算濃,好食。
最值得推金木鯛,拖羅同埋左口魚拖口入口即溶,肥到差唔多全白, 肥美到無朋友
金木鯛同左口魚好新鮮,味道,不用多說,一流
KINKI入口豐腴, 雖然佢果陣魚香食唔到, 但係果陣脂肪得黎唔肥膩, 厚實得黎唔會好似某D 刺身咁有渣

Anyway , another high end Teppanyaki place to introduce . Kaika's pedigree is faultiness. It's the first Teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong that hails directly from Japan , bringing the cuisine of the legendary Ginza Teppanyaki to Tsim Sha Tsui . Provide various top - notch ingredients everyday , and they urge an authentic Japanese fine dining but in a western style and presentation . This is fusion yet not cross the line . I appreciate Teppanyaki can presented in such pleasant and decent look .

The menu is simple with various set selections . Their set possess wide range of combination , so you mix and match by your own . It allows for a greater variety of dishes, from excellent sashimi and cold appetizers to all savories and end up with a bowl of comforting fried rice and dessert . The set menus take the pain out of ordering in a la carte , which can often add up flexibly . In addition to teppanyaki dishes , the menu boasts appetizers, sushi sashimi , tempura , desserts . Something you expected . So here we took a Chef special dinner set and sushi set for sharing .

This is a sashimi platter that they combine both set sashimi into one . Different kinds of sashimi all are fresh , hamachi and sword fish belly is fatty yet the grease will melt on your tongue swiftly . I specially like these two species . Toro , thick and plump ,meaty flesh from the underbelly of the carp, the filling content is a bit heavy but definitely a biggest temptation that satisfy your max . The whole presentation is outstanding with a proper array and graceful decor . Garnishments and the placement successfully form a colorful art piece .

A large shell containing grilled and sliced Ezo abalone . Extremely fresh and spongy . The chef even place sea urchin and fish roe on top to complex the flavors . The heat of the abalone sightly melt the sea urchin, successfully create a runny sensational mouthfuls . The whole thing is extremely tempting ! The presentation is another stunning one , as the shellfish had taken on some appetizingly smoky notes from the grill .

Compare to the Wagyu beef , this is definitely another style . This is not that greasy and heavy , more like beef sirloin . It is still tender and delicious under the condiments and searing . The searing successfully maintain a succulent meaty content . If you are looking for a lighter mouthfuls , or not that filling , rib eye is a best pick .

Seasonal vegetables come to pumpkin , mushroom and red pepper . Look colorful and bright , all are fresh too . Mushroom is always my favorite , aromatic and springy . Pumpkin is sweet and soft .

Looks plentiful in a platter . The hand roll is normal , seaweed yet maintain a crispy condition when it served , hand roe is mildly salty , but acceptable . The hamachi is incredibly great taste , the fresh meat certainly in high quality with grease . Uni is under average . Uni itself was not really that rich , while the small portion of uni placed on the rice , even lost it luster , a bit disappointed . However , Toro and Prime Tai are both up to standard , fatty and fleshy .Overall , the sushi rice is in a good condition, , seasoned with a specific dressing of rice vinegar, sugar and salt so it enhances its stickiness and the sushi rice was properly cooled when it start to produce . The rice in Kaiki is sightly sweet , glutinous enough with distinctive texture .

I love teapot steamed soup ! This teapot soup is exquisite with authentic sense . Typical with assorted seafood and a slice lemon . The soup itself is light , the hint due to the seafood natural flavors . The soup is stomach warming , while squeezing some lemon juice in it is clear minded and refreshing . I was surprise the the ingredients in it can be that fruitful ! Crab meat , gigantic prawn , scallop in big size , seaweed are all in a teapot . This is very outstanding , but just a bit waste since we are totally stuffed at that moment .

Okay .Here I squeeze another room for the dessert . You know gals have special power to do this , especially when it comes to dessert . Sweet treats definitely fulfilled us and end up our meal in a pleasant way . They provide Japanese musk melon which is very typical . Musk melon is extremely sweet , contain a juicy soft content . Red bean mochi is chewy with a sweet content . The red bean is not that strong , however overall taste are favorable.

The overall feeling of Kaika is being welcomed , staffs are greatly friendly , I mean unexpectedly friendly . From the front of house staff who are polite and accommodating with dietary requirements , to the energetic teppanyaki chefs , smart with a sense of humor , present their creations with a smile . The rundown is very interactive , staffs are alert on individual request . Very caring as the staff will automatically put your asahi in the fridge after pouring for you . Managers are very attentive ,they asked for opinions politely. The service standard seems not in a consistency , compare to Inakaya , kaika score victory .

Kaika's culinary excellence is complemented by a stylish decor with warm lightening . The entire inner is covered by a golden which evokes a Zen - like ambience , allowing diners to meditate on the fresh food while seated in the 2500 square foot space . While there is a dedicated sushi counter in the corridor, the main event here is the teppanyaki grill . For Teppanyaki area , customers can exactly look at the experts produce your order in front of you , forming the masterpiece under chefs' hands . It is very interactive as you are like enjoying a show . Meanwhile , in the main dining area , floor to ceiling windows let in ample natural light and provide a spectacular harbour view . Brown and gold hunes bring warmth to simple and undetstated elegance of the room. Yet it still maintain a cozy ambience with its royalty interior design.

我選擇了牛柳和鵝肝做主菜 - 牛肉要了6成熟, 大廚煮得剛好。 鵝肝香煎後外脆內軟, 多汁 – perfect!!!

再說蝦子餅的海鮮午餐,帶子很新鮮,龍蝦我不大喜愛故 no comment, 三文魚香煎得不錯, 肉質軟滑不乾身,大廚故意把魚皮分開煎,十分香脆 - 又一個Like!

來到吃魚生飯時,我已太飽了 - 吃了一些便把餘下的給了身旁的”食物焚化爐”

結論,這鐵板燒餐廳給了我一個驚喜, - 價格便宜(尤其是吃午飯) ,員工有禮,食物也不錯。我肯定會再來!

澳洲鮑魚
主角通常都係火熱登場,這個鮑魚就在寒冷的冬天火熱登陸桌上
服務員更熱衷幫忙拍照,主動供應手機燈光
部長口中得知,長谷川師傅早已返回日本,
不過同男友一致認為食物質素都非常高,服務更是一流,絕對值得入選米芝蓮
相信下次再光臨的日期不遠矣,希望總有一日有幸可以一嚐長谷川先生的手勢

題外話/補充資料: 男友生日,餐廳除左幫忙保持神秘,上蛋糕時更幾名職員一起唱生日歌,實在非常難忘 同時都欣賞他們敬業樂業的精神

Appetizer is duck breast with Japanese radish . The radish was stew to tenderness ,a very soft touch . Duck breast is a bit greasy due to the fattiness , but overall is very tasty . The jelly in transparent color deserve a mention , it's a bit chewy and springy that match well with the duck breast and balance the taste . This jelly , a kind of sea glass , oftenly used in different Japanese Starter , especially sashimi .

Chef Daily Soup comes to pumpkin soup . However , it is lukewarm when it served . The soup is barely warm , over creamy but not in a thick spoonful . The creaminess even cover the pumpkin hint . I can't really feel the pumpkin flavor . Somehow , the manager is so polite and caring , this asked us for opinion as he indicated the hot soup is in an experiment period , something new . We told them the problem frankly , he apologize and insist to serve us a boiling one .I can definitely feel the sincerity under his attitude .

This is the highlight of the meal . It can't go wrong with such fancy delicacies . The presentation is unexpectedly pleasant and outstanding, very colorful with handcrafts. I am particularly enamored by the perfectly grilled lobe of buttery foie gras , paired well with sweet fruits to counter the fattiness . The chef confidently told us their foie gras is always in the highest standard . They don't even need to top flour on the foie gras like the normal Teppanyaki store. The foie gras itself got it potential to create the flaky layers with a luscious content . Another surprise . It is very surprise that nowadays teppanyaki dishes can be that delicate . A raw lobster was grilled and seared under the chef master , when we are looking at how he create such umami , it is actually more like watching a show . The chef take out the lobster meat and riches grease from the head meticulously . Then roast the lobster with butter and pepper . Meanwhile , the chef use the lobster roe and riches grease to create a special sauce . The whole presentation is superb and magnificent . The lobster even look more majestic after the cookery and design. The mouthfuls are tasty delicious ! Lobster itself is fresh , the flesh is firm and likable . The sauce is superlative , the briny flavors and the grease add a hint of aroma to the dish , even enhance and bring out the lobster natural hint . Absolute heaven . I highly recommended this .

Seasonal salad is nothing special , just as normal . At least a green mix that can give out crunch bites and balance the meal , since the former dish is so heavy and noble . This is just right to strike a balance and freshen your tastebud for coming Wagyu beef .

This is the ultimate must -try .A4 premium Japanese beef simply melts in the mouth . The tender and yielding beef was seared to medium rare , hence there is a good crust and juicy meat within . The hint is strong under a perfect cookery and the texture is impressive under the time management . The garlic and pepper seasonings offer an extra level of umami to the proceedings . Something unique is they served a hot Teppanyaki rock salt plank with the beef . You can rub the beef cubes on the rock salt by your own . Quite a playful idea and the rock salt even create a dense flavor, but not overwhelming , something deserves praises .

While the last savory course of fried rice was equally delicious . Fried rice was sightly on the greasy side for our liking, the mouthfuls are unexpectedly good . The rice texture is dry enough so it is chewy and very favorable with moderate seasonings . Pepper , salt , chive and soy sauce all are in a proper amount to create such amazing taste . The chef even add some fish roe on top to dazzle the flavors and crush the rice into thin crackers that I truly indulged in it . The thin crust with seaweed power and sesame is greatly crispy and urge a extraordinary fried rice experience . As a bowl of fried rice , this is very outstanding in both tastes and presentation .

Since I finished the whole bowl or fried rice and teapot soup , I have no any empty room for an other soup . But Mr tried it and he said is hot enough and not too salty . It would be better just if they add in more bean curd and seaweed . Pickles is sour under marination , a kind of snack refreshment. But not my cup of tea , especially for these kind of side dish .

The overall feeling of Kaika is being welcomed , staffs are greatly friendly , I mean unexpectedly friendly . From the front of house staff who are polite and accommodating with dietary requirements , to the energetic teppanyaki chefs , smart with a sense of humor , present their creations with a smile . The rundown is very interactive , staffs are alert on individual request . Very caring as the staff will automatically put your asahi in the fridge after pouring for you . Managers are very attentive ,they asked for opinions politely. The service standard seems not in a consistency , compare to Inakaya , kaika score victory .

早上打電話去book位,中午時段已滿,只好睇完戲兩點先去食,叫左兩個semi lunch buffet, 前菜小食係自助,主菜可選一或兩樣,我地要左鵝肝,蝦,帶子同薄牛肉。另外有魚生飯,菜,甜品或茶。semi-buffet 選擇不多,這個當然理解,又唔係正式lunch buffet, 唔通要有幾十樣野咩,不過可能已經過左飯市,盤盤都風捲殘雲樣,所有野冇左都唔refill,好唔掂。早知望下先,叫第D set 仲冇咁嬲。老婆大讚鵝肝,我唔好,所以no comment.其他食物大家有share 黎食,總體係 - OK, just OK.牛 > 蝦 > 帶子帶子明顯煎老了。叫做試過,應該冇下次。

出咗糧,食番餐好,成日聽老闆去海賀食日本野,想去好耐,今晚唧管試吓。約女朋友早D到睇下有無海景枱,但都係無。下次真係要早D訂位先。我地點咗個A4和牛二人set再加刺身,因为個餐無,女友想食Toro,满足吓佢。我就叫杯啤酒加小食,之前係壽司廣都食過日本蟹仔,佢地都有,女友見到係咁影相,話好得意喎,又幾精致。至于刺身係有質素Toro真係好靚,其它都好味。到食鐵板燒,見師父攞出我地今晚的食材,真係好新鮮由其是隻鮑魚,係咁轉來轉去,和牛眼見都唔差,坐鐵板counter有樣好,可以睇到個制作過程。見到廚師為你做毎送菜,真係幾陶醉。侍應都kee住有笑容,不錯!唔怪得知老細咁鐘意去啦。我倆都好滿足地回家了,明早開會可以同老闆多過話題了,下次叫佢請我地食番,如果唔係又要等出糧了!

經過朋友多番推荐,今日終於有空打去訂枱,可惜窗邊枱已經Full咗,只有鐵板燒枱,都好去食鐵板燒座係廚師面前都唔錯。我地準時到達,入去餐廳見到落地大玻璃成個維港睇曬,我地座的位置都係向海景太好了,朋友介绍過佢地有隻日本生啤幾好飲,急不及待order了—杯,打開餐牌好多選擇,刺身,壽司,天婦羅,和牛,海鲜.....我地唔想諗點了個套餐(銀座海賀二人餐)貪佢咩都有,但我地對法國鹅肝麻麻地,問侍應可以轉其它野代替鹅肝嗎,佢有禮地見意我地可以轉日本帶子或銀雪魚,我地貪心地各轉—款。啤酒飲完,點支清酒飲,至似食日本餐。用餐完了,飯後總結:之前食過幾間有名的鐵板燒,但這間你會感覺到厨師好有心機去做毎—道餸,食材你會見到好新鮮的,不會港式口味,收費合理,直得介绍比朋友!!

今天跟男朋友一齊去想浪漫一下, 看一下夜景, 吃一下高級日本鐡板燒!!真的火都來!!!可惜相機沒電沒辦法拍照呢在門口看到2480$一位的, 想像夜景多美..誰知道未有鐡板燒位, window的位都沒有!!第一道菜是SOUP,沒有驚喜.. 跟CAN SOUP一樣, 只不過多CREAM同凍左一點!!然後是蝦, 吃畢那甜味會在囗腔中留一陣子,但不算大隻,水準又只是一般..跟住鮑魚, 感覺火喉不是很足足!!太大了,又是不入味之作!!和牛出場LA~我知道和牛很貴啦尤其是日本的和牛更貴經常看美食節目好的牛肉一定價值不斐.但這一次破壞和牛一直是我心中的地位..用鹽跟黑椒的和牛...UM..真的...最後, 炒飯...,味道雖不差..今一次讓我一次過歎盡都無數問題!!!!

是一個值得紀念的日子,因此店方亦舉辦了這個3週年晚宴,為了隆重其事,這晚更有日本直送吞拿運到香港,並即場解體以最新鮮的狀態供大家享用!我們當晚吃的就是在這個生日月份可以享用特別菜式。前菜是秋刀魚淮山卷,秋刀魚包裹淮山再燒,個人認為是有點腥,而且較厚蓋過了淮山的味道,如果可以薄身一點可能較好。先來刺身三款:包括吞拿魚、帆立貝、和牛。刺身溫度適中,帆立貝鮮甜,和牛肥美,吞拿魚我吃的是赤身,肥瘦適中而魚味濃郁,刺身如果不新鮮總有點腥味,這夜我們吃的是即切吞拿魚,當然完全沒有這個問題了。之後來個熱食玻璃紙焗松茸鱸魚,鱸魚嫩滑,木魚湯清甜,加上最那片清甜入味,完全無渣的蘿蔔更是亮點。鮑魚野菜沙律,原隻鮮鮑魚開半,炆得也算入味,日式沙律汁配上清甜爽口的蔬菜,用來清一清味蕾非常好。主菜我選了A4日本和牛西冷,日本牛肉的特色就是油脂豐富,油花分佈平均,因此我認為用鐵板燒的做法是最好的,油脂燒過之後散發出牛脂的味道,牛肉入口即溶,肉質鬆化,美味之極!之後要清一清味蕾了,來個三色素麵最為合適,三色即是原味,蛋味以及梅子,麵質幼滑爽口,再伴以冷麵汁,簡單而滿足。壓軸出場的甜品,是為海賀生日慶典特別而設的壽司

之後要清一清味蕾了,來個三色素麵最為合適,三色即是原味,蛋味以及梅子,麵質幼滑爽口,再伴以冷麵汁,簡單而滿足。

壓軸出場的甜品,是為海賀生日慶典特別而設的壽司蛋糕;外型如手卷及壽司,三文魚子軍艦,面層是由西米及芒果做成的魚子,壽司飯則由芒果慕絲以及海綿蛋糕製成的。手卷,上層是粒粒鮮橙及西柚果粒,連旁邊的芥末也不會忽略,用白朱古力模仿wasabi,真是栩栩如生。

順帶一讚就係當日餐廳其中一位 in-charge既服務態度, 因為當日細佬開車嚟到商場時, 停車場剛剛 full 哂, 我地唯有先到餐廳. 當個位in-charge 知道之後, 好熱心咁幫我地通知商場安排車位俾我地, 我地雖然唔係熟客, 但仍然咁主動幫我地, 咁0既服務態度係值得一讚!

上次去過ICC, 經理F生力推下我媽媽又要吃日本餐, 成個細路一樣。她不能吃太多的關係, 其實法國同日本餐又真系幾適合媽咪既。 景雖然不及ICC, 但都有高層維港景, 舒服。室內設計一樣簡約, 入去先過壽司Bar, 後主廳有巨型鐵板檯, 裝修典雅簡潔, 無多餘做作的佈置和雕塑, 有家庭Feel得嚟又夠Grand。坐都未坐定就叫左碟刺身Share, , 油甘因為新鮮所以纖維緊密, 文理鮮明咬落爽口甜脆, 吞拿魚並非一般餐廳打色得烈焰血紅, 咬落木木無味無道, 日本直送吞拿魚成本高, 行內人目測已知龍與鳳, 最專業的師傅還是用鼻臭臭就知新鮮與否, 自從看過電視介紹日本刺身後我每次吃魚生都聞一聞, 今次亦不例外, 不新鮮發腥, 不夠新鮮無味, 活魚剛切出來是香的, 而這幾片, 就是這Quality了。之後媽媽點了蟹, 雜菜和日本和牛。 近來敏感不能碰蟹這東西, 但都無辦法唔破戒, 好鮮甜多膏。 雜菜無咩特別青青哋無咁肥而已, 和牛是近江牛, 牛我就認識唔多, 聽講近江係貴牛, 我食唔出分別, 一樣都係肥同肉味明顯, 不過日本師傅玩火真係幾過癮。

之後媽媽點了蟹, 雜菜和日本和牛。 近來敏感不能碰蟹這東西, 但都無辦法唔破戒, 好鮮甜多膏。 雜菜無咩特別青青哋無咁肥而已, 和牛是近江牛, 牛我就認識唔多, 聽講近江係貴牛, 我食唔出分別, 一樣都係肥同肉味明顯, 不過日本師傅玩火真係幾過癮。

訂位服務幾好, 佢會講明有咩位比你擇.  由門口入泥到坐低都有好多staff同你打招呼. 仲送2本雜誌比你睇. 環境舒適, 唔太密集. 維港境梗係無得頂!我擇左海賀2人餐$2,180.  另外點左飲品.  佢地介紹一隻日本生啤, 都唔錯.  每度菜都會介紹同問你覺得好唔好食.  樣樣都好食. 不過海鮮比秋田就無咁生猛.  其他野都比秋田好...價錢係值得比秋田貴...1.  環境梗係無得頂.2.  食物presentation好好.3.  好鐘意佢果件牛扒放係岩鹽板上面, 可以自己因喜好泥食件牛扒.4.  海鹽係底, 跟住就放酒及鮑魚上面, 鮑魚面有海膽同魚子.  好靚, 好有心思.5.  前菜係刺身加海草沙津...都好好食.6.  鵝肝唔夠香口, 秋田一樣...不過秋田好食d...7.  海鮮提過, 都好食, 不過唔夠秋田咁生猛8.  抄反, 雖然佢無秋田抄個公仔出泥...不過d飯比秋田好食好多.  秋田個抄反查實好難食. 又乾又硬.9.  甜品, 果set無, 淨係生果杯.最讚係個抽氣系統, 完全無味....下次想試lunch同欣賞下中午維港境.

事隔一年,侍應服務態度依然良好,窗邊位全Full , 所以經理安排了我們坐鐵板燒的枱。嘻嘻...睇住師父一邊燒一邊食,人生一大樂事!

經理哥哥細心了解我們的喜好後,推介了龍蝦牛肉餐給我們!夏日炎炎,還介紹了一杯青瓜檸檬汁給我呢!味道清新,very nice !!

今次為我們主理鐵板燒料理的師父是河馬師父,經理哥哥介紹後才知河馬師父是在田舍家請來的師父!有大師父坐陣,這個lunch 已令我滿心期待!

首先吃了前菜、沙律,所有食材十分新鮮,配合日式芝麻汁,菜也特別甜!值得一提,碟子真的很漂亮,連前菜、沙律都這麼講究,真是令人非常滿意的序曲!

河馬師父正式上場,先來每人一隻聖子皇,配上切碎的金菇及醬汁,看著師父手勢乾淨利落,不消兩三分鐘,聖子皇便熱騰騰呈現我面前了!老實說,好吃得無話可說!

之後河馬師父細心的問我們牛肉要幾成熟,又是幾下子的功夫,一份四成熟的薄燒牛肉便出現在男朋友的面前,我怕生,所以是七成熟。七成熟的薄切牛肉,內裏包裹著炸蒜及蔥花,牛肉入口即溶,配上炸蒜及蔥花的香味,人生真幸福!

突然醒起最愛的碎蔥吞拿魚手卷,立刻order兩條!在香港,只有這裏,才能吃到肥美得會滴出魚油的吞拿魚手卷,建議上來吃的朋友一定要試!

回望一下河馬師父,已經在準備龍蝦給我們了!小龍蝦多肉,我和男朋友每人半隻!味道鮮甜,肉質彈牙!不用太多的調味已經好好吃了!

最後河馬師父為我們送上最後的炒雜菜,當我看見大大碟的芽菜,心裏閃過一絲不快,本人最討厭芽菜,因為討厭它的臭青味。炒雜菜完成並上枱後,河馬師父跟我們道謝便離開了!男友試過便極力推介我嘗試一下,在不情願的情況下試了一口,的確沒有我怕的臭青味,最後我還是吃了半碟,餘下的便交給男朋友了


最後的一小碗魚生飯,是美麗的終曲,很難細說內裏的一切,但是味道就是這麼的美味,想起中學時代一句[和諧的美]。

男友說不夠飽,吃要吃得盡情,再加一碟小小的拼盤,每一件都吃得出新鮮味美!因每款只有一件,我吃了唯一一件海膽,真的十分好味!知道男友也愛吃,經理哥哥特意安排多一件予我男友,這也是我喜歡海賀的原因,份量、口味都可以靈活彈性處理,不會浪費食物!
自制芝麻雪糕作結尾,完成今天的奢華午膳!看著香港繁華的景色,食物、服務都令人滿意,感覺真好!
