Been meaning to try for a long time ever since the move.Here’s what we had. 例湯 – light pork bone broth with melon.蝦多士- crisp, golden, with bouncy shrimp paste.紅燒妙齡乳鴿- tender and gamey, its skin lacquered and glistening.古法鹽焗雞- aromatic and flavorful.雞油鹵咸肉蒸海馬友- fish was on the small side- couldn’t really taste its flesh as it was entirely overpowered by the extremely salty pork. Coupled with the rich chicken oil, it was all too much for me. Couldn’t even finish the first bite and must have drunk 20 cups of water to wash away the taste. 泥猛肉丸粥- congee could be richer and milkier; meatballs mediocre.生炒骨- meat was juicy.梅菜蒸菜芯- which came after a wait of eternity. 菜芯 tasted a bit bitter; 梅菜 could be sweeter.白糖糕 · 芝麻卷- nutty and toasty. Much thicker than the average one.In summary: disappointing. Air conditioning was weird- insufficient and came out in infrequent bursts. Only redeeming feature was the young male server with glasses who came over to refill teapots without being called upon; and seemed genuinely apologetic about the long wait for the 菜芯. (What did Jimmy OY say? Don’t go eat Chinese food on a Wednesday….)

呢間老字號飯店呢十幾年一直攞緊米芝蓮推介🌟證明水準都一直keep到👏絕對係小編近期食過最讚嘅中餐🙌最緊要係性價比極高👍真係十分推介🤩大家可以帶屋企人去食🏠侍應服務都好殷勤有禮🤵🏻♂️週末嗰晚比較夜 所以打咗電話上去問有位就去咗 當晚全場都坐滿晒👥大家記得提前預約☎️🍍菠蘿生炒骨 ($148)真係必叫🙌嚿嚿都啖啖肉😋肉質好嫩又juicy 外皮脆口🦷色澤都夠晒吸引👍醬汁啱啱好掛到汁🍤蝦子山根豆腐 ($128) 醬汁好野味👃山根同豆腐都好掛汁🥢食落冇油膩感🥗金銀蛋浸豆苗 呢個係餐牌上面冇嘅 但廚房都做到🤩豆苗份量都算多👍新鮮爽口嫩身😋

4️⃣7️⃣年粵菜老字號榮,榮獲1️⃣3️⃣屆米芝蓮推薦嘅生記飯店一直想去試下,今日終於有個舊同事帶咗我去😆。店內環境乾淨,座位尚算闊落,店員服務勤快,未到6點半🕡已經座無虛席。睇咗餐牌📔選擇算多,心大心細下點咗3️⃣個小菜。懷舊蝦多士(4件) $152蝦肉🦐彈牙多汁,味道鮮香,多士底炸得勁鬆脆,加上層層大量芝麻,十分香口😋。椒鹽鮮魷 $188新鮮魷魚🦑口感零舍軟滑彈牙,魷魚味道香濃鮮甜,簡單上炸漿炸過後,更加香口惹味😋。家鄉梅菜扣肉 $148扣肉肥瘦相間,先炸過後,再混入甜梅菜蒸煮,味道特別鮮味香甜😍,渗出嘅肉汁被梅菜吸收,同樣多了一份肉香味,餸飯一流🤤。

垃圾餐廳系列:生記飯店作為老字號餐廳,我同屋企人以前都有幫襯舊舖,雖然唔算熟客但總算支持左佢地好多年。今晚我老竇生日,原本諗住預約生記同佢慶祝生日。本身已經預早左超過一個幾禮拜預約,去到都見我嘅預約係佢地本簿上面。開頭佢地員工mark左我地預約之後就叫我地坐低等等,點知坐左差唔多半個鐘都未入到去。中間同佢地員工講左幾次佢地都係叫我地再等等,如果唔係主動問佢地直情當我地無到。最後我地放棄食其他餐廳,黑名單永遠唔幫襯。香港飲食業近黎叫苦連天,但一班害群之馬恃住仲有一班老主顧熟客幫襯,即使味道唔差,但如今仍維持如此低劣的服務,將來做唔住我第一個拍手掌。😄
