年初三,一家三口來吃午餐,叫了什錦壽司、海鮮丼、和牛海膽丼、燒原條鯖魚,自問很有耐性,等了半小時才催未到的和牛丼,侍應好求其答嚟緊啦,覺得唔妥,5分鐘後再追,仍然只是説嚟緊,真的要發火再追,才肯入廚房查看,明顯是漏單,幾分鐘後就有,但已經一肚氣。3個人吃了$1289一頓午餐,咁嘅服務?仲要由始至終沒有一句道歉!不會再來,亦想告訴大家不要來!

我踏入2022年,依舊與旅行緣慳一面。難得同朋友都請咗假去放鬆吓偷得浮生半日閒,決定相約再訪K11嘅KAIYO食Lunch。第二次到訪正值weekdays嘅下午,人流比初訪嘅晚市明顯地少。冇咗熱鬧嘅人聲,反而可以同朋友高談闊論。餐前小食每客定食都會有日式前菜,明太子沙律粒、日式野菜沙律、茶碗漬以及味噌湯。上刺身盛 五點食日本菜刺身一定唔可以少。今次嘅刺身盛組合有三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚、牡丹蝦同北海道帆立貝。種類大路勝在每樣都夠鮮味。定食刺身隨定食附上嘅刺身組合,有深海池魚同埋檸檬岩鹽嘅帆立貝。池魚入口鮮甜,後勁有幽香嘅魚香味,少少油脂帶出濃厚嘅層次感。帆立貝以檸檬岩鹽處理,清新口感令胃口大增。燒日本A4和牛排定食A4和牛生熟度剛剛好為 Medium rare, 脂肪比例剛剛好。入口油脂即溶,肉質口感綿綿。如果係以鐵板呈上就更加分。定食壽司兩款壽司分別為深海池魚同左口魚。兩款壽司都鮮甜十足,深海池魚味道濃,左口魚味道淡,一濃一淡陰陽配合,各取平衡。安格斯牛肉火鍋定食一人份量嘅火鍋岩岩好夠午餐頂癮,份量十足。定食附上野菜同埋稻亭烏冬。

上一次來海陽大概是上年吧,事別一年。疫情沖刷下再訪,裝潢佈置仍舊,昏暗中滲透著高雅格調。午市時段,能安安靜靜享受也不錯。上次最令我難忘的是涮涮鍋與爐端燒,想不到午餐吃得到,暗喜。整體刺身壽司不過不失,而爐端燒的呈現模式若能換成鐵板,大概會更加分。

好耐冇喺尖沙咀行街,2個女人shopping真係可以忘記時間,行到差不多2.30pm開始攰先醒起要食飯,經過呢間餐廳,好似幾舒服,睇一睇原來食lunch都唔係好貴,Lunch嘅價錢$2-3xx都有好多選擇,喺呢個高級商場來講呢個價錢算非常合理,所以一於入去試吓。我叫咗個壽司set,前菜有沙律有湯有蒸蛋仲有嘢飲,主菜有刺身、有壽司最後仲有蕎麥麵,先要講下個蒸蛋勁滑,蕎麥麵湯底有點清甜,好好味。刺身好鮮甜,最鐘意厚切,特別有口感,好味,好滿足。壽司全部都係高級魚,我講唔出係咩魚,但係全部都好好味,印象最深刻當然係我最鍾意嘅拖羅,入口即溶,超香勁好味,上面仲有金薄,真係高級十倍,食完幸福感大增呢。朋友就叫咗吞拿魚茸海膽魚子丼飯,我偷食咗兩啖,吞拿魚蓉配海膽真係絕配,非常好味,而且份量好多,舒舒服服嘆一個豐富午餐,我同朋友都覺得非常滿意呢。

我叫咗個壽司set,前菜有沙律有湯有蒸蛋仲有嘢飲,主菜有刺身、有壽司最後仲有蕎麥麵,先要講下個蒸蛋勁滑,蕎麥麵湯底有點清甜,好好味。

Last minute booking for 9pm dinner so it was a bit rushed. Luckily, their service is quite fast and we didn't have to starve. Premium Wagyu Sirloin Too little of such a great thing. I'm afraid dishes like this are the reason it's so hard to become a vegetarian. Savoury without being salty, that is harder than it sounds. I tend to have salty steaks because they are not marinated properly but this was not the case. Make sure you try the sides as well. LOVED the marinated lotus as well. Grilled Whi

Premium Wagyu Sirloin

Too little of such a great thing. I'm afraid dishes like this are the reason it's so hard to become a vegetarian.
Savoury without being salty, that is harder than it sounds. I tend to have salty steaks because they are not marinated properly but this was not the case. Make sure you try the sides as well.
LOVED the marinated lotus as well.


Grilled White Miso Silver Cod Fish

One of the best fish of the year excluding ceviche.
Again, blown-away by how flavourful it was without being salty. The meat was tender but not soft the way lots of fish are because they are just frozen ones.


Japanese Egg Omelette
A classic appetizer. I found it a bit cold and sweet but that's not a complaint.
That's what is supposed to be, very refreshing.


Deep-fried Jumbo Oyster

So good I totally forgot to take pictures. Crispy but not oily at all.
The filling was generous. An explosion of flavours. I just ran out of cliches.


Tuna rolls

Usually not impressive, but this one was a pleasant surprise.

環境: 整個商場其實也是走比較高檔的路線 所以人流也沒有海港城那麼多☺️☺️☺️所以也是一個幾好消磨時間的商場
這家居酒屋的裝修也是走摩登日式感覺 而且每一張枱也有一定的距離 尤其是在COVID時間 這是很必要的🤔🤔

食物:
1)炸雞軟骨 - 跟普通酒吧吃的沒有什麼大分別 不過不失 🙃
2)免治雞肉串 - 這個真的很好吃 想特別稱讚一下用來點的雞蛋醬 真的很有蛋香 很好味😋
3)燒牛舌 - 很香的黑椒味 好味😋
4) 7點刺身盛 - 意思即是總共有七款不同的刺身 價錢是眾多刺身拼盤中最貴的 老實說真的很一般 這一款性價比有點低🥲
5)燒牛扒 - 老實說這款價錢也不便宜 但笑出來的牛肉卻有一半也是肥肉根本吃不了🥲

It has been about a year since we last visited and, unfortunately, the food and service quality has gone down quite a fair bit - it seems the culture in the restaurant is rushed - perhaps a shot of patience and focus is needed both in the kitchen and front-of-house.The soft-shelled crab hand roll tasted good, however it seemed haphazardly put together: the tobiko wasn't even meticulously place on the roll. It has been about a year since we last visited and, unfortunately, the food and service quality has gone down quite a fair bit - it seems the culture in the restaurant is rushed - perhaps a shot of patience and focus is needed both in the kitchen and front-of-house.

The soft-shelled crab hand roll tasted good, however it seemed haphazardly put together: the tobiko wasn't even meticulously place on the roll. The dan-dan ramen wasn't very spicy and was stingy on the peanut for this to be accurately called "dan-dan" at all. The tsukune was it's only redeeming factor: enough cartilage in the mince for a proper mouthfeel. The tempura-don was a let down - the tempura was inconsistent with some parts chewy and uncooked, and the rice was lacklustre. Furthermore, the tempura was not served with its sauce - and we had to call the waiter twice: once for the tentsuyu and again for the grated daikon. For a busy restaurant, it seemed understaffed with at most only 3 noticeable waiters in the front-of-house at any given time, with one of them usually carrying a truck load of food from the kitchen.

Japanese fare - and especially for a casual restaurant in a premium location - ought to be handled with focus and precision, something at seemed amiss from service to kitchen. Perhaps the taiko drum would be better placed in the kitchen to keep the chefs focused.

好耐冇寫食評,li 間餐廳真係差到一食完忍唔住要即刻俾差評佢!做冬想同屋企人食餐好既,早兩星期訂左位去到座位都ok, 有梳化位坐,但餐廳既音樂太大聲,講野都要特登大聲d, 播既係日本流行曲,浪費左咁有氣派既裝修一坐低同我講限時90分鐘,都打左個突,心諗食咁貴既野限時?唔緊要,即刻睇下個menu快d 叫野食先(圖1) (另外仲有個$698既餐冇影到)5個人叫左1個$698, 3個$888, 1個$1088餐開頭既前菜,刺身,壽司都還好,其中$1088餐既刺身要食緊熱食先到天婦羅既蝦唔夠新鮮,肉唔爽口,林;炸魚既魚肉又係好林,唔係見到條魚尾都唔知自己食緊魚;炸秋葵入口有苦味sukiyaki 既肉上枱果時係剛係冰箱拎出黎既狀態,硬掘掘,最嘔血係最後個所謂精選甜品,你唔俾夕張哈蜜瓜我都算丫,竟然俾左個完全冇味既新疆哈蜜瓜我🙄🙄 我食咁貴你俾d 咁hea既甜品我?真係俾粒雪糕糯米糍我都冇咁嬲最後li 餐飯因為佢d野上得太慢,食左兩個半鐘,佢既其他枱又冇第二輪,門口又冇人等位,唔明點解一入黎要限時?服務方面,$1088餐個刺身三催四請先到;食到後段唔知係咪趕收工(果時9點左右)想叫佢上甜品係完全冇

總括黎講係完全唔抵食,食既野完全唔值li 個價,完全係伏!

We come for the first time for a frd birthday celebration but things are really not that high quality as shown on reviewsThe hot pot that costs several hundred is surprisingly worse than expected . It was just a few fish ball, dumplings and undo in Chinese style. The taste was comparable to a fast food restaurant. Not recommended to anyone And not worth a try.

10am Gucci movie with GucciFan, just about 12:45pm when movie finished. Felt like a Japanese lunchbox. Decided to go for this restaurant, under the Gaia group.Many lunch sets to choose from. Server then gave me a silver bowl topped with lumps of meat covered in thick brown sauce. Oh, it’s chicken. Certainly not what i imagined as “charcoal grilled”. I recalled that nearly all of the “charcoal grilled” chicken dishes I was given in other eateries (even less upscale looking ones) were distinct thick strips of chicken with crispy skin.
What I had before me tasted and looked like pan-fried long frozen chicken marinating in an off-the-shelf teriyaki sauce. Any chachanten could def do better.
To add to my experience, both my eyes n ears were very stimulated by 1. the glare of the ceiling spotlight reflected on the shiny rim of silver bowl (captured in my photo) and the 2. drum-beating ceremony whenever someone walked in. (Yes, just my luck to be sitting right next to the drum.)

Just as I was contemplating whether it would be too odd to put on my sunglasses (to fight the horrible glare) GucciFan made similar comments re her steak ie tasted like regular pan fried steak, only worse than those done by herself.

Set Lunch 選擇幾多的,選了個西京味噌燒銀鱈魚定食($248),銀鱈魚有兩片,而且肉蠻厚的,完全起骨,吃起來不用怕啃親。烤得剛好,皮脆肉嫩和多汁,因為外層烤得好,也沒有出水情況。越大越怕食太濃味,呢間的調味不會過重,很好吃,我都完全沒有點過隨碟上的沙律醬,十分推介。另外叫了刺身set($238),五點刺身分別是三文魚、拖羅、甜蝦、帆立貝、油甘魚,每樣兩片,沒有特別好吃。定食都配沙律、茶碗蒸、沙律醬魚子、麵豉湯,其中一個要了冷烏冬,煙煙韌韌的口感有日本感覺~
