水餃好過魚片原來東張西望真系好大影響力,本來話無乜生意,而家排曬長龍,本來話都系熟客,現在大部分都系其他地區特別來,但基本質量都真系吾錯,應該支持。服務(5分)— 系電視睇到乖女喊住話特別辭職幫老豆的故事,但個女真系就算忙到不得了都幾有禮貌,包辦下單,剪魚片,埋單等工作。— 坐低已經把筷子放系熱水杯,系雲吞麵鋪未見過。環境(3分)—一家傳統老粉麵店,算乾淨,—安排位置亦吾會太逼。性價比(4分)— 如果無講大話,真材實料,雖然分量比較少,都算值得。味道(4分)魚片(4分)$84— 因為一點幾都賣曬魚蛋,所以只有叫一份魚片過足癮,其實到我食完,連魚片都賣曬,排緊隊好失望走了。— 魚片仲有小溫,炸皮吾硬吾厚,有魚味,當然吾會好似平時食到果d咁爽咁其他味精味。水餃米(4.5分)$40— 因為無魚蛋,所以叫了哩個— 水餃只有三粒,真系以為幾貴,但食落皮薄同滑,連包邊都吾覺得厚,涵料有一隻大蝦同其他幾好味的配料,個人覺得難得啊。—湯底亦幾清甜。油菜(3分) $20— 正常啦,分量算多。努力啊!

今天特意同家人過嚟幫襯此店,因先前報導過師傅自己一手主持麫檔,而他的女兒也出嚟幫手,支持父親。我好欣賞這份人情味。店舖只有3個人,父親負責厨房,女兒及另一伙記姨姨負責店面堂食及外賣。3個其實好有默契,有時發現某些打樁位,女兒及伙記姨姨会識通知厨房優先主理那些訂单。店舖不大,要耐心等侯食物。但食物及服務也非常好。店面兩位好有禮貌,做到冇停手。至於在厨房,爸爸主厨.,見他又切鱼蛋片,又煮麫....忙得不可開交,但你细心留意他們三人,係好有 heart 同好比心機去經營。而且價錢合理,一點也不是因為略有名氣而貴價。我們三人叫了菜心,牛筋鱼片河($56),鱼片,鱼蛋麫($42),牛腩麫($46).牛筋,牛腩好冧,好味道,而出名的魚片,魚蛋確實名不虚傳。口感真的有別於出面吃開的魚片,魚蛋那麼死實。我忘記映相,但也寫下食評,推介给大家去光顧此店。😁👍👍

大年初七要到西環辨點事,辨完事揾間小店鋪吃下午茶。揀咗一間街坊麵店「楊恩記麵家」,小店鋪尚算整潔。服務員為我們遞上一杯熱水,熱水浸著筷子與匙羹,真的很有上茶樓飲茶的風格,這是我才第二次在餐館遇上,可以讓我們清潔筷子與匙羹作清潔,說實話,我是樂意此舉服務。選擇了牛腩麵與牛筋麵,湯底很濃郁的牛腩湯味,不過鹹;麵質爽滑,沒有鹼水味,麵的份量也多,牛腩份量偏少,牛筋夠腍滑可口。大年初一到大初七,每款食品加收$5。

楊恩記位於電車路旁 每次路過都俾佢個牌匾吸引 今次終於第一次食 入到去見裝修簡樸 簡單幾張圓枱 牆上掛咗啲書法 大讚職員態度友善 入面食客大部分都係街坊 見到職員同食客互動 係一間人情味重嘅魚蛋粉 職員話佢地係每日新鮮製造嘅魚蛋魚片 唔怪之得好有鮮味 好味 而佢地嘅辣椒油非常夠辣 正 咁先係潮州辣油牆上都貼有溫馨提示提醒小心辣椒油辣度 鐘意仲可以買一樽自製辣椒油番屋企調味添呀麵食價錢都非常相宜 抵食又好食 期待下次試食埋佢地嘅牛腩麵潮州魚蛋粉 $38油菜一碟 $20

It was late and we noticed this place that served simple bowl of noodles with some people ordering a whole stick of fishcake. We found it a bit weird and decided to give it a try.Menu is in Chinese only. There is no English and not 10% service charge. Noodles are basically $40 and you can have two choices of ingredients for an additional charge.But this was the odd thing we saw a few tables eating. A whole fish cake, sliced. On the menu it is $50-65 depending on weight. Ours came to $70. Personall, I think a bit over rated. It was ok. A bit too soft for my liking. There wasn't a lot of fish taste and it was over powered by the taste of pepper.Boyfriend ordered the beef brisket noodles ($40). A lot of tendon was given but there wasn't a lot of flavour. The brisket was a bit tough and chewy.I had the fish balls and fish dumplings noodles ($44). The fish balls were too soft and mushy. It also was over powered by too much pepper so you couldn't taste much fish. The fish dumplings, on the other hand, were really good. Skin had a good amount of bounch and it didn't taste too floury. For a fish ball noodle place, I have better places. It was too mushy for my liking. I like my balls to be more firm and bouncy. There was also too much pepper as well. Portions were a bit stingy as well. I definitely won't be back as there are better places in the area.
