🦞【海鮮為主題】深得我心,清爽回味
頭盤:
🥗地中海金槍魚‧茄子‧北海道海膽
主廚用了家鄉新鮮的藍鰭金槍魚入饌,肉質鮮嫩入口即融,菜式特意加入經清酒腌製過的茄子蓉,既清新又不油膩,加上鮮甜甘香的北海道海膽,以一道融合地中海及日本風味的頭盤

🍝另一道菜式是薩丁島扭環粉‧意大利青瓜‧海螯蝦。說起意大利,當然不能少道意大利粉。扭環粉是意大利傳統麵食之一,我平常很少吃到過,師傅以意大利青瓜磨成蓉並作為意粉的醬汁,時令的海螯蝦就先香煎後置於意粉之上,再以意大利青瓜的花蕊做碟邊點綴,在雲境中品嚐星級美食。

🐚北海道扇貝‧大蔥苗
師傅首先把鮮甜豐腴扇貝微微香煎至三成熟,扇貝的旁邊伴上鮮嫩的大葱苗,上餐時會加入由海螯蝦及香檳等食材而成的高湯,味道既帶有香檳的清爽馥郁,亦不失海螯蝦的甘甜鮮味。最後在扇貝上加上奢華矜貴的魚子醬。

招牌拿手主菜
🐷🐮和牛西冷‧蘆筍‧蘑菇及伊比利亞豬肉‧胡蘿
蔔‧菊苣‧香醋。

豐腴潤口的和牛西冷煎至粉嫩紅色,牛脂充斥在口腔内縈繞;而伊比利亞豬肉脂香細膩,配上淡雅的香醋,令人食之不忘。

以清新怡人的 芒果
熱情果蛋糕‧椰子‧雲尼拿作結。這道結合藝術及佳餚的甜點,以充滿熱帶風味的芒果配上
酸甜口味的熱情果在碟上畫上完美圓形,置中為雲呢拿忌廉芝士海綿蛋糕,伴上雲呢拿泡
沫及芒果熱情果雪葩,整道甜品充滿了創意巧思,鮮香而不膩,香濃而不失清新感。

Tosca di Angelo 一如既往精緻高水準。才剛吃完已經在回味了。😌😌這裡浪漫高質,非常適合慶祝忙碌的你,在這裡享受美味,放慢節奏,非常解壓😉

In order to celebrate my hubby's birthday, I decided to have lunch with him in this Michelin one star restaurant🌟. The dining environment and atmosphere were great. We really enjoyed much. Overall speaking, the services of the staff were above the standards. They introduced the cuisines in details and they were nice as well. We ordered two 3~courses lunch on that day:Appetizers ■ Mediterranean octopus 🐙 fresh and nice texture■ Wild Hokkaido Hamachi mild taste with firm and buttery text

In order to celebrate my hubby's birthday, I decided to have lunch with him in this Michelin one star restaurant🌟. The dining environment and atmosphere were great. We really enjoyed much. We ordered two 3~courses lunch on that day:
Appetizers
■ Mediterranean octopus 🐙
fresh and nice texture
■ Wild Hokkaido Hamachi
mild taste with firm and buttery texture 👍
Main Courses:
■ Mezzi Paccheri "Mancini" with Sicilian red shrimps
a little bit disappointed as the red shrimps were not fresh and sweet as I expected.
■ Iberian pork
highly recommended dish~ juicy and delicious taste.
Desserts:
■ Caramelized pineapple with caramel sauce and grapefruit sorbet
refreshing and eye~catching dish
■ Traditional tiramisu with coffee granita and Amedei chocolate
the best tiramisu I've ever had. tiramisu and coffee granita are really a perfect match.
■ Petite Four
normal but nothing special 😅
■ Birthday celebration treat
looks like bombshell sweet explosion, the birthday star used a spoon to bomb the chocolate cup and a birthday message would be disclosed. What a funny trick😆😆

結婚周年紀念,早在幾個月前已經訂好 4道菜午餐 ,一入門口個閃閃通道打卡位實在好靚。餐廳好貼心,一早安排較為安靜角落窗口位置 ,亦可飽覽整個維港景色 。一坐低已經送來一盤自家製酸種麵包配上四種不同濃淡橄欖油,自家麵包就覺得一般,未見有驚喜。另送上一道Burrata cheese tomato soup ,  跟住先上前菜 分別是生牛肉芝士火箭菜及藍龍蝦配魚子醬,第一道主菜北海道海膽配意大利飯,及服務員極推介的紅蝦配短寬管粉,這個確實係有水準。第二道主菜分別是紅石斑配上濃湯,及伊比利亞豬肉。最後甜品有軟芝士卷配朱古力雪芭, 朱古力撻配雪糕及意大利芝士蛋糕配咖啡沙冰。當然最後餐廳給每位客人送上幾個小甜品。而chef  Angelo 亦好主動走過來問食質數如何,整體食物質數及賣相相當好,服務員態度非常有禮貌,每一道菜之間,會顧及我地進餐時間或去洗間,而有所調節,使我地可以慢慢享受每一道菜色,真是非常滿足的一個中午。

Always enjoyed going to Tosca: the amazing view, the high ceiling, grand decor and well executed food. We ordered their tasting menu Minuetto ($1,688). Even though it listed 4 courses, there were several amuse bouche, a pre-dessert and petit fours so the meal was very satisfying. The last amuse bouche with black truffles was decadent. My favourite dish is their Mazara red prawn, wild hamachi with Kaluga caviar. The Alaskan black cod was delicious and super tender and juicy. The Acquerello risot

The last amuse bouche with black truffles was decadent. My favourite dish is their Mazara red prawn, wild hamachi with Kaluga caviar. The Alaskan black cod was delicious and super tender and juicy. The Acquerello risotto was too al dente for my liking. The veal tenderloin was tender and flavourful. Even both the desserts and petit fours were of very high calibre.
The service was attentive but they lack friendliness and they don’t smile. I would prefer if they spoke more slowly as it was hard to understand their English. Other than the interesting service, I would say that the meal was perfect and I look forward to returning.

I didn’t expect the pan-seared tuna to be well done and this dish was not even okay. The fish was hard and lacked the flavour. Imagine a big chuck of canned tuna and this was arguably worse 😫

This classic pairing was like a golden rule that would never go wrong. The different texture and type of tomatoes🍅 here added delightful touch to palate but wish the burrata could be more flavourful to balance the fruity tomatoes.

The busiate was a bit hard. I love al dente pasta but I was not sure if it’s too raw instead. The bottarga was not enough and the sauce was under seasoning that it lacked the savoury element to support to oily fish belly and made it a bit fishy overall🙁

The signature pasta and I had huge expectation. Given the price, of course you could not ask for a jumbo prawn but the tiny ones could not give the flavour I hoped for that I didn’t even bother to mop up the sauce. Overall, it’s not bad but I doubt if this can be a signature 🤨

The fish here was overcooked and it was somehow boring since the dressing was like the tuna one🤷🏼‍♂️ I can see the parsley sauce, this dressing, dill in almost every savoury dish. This is not what I expect here.

My favourite of the day👍🏼 The matalotta was very nice like a tomato based bouillabaisse. The grouper was so fresh and cooked right that the flesh was still firm but flaky. The cracker on side add some fun element to the dish too.

They offered a different kind of rum baba with fortified barolo instead of rum. It was quite nice that gave a more fruity and berry kick but the soaking time seemed too long that the cake was dripping wet 🤨

The arrangement was thoughtful that they served coffee granita on side to refresh your palate. The tiramisu itself was light with nice crunchy biscuit inside😋

Long answer short: not worth it. Only half of the food I ordered were okay while the other half were below standard😶 Not sure if it’s an off day or what, but I was totally disappointed that they wasted their superb location.

疫情反覆、俄烏戰爭、恆指下破十五年低位,仍然無阻這人均消費四位數的餐廳晚上七時就全院滿座。重中之重,登記完安心出行疫苗通行證後,就能入坐。見微知著,職員客人比例、用膳節奏把控、如何透過酒水協助餐廳提升收益等各個環節,店方明顯經過細心部署和精心佈局,前線同事亦表現極佳。Jovi經理尤甚,親和力和對餐牌熟悉程度,令人印象深刻。食物,米芝蓮級數不欺場,道道皆精。令人分不出這是香港還是意大利吃的意大利菜。總結,我不會說很抵食,但一定是物有所值。吃完,你不會覺得收多了你,你也會在若干年後記得自己曾經在這餐廳享受過好食物、好環境、好服務。當作支持本地餐飲業也好、體驗一下也好,這店,值得一去,也值得再去。

We are glad in having Angelo Agliano to prepare the dinner for us that is specially arrange and not available from the main menu. We enjoy the dinner very much with very well recommended wine for my friend, bread comes with four differences choice of olive oil we can selected. I selected the olive oil that is comparatively creamy whereas my friend love the spicy one.In between the course, they may offer additional side dishes (without additional charges) to refresh our taste buds.Besides the win

店員推薦下點的牛仔肉他他,有蕃茄,烏魚子同魚子醬作為配料。牛仔肉調味唔多,主要靠魚子醬增加一點鹹味。我自己就覺得調味比較普通,不過食材搭救。都好食不過就未到好impressed。

見唔少評論都話紅蝦好食,加上店員推薦就試一試!紅蝦係我好中意嘅食材,至於扭紋粉其實我都係第一次食。意大利嘅主食都係偏硬少少,呢個扭紋粉都無例外。醬汁中嘅番茄味同蝦味都好突出,扭紋粉很好地掛汁,底下嘅兩隻紅蝦仲擺成心形🫶 呢個first course好滿意啊~

呢到嘅Main Course都係二人份,如果想試多幾款就可能要叫tasting menu啦。但係呢個Main係比較失望嘅,因為中間有一條好粗嘅筋橫跨成件牛扒。佢味道係唔錯的,落咗好多香料同rosemary。但因為呢條筋,所以啲肉唔係好咬得開,實在無辦法享受成個過程。
店員知道咗之後都有同我哋解釋返可能因為呢個係Sirloin嘅位置,所以咁啱呢一塊有呢個問題。可能真係我哋唔好彩啦😮‍💨 店員都有提出換其他比我哋,不過食到呢到已經好飽所以就拒絕咗,最後就送咗個tiramisu比我哋。

食完Main之後就有店員推咗放滿芝士嘅餐車過嚟,對芝士認識唔深嘅不妨叫店員推薦一下!相比起soft cheese,我自己就比較中意食hard cheese。試咗4款芝士,個人比較中意橙色個隻cheese😛 店員仲放咗幾款果醬、蜜糖、脆餅等比我哋配搭芝士,個蜜糖超好食!

👉環境:Ritz Carlton環境真係無得輸,坐窗口位可以睇到無敵大海景~

I had pretty much tried most of the mains here so I decided to try the one main I have not tried, which is the Turbot Fillet, which requires quite a hefty supplement price. This was paired with the pomegranate juice.

However, the course and the juice was a bit disappointing here.  The sauce overpowered the flavors of the fillet itself. I thought it might be better to try it with the pairing juice but it did not work that well. The dish was not bad but the problem is when all the mains that don't require a supplement price is so good already, the expectation would be quite high for the dish that requires a supplement, which lacked the finesse that we were hoping for.

Luckily, their desserts are lovely as usual. The coffee granita was a great start to cleanse your taste buds before trying their rich tiramisu. This dessert also paired perfectly with the cherry juice.

However, I definitely loved the saffron tart much more, which definitely is worthy of the supplement. The balance of the vanilla sauce and red wine sauce at the base with the sweet and tarty flavors in the tart from the aloe vera and rhubarb and barolo (red wine) ice-cream on top to be divine. The mixtures of these different textures in the dessert made each bite quite fun to have.

After enjoying these lovely desserts, the matcha petit four was definitely a nice choice and finally ending with their hazelnut chocolate made the lunch end nicely.

题外话/补充资料: Despite most dishes I would have rated 5 stars, the miss on the flavors of the turbot fillet was just too difficult to ignore so I still had to rate the overall taste as 4 stars this time.

已經係第三年係Ritz Carlton慶祝生日,不過今次就冇安排到staycation,反而去咗佢嘅米芝蓮餐廳Tosca度試下~一入門口就會經過佢哋最signature嘅bling bling隧道,現場睇原來更加壯觀,好似帶咗你去另一個世界咁樣✨ 真係好靚好打卡able🤣RitzCarlton 始終比較高,睇到嘅維港景色會比較遠,同尖沙咀沿海嘅餐廳相比會冇咁壯觀,但可以睇到兩岸維港全景,各有千秋💕坐低冇幾耐就送上餐前小食,其中一款係和牛他他,另一款就唔係咁清楚🤣用黎配酒verygood 過咗冇耐又送上另一款餐前小食,呢一款有貝殼匙羹,睇落都好得意,食落都好有儀式感✨ 下邊終於係我哋自己order嘅食物:呢款前菜真係全晚highlight,一試難忘!甜甜酸酸嘅sauce配上鹹鮮嘅魚子醬同埋鮮甜嘅藍龍蝦,味道好夾😍Main我哋就揀咗二人份嘅和牛西冷,切開大概每人有三件,和牛味道香濃,每一啖都係口中釋放油脂香🤤 肉質亦唔係得個冧字,口感適中👍🏻最後因為生日甜品還是仲有驚喜(不過我呢度就唔post啦😎) 前菜同主菜都好出色,甜品可能偏向意大利口味,唔算覺得太wow,另外佢哋都有自己送上嘅小甜品
