The sweeping view on the 102 floor was absolutely stunning. The ambience could already capture a star for them. I didn’t expect the pan-seared tuna to be well done and this dish was not even okay. The fish was hard and lacked the flavour. Imagine a big chuck of canned tuna and this was arguably worse 😫

This classic pairing was like a golden rule that would never go wrong. The different texture and type of tomatoes🍅 here added delightful touch to palate but wish the burrata could be more flavourful to balance the fruity tomatoes.

The busiate was a bit hard. I love al dente pasta but I was not sure if it’s too raw instead. The bottarga was not enough and the sauce was under seasoning that it lacked the savoury element to support to oily fish belly and made it a bit fishy overall🙁

The signature pasta and I had huge expectation. Given the price, of course you could not ask for a jumbo prawn but the tiny ones could not give the flavour I hoped for that I didn’t even bother to mop up the sauce. Overall, it’s not bad but I doubt if this can be a signature 🤨

The fish here was overcooked and it was somehow boring since the dressing was like the tuna one🤷🏼♂️ I can see the parsley sauce, this dressing, dill in almost every savoury dish. This is not what I expect here.

My favourite of the day👍🏼 The matalotta was very nice like a tomato based bouillabaisse. The grouper was so fresh and cooked right that the flesh was still firm but flaky. The cracker on side add some fun element to the dish too.
𝗥𝘂𝗺 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘆
They offered a different kind of rum baba with fortified barolo instead of rum. It was quite nice that gave a more fruity and berry kick but the soaking time seemed too long that the cake was dripping wet 🤨

The arrangement was thoughtful that they served coffee granita on side to refresh your palate. The tiramisu itself was light with nice crunchy biscuit inside😋

Long answer short: not worth it. Only half of the food I ordered were okay while the other half were below standard😶 Not sure if it’s an off day or what, but I was totally disappointed that they wasted their superb location.
